We have always enjoyed our visits to The Tommyfield. The food, service and ambiance has always been good.

Great pub, we go nearly every weekend. Delicious food, excellent service, relaxed friendly atmosphere. The Nutella gnocchi are quite something.

One person serving drinks , two waiters , on the day of International cricket at the Oval ! Place was packed , fully booked , unsurprisingly ,yet not enough staff , a joke! Will not return .

Quick, efficient and friendly service before going to the comedy. Tried the new wild boar pie, which was really good. Great value with 50% off on Tastecard.

Went for pie week, pies 2 for 1. We weren't disappointed. Plenty of meat in lovely crisp pastry and not a soggy bottom in sight. Will definately return. (The puds were great too!)

I waited 1/2 an hour to get served then gave up when I was ignored!

Excellent pie, great service and genuinely nice place to go for dinner. If you are going there on a Friday or weekend it is advisable to book as it gets really busy

Lovely atmosphere, good food with huge portion sizes.( Salmon and Parfait for starters, Fillet steak and Ribeye steak for main). Pub was very very cold though!

The woman was quick at the beginning, but the other staff looked like it was their first day and it too ages to pay. It was the same last time. Other than that we love the food :)

Lovely food and great service! My advice would be to try and get a seat by the window. Burgers are awesome and you have to try the Nutella gnocci...

The pub was. Little quiet but I think that’s because it was January. However, doors was amazing, excellent friendly service too and a lovely pub. Steaks were fabulous! Will definitely go back!

Great food and lovely waiters! Had some problem with the reservation because I was late but they sorted it out in minutes while I had a Bloody Mary !

Food not as good as their sister pub, the rosendale. No separate baby change, males have to use female toilets instead. Could have craft beers.

Great Sunday Roast. But they only had one portion of the Pork roast left. Which was an issue as all three of us wanted it!

Great Roast dinner. Great pub! Great staff! Really can't fault this place, we come here regularly. They have good selection of beers and cocktails. Everything is just great!

The food was fantastic, had 3 courses all was cooked well. This is better than your normal pub food. Stayed in the hotel here too and couldn’t fault it.

Well presented yet unmistakably still a pub. The food was absolutely on point, and the wines terrific in terms both of price and quality. Definitely going back.

Food was great but service was a little of a hit & miss. Very friendly but slow at times especially at payment. Definitely worth visiting again.

Despite reserving a table for September 2018 back in May, The Tommyfield had not bothered to check for the existence of the reservation. Probably by chance just one table was available. Service was then extremely slow apparently because they were short staffed. That said the quality of the food was very good.

Great choice of veggie options and very friendly efficient service. I was torn between the veggie pie and the battered halloumi although the pasta dish looked good too!

I had a great time. I went to Tommyfield to see the comedy upstairs, but got there early to have something to eat first. Great venue, with great food & friendly service..:)
