Trattoria Guidi

Food was fine but chefs were inflexible (when asked to substitute type of pasta sauce with chicken Milanese we were refused our requested choice). Consequently we won't return (other local Italian Restaurants provide this).

Booking was simple and easy, taken to a table as soon as we walked in. The food was amazing, we received great quick service from the staff.

Our visit to Guidi's was fantastic, great service and fantastic food. The early evening menu has a great choice of starters and main meals for a very reasonable price. A must visit restaurant with a pleasurable experience for locals or anyone willing to travel to Airdrie.

Nice meal. Thought we could choose from the evening menu but told this stops at 7pm on Sundays. Lovely food all the same. Would return.

Lovely food, staff are always welcoming and smiling. Can't fault this restaurant. I'd recommend this as its in my top three places for eating and my wife's favourite

Friendly, attentive staff. Wide choice on menu. Delicious food. Restaurant was busy, and therefore noisy, on the night we visited, but the premises are large and airy, so the noise level never became overpowering.

Excellant as always foodgr.eat only problem we had was our server went home without saying that we were ready for our man course management dealt with problem promptly as it was a special occasion so did not spoi! It in the end

we went on a Tuesday night for our 19th Wedding Anniversary, we were surprised to see how busy the restaurant was & we're glad we had booked. The staff from the minute we walked through the door were very friendly. The food could not be faulted, it was amazing!

Meal was lovely and prices very reasonable. Staff very friendly and service was really quick. Also had to change time of my booking as i was running late and this was done no problem.

Good service, staff were friendly and helpful when they were listening, my partner asked for no cream still found cream hiding under his icecream his dessert was not great,we found it very loud and busy we were seated next to stairs not the best seating!

Food was lovely but service let it down. We arrived 10mins early and were seated straight away but after that the service was below average. We had friends who arrived after us and they seemed to have better service and were away well before us. We were in the restaurant for over 2hrs, which when you have a child with you isn't that good. We have been here before and had really good service but not tonight.

We went to Guidi's for my father in law's 80th birthday. He has very limited mobility and the staff were absolutely fantastic. Changed our table to accommodate him despite being extremely busy, were very attentive, provided a wheelchair and escorted my father in law to the car at the end of a lovely meal and visit. Well done team Guidi - very helpful indeed...the food was excellent too!

Excellent and excellent service. It is the best macaroni and cheese I have ever tasted and my mother was Italian so big compliment. The offers you do is the best I've seen

Food delicious and the service very very good. Surprised that it was so large and yet the atmosphere was good and no large gaps in between courses. Only set back was the price of drinks £2:25 for a Coke was a bit steep when it wasn't even a can or bottle. Will definitely be back.

Food and service was very good. No issues with us being late due to traffic and had no problems presenting a birthday cake for my wife that we had brought with us

Serviced quick and main came out within half a hour of ordering. Again plates taken away quickly and we were left for over 40 mins waiting to see if anyone would ask us for dessert menu or more drinks. Tried a few times to get someone attention without fail😞 Paid the bill and left. Would have been nice to stay but they were to busy trying to get more bums on seats

There was no mussels left which my misses wanted as a starter and we waited a while between starter and main course but the food and service was very good . Would recommend it to anyone.

We had a Nice meal. We ate from the evening set menu. Good value. One of the waitresses was overly stern, rest of staff were lovely.

The restaurant itself was very busy, but had a great atmosphere! The staff were very nice and friendly. The food was amazing and the portions were definitely not small. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for good food and a good time!

Good food, service was also good. Quite expensive for a melon starter but apart from that it was all round a very nice experience. Didn't disappoint.

The friends I was with are from New Zealand and they were very impressed with the standard of service and the quality of the food.

Prompt service being seated at 8pm. But I'm afraid that was it. We waited 25 minutes for a drinks order to be taken. We then had to ask where the drinks were. Then had to ask to get the food order taken. Starter arrived at 9.00pm with the mains at 9.35pm. Felt as if by dessert the staff had had enough and wanted rid of customers. Seemed to be very short staffed for a very busy Saturday night. A few people complained about the service (should I say lack of). Afraid on this occasion Guidi's did not impress. We were taking friends out for dinner who were from Oxford and we had recommended our favourite Italian of the moment. This certainly disappointed us as the only thing that was quick was being served the bill on leaving and the waitress taking it. No tip was given as the service was terrible. On the up side the food was lovely, just very slow.

i booked for my dad, his business parter and a client. My dad was the only one who had been before and the other 2 parties said they wouls definitely be back. their comments were great portion sizes and tasty food with fantastic service.

We had amazing experience as always. The food was great and really good value for money, service was fantastic and our waiter John couldn't do enough for us. We will definitely be back again.
