We all Had a lovely small appetite meal which was plenty big enough. Was very well cooked. Nice to be able to go inside and eat after lockdown.

Excellent food and good service I highly recommend a visit. Very clean and friendly establishment.

Chilli beef wasn’t great. Didn’t taste of much and wasn’t really much to it. Soup of the day wasn’t to our taste. Chips could be fluffier inside, some of the chips felt half cooked. Staff were lovely and great service, couldn’t rate them higher!

Had steak asked to be cooked medium came out bloody they did a fresh one which was cooked too well done couldn't eat it.

Great welcome from a dedicated team of staff. All were very attentive and service was great. A couple of choices were not available but still plenty to choose from. Felt extremely safe with partitioned tables and plenty of hand sanitizer stations. A great evening. Thank you Stables.

Food was really good apart from one of the meals. Limited selection of desserts. The staff were friendly and the service was fast.

we have many meals all been excelent but yesterday we was the first to use the outdoor gazebo and it was excelent the food was brilliant the service was faultless very cosy under the heater I cannot thank all the staff enougth

We enjoyed our meals at the Stables, tables socially distanced. Food always good ar the stables wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Stables.

In Covid time track & trace easy to do, staff good at keeping distance but made you feel welcome & food & service up to the Stables usual good standard

Piped music / noise during our lunch was invasive especially for my father who is hard of hearing. We gathered for lunch to catch up on family news etc. - the music is totally unnecessary thanks

Went early because of baby. Waited a long time for food, peas were not very hot. Very poor choice for children and pricey

Usual friendly service from great staff, set up to feel really safe place to eat in.

Great lunch! Very friendly and a safe environment during COVID restrictions. Elderly relations first lunch out since March lockdown and they enjoyed the experience.

Excellent social distancing of tables in place and multiple sanitising stations. Very friendly staff, excellent selection on the menu and very tasty food. All in all we had a very enjoyable lunch and felt very safe. Thou roughly recommend.

Went here for a meal with a couple of friends and I was very impressed by not just how they have adapted to COVID-19 but how generous the portion sizes were for the meals. I had the chicken, leek and ham pie which was well presented and all rather delicious. There were lovely big chunks of chicken and ham. The staff were friendly and couldn't do enough for their customers. It was a very pleasant evening in a lovely pub
