Really great service and really great food. I'll definitely be going back to trattoria Guidi!! The smoked haddock tagliatelle in white wine sauce tastes absolutely gorgeous!!!
Fantastic meal, great service as usual. Lots of choice in the menu (and for kids too) and great value for money. Will definitely be back!
Food was fantastic as always but service tonight was terrible. Waited 45 mins to get a menu after having to ask! Drinks took over half an hour to come. Ruined what would have been a great family meal.
The restaurant is very welcoming with a great atmosphere and bustle. Good simple Italian food made and presented very well. Recommend booking as always busy
Really good food and excellent service, made our family celebration a brilliant evening out .We would definitely trecommend it. And will return again soon. The portions are very generous and really good value .
We always enjoy a visit to Guidi's. The food is consistantly excellent and promptly served by the attentive staff. We find the atmosphere lively and convivial, though some might say noisy.
This was our second visit to Guidi's and once again the quality of the food was excellent. The restaurant has an enjoyable atmosphere and friendly, helpful staff.
We enjoyed some excellent food which we felt was good value for money in a relaxed and friendly environment. We would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone who enjoys Italian food.
A wonderful meal and great atmosphere. Polite courteous staff. Excellent menu choice and drinks selection. Given time between courses. Never rushed despite being last to leave restaurant! Will be back soon.
Best Italian out there! Love this place! Staff amazing and lovely atmosphere too. The pollo al pepe is definitely one to try. We'll be back again soon.
Great value, only £5.95 for 2 course lunch, good service, we were served quickly with each course in good time, the food was nice, would visit again
Been going here for the last 23years, can't say I've ever been disappointed anytime we've been. Pays to book though, can't believe how busy it was on a Tuesday night! Quality!
Great food and service...will definitely be back. Staff helpful, friendly and efficient. Couldn't fault any part of our meal and the price was good...all three of us had 3 courses.
Arrived at 5pm, had our starters by 5:30pm. Waited 1hr on our main courses, asked 3 different waiters with the final waiter telling us that our order was not on the board within kitchen. Paid bill as the food itself was okay. On leaving complained to front desk and was offered no apology. Was told " Sometimes this happens". Not good enough..
No smiles from staff, overpriced food which I could have made better myself & no atmosphere. for it being a family run business, there's no personality inside and they don't seem to care the food is WAY over priced. Frankie and Bennys had more character and the restaurant is on par with that.
Our individual meals were delicious. The service was excellent and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Well worth a visit to experience good food at reasonable prices.
Great food and great prices, we went for the lunch menu which is a good deal, nice big restaurant with open view kitchen and friendly staff.
Staff very friendly and helpful. Food was quickly served to our large table. From 2 years old to 80 years old everybody enjoyed their meals. Staff were great and ensured my gran had a very special 80th birthday. Prices very reasonable. Food tastes fresh too. Would definitely recommend.
Food was lovely and service was really good only issue was small bones in partners fish dish which was off putting for him. Brilliant atmosophere, would go back
Great value for money. Complimentary Glass of wine helped too. Great service. Food lovely and good choice. Lots of pubs nearby too. Would go back
We had a wonderful time and a fantastic meal. Service was excellent. Will be back. I would also recommend to family and friends. Hope to see you soonn
Great food, friendly service, good prices. Restaurant very busy but offered choice of seats even though we were early, no pressure to rush either x
Visit was for a family birthday, Staff were EXCELLENT! especially with the kids and the food was priced, cooked and presented very well. Will defiantly go back.
A very family friendly restaurant with magnificent food. We enjoy going here for special occasions and we never leave without a few bottles of they're magnificent salad dressing to take home.
Although we used the booking system we weren't expected and the restaurant was busy. We were accommodated and had great service and a lovely meal
Food was very nice, service a little slow. Skinny chips not everyone's choice. Would be good if there were proper home made chips as an alternative.
Have used Guidi's for years, never fails to please. A large restaurant with a huge menu and food and service are always spot on. Would always recommend it.
Food was outstanding and staff were very helpful and service was quick
Great food , good service we always enjoy it there ....... but £3.95 for a fresh orange and lemonade? ? Tad over the top perhaps.
We eat at Guidis all the time, it's our favourite Italian restaurant. Food is amazing and the service is too! Cannot fault it at all!
Good Italian cooked from scratch food. The waitress tried to hurry us which was a bit off putting and strange seeing the restaurant was pretty quiet. Nothing else to fault though.
We arrived with our 2 young children and was asked in a very patronising manner if we mentioned high chairs when booking. The booking page did not mention that - there was a small box that said 'special requests/vouchers'. I would not class needing a high chair as a special request. The man (who I think is the owner) then looked down at my child asleep in the buggy and said 'well we have no room for a buggy' at which point we left. Very disappointed as we dine there frequently and travelled 25 mins to get there. Did not like the way the man spoke to us - very rude and patronising.
wonderful setting, staff excellent and very attentive, prices very reasonable, we opted for the lunch menu. food excellent, would highly recommend to friends and family
Went for lunch and was surprised they were offering their 2 courses for £5.95 lunch deal as it was a bank holiday. Nice food, adequate portions and a great price.
Regular visitor at this restaurant and as always the food was outstanding, a testament to the kitchen staff. However the rating is middle of the road due to a desperately poor waiting staff experience. My wife and I sat for 40 mins without being offered a dessert menu while the Italian waiter chatted to his friends 10 feet away from us. When I finally managed to get someone's attention, I ordered a cappuccino... Which never arrived. If the service equalled the quality of the food it would have been top marks... Shame.
Fantastic food, great service, as always you get what you pay for.
Food was good and staff were friendly but on special requirements stated that 5th person was a 2year old and would require a high chair and we were seated at a booth which could not take a high chair so rather than wait we took booth and had to keep a careful eye on son
Great ambiance in the restaurant. We ate from the set evening menu which has a great choice at a great price. I have been to this restaurant on a number of occasions, both at lunchtime and in the evening, and it never disappoints. I would thoroughly recommend.
It was very noisy and industrial style. Trattoria implies traditional but it was modern. No atmosphere. There was a drone from the air conditioning unit overriding everything. I could hardly hear what my husband was saying to me from across the table.
Great service had our drinks within 2 mins and the waitress was always near by the food was very good too and I will definitely be back
Great restaurant food and wine very good. Service excellent we were made feel very comfortable and the bill was a surprise compared to dinning in glasgow.
perfect restaurant with decent parking and nice workers who are always smiley. me and my partner always come to this restaurant as it has a good set price menu for lunch and pre theatre also.
We had fantastic food and drink. The Price and service was brilliant. Everyone was Very friendly and attentive. We will definitely be back soon. Thank you.
No problems, good service and food. Management may have been a bit greedy putting in extra tables but we were well a way from the busy part of the restaurant.
Great place to eat and the food is always fantastic. Staff could be more attentive when it comes to drinks as we had been sitting our full main course without one.
Always great service and food. Been many times and always happy with the meal. Will be back soon for more. Easy parking at restaurant. Thanks
The ambience was great - busy and with friendly staff. Starter was lovely but I was very disappointed with my salmon pasta. Not sure if I would go back.
It is one of best Italians in Lanarkshire great food and great service and price was great plenty of room not rushed out enjoy it's a must 😜
Great food as always and excellent value for money without lunch time menu. Friendly staff n nice decor. Easy to do find and Park. Will be back.
On arrival we noticed that the restaurant was very busy. Got our table, drinks & starters without any problem. Had quite await between starter & main course, but put this down to the restaurant being busy. After the main course we asked to see the desert menu, sat for 10 mins, no desert menu came, so got up & asked for the bill & left. Meal was good, but service could be alot better.
