I Booked on line - then received a phone-call from the restaurant - they could not accommodate us at that time - so didn't get to visit

Staff are very friendly, and food is well worth the money. Absolutely delicious! Quality and quantity! Staff were very welcoming and organised and made sure we had everything we needed but not in an overly annoying way!

Fantastic food fantastic venue and very good service. This was my second visit and it was just as good as I remember. The staff are very polite and make sure your meal is an enjoyable experience.

Excellent staff, meal and service. Very easy to book through Quandoo and restaurant well prepared. I had salmon crostini and Cajun Tuna steak. Absolutely gorgeous!

Great atmosphere and awesome food. Highly recommend the mushroom pepper pot and soulville combo. Been visiting this place for years and not once had a bad meal! 👍

Arrived and was greeted by some friendly staff, from here taken to our seats. The place was nice and good decor with the soul theme and fun bits of trivia on the tables. The food was good although took a little longer than expected to arrive!

We eat here regularly and the food is fab. No problem either today with the food but the service let it down. Shown to seat and not asked if we required a drink - approx 20 mins waitress appeared and asked if we were ready to order said yes and could we order a drink too! Also, after meal finished had to go to bar to ask for coffee again as no one came to our table. Not as busy as it has been so no excuse for shoddy waitressing but food and place still very good.

Had a good meal with great friends. The service was good - friendly, courteous staff. I would definitely recommend the Soulville Steakhouse to anyone wanting to have a good night out.

meal and atmosphere really good only gripe is we waited a very long time for our food - with a four year old this wasn't good

Lovely and very quick service. Starters were very good portions and very well presented. The steak was cooked perfectly as we requested. We will be returning very soon.

Friendly staff, although i wasn't initially shown a children's menu until 3rd staff member approached me and after i had ordered a soft drink off the main menu for my son. Food was great, price is very reasonable. Will definitely go again.

Restaurant looking very tired and food was only average Staff very pleasant. Would not visit again 😟Chesterfield was a great experience and was hoping for same in Nottingham but not so.

The food is amazing; cooked to perfection, the atmosphere is great with the 60s music and the waiting staff are friendly and attentive. Great experience and will visit again.

Best steak I have ever had. Been a few times now and it never disappoints. Service and food are excellent. Would certainly recommend and will be visiting again.
