Really good food excellent friendly service. We had a lovely relaxing meal and will certainly be going again. There is also a good wine list from which to choose. We were offered a lovely table away from a family group which was very considerate.

The only issue was it was difficult to catch the waiting staffs attentino when wanting another drink. We had to go to the bar. Food was amazing though!

It is fairly pricey for a pub, but the food and experience are great. The menu is varied and specials are available. there are plenty of wines to choose from.

Excellent meal, friendly staff. The Ruddington Arms never disappoints in terms of quality of the food or the helpful and friendly nature of the staff. Always made to feel welcome and never rushed.

I was most impressed wiht the Ruddington Arms. For me it was a first time visit. I had heard good reports and was keen to try it out. The service was excellent and the staff first class; polite and attentive. The menu was interesting and varied...not just the "pub lunch" offers. The food was excellent. very timely served and great taste and quality.

It was an enjoyable meal, it tasted very good. Before the meal we had a Gin & Tonic and the one I picked was perfect and served properly.

Beautiful food in a lovely relaxed setting with friendly service. Starters a little overpriced but it is the best food in Ruddington. Perfect for a special occasion. We went for our wedding anniversary and really enjoyed it.

Really good food - a good selection to choose from and cooked excellently. The place itself was great and had a good feel to it. Drinks were not overly expensive. Very impressed!!

Midweek visit on a Wednesday. Excellent food as always and attentive service. Can tell that they care about the quality of food coming out of the kitchen. Always recommend.

Really good food and atmosphere, and really nice service. I had the leek and potato soup, good bread, and then the cod I tzatzuki which I had never tried before but really enjoyed. Will be back again.

Really nice lunch sun was shining started off in the garden went into the restaurant then back to the garden for coffee. Food was delicious

Lovely lunch today with elderly mother, my very good friend and 2 year old granddaughter. Food was excellent, the children's pasta was delicious but far too big a portion. Half would have been enough but very good nevertheless. The only criticism I have is that you seemed to be very understaffed and therefore we waited a long time and it was difficult to get the staffs attention. Minor criticism only. We will return

On a Saturday night there was a Lively atmosphere. Pleasant surroundings, staff gave good service with excellent food and drink. Would recommend to friends and colleagues.

The food is the best around. Their soups and salads are great. they consistently provide great food and good service. We go to this restaurant at least 3 times a month.

A lovely meal promptly served, good hot food with lots of choice. However a large party on the next table was very noisy which spoilt things a little.

Another great night out at my favourite place to eat, ruddy good steak burger was amazing, very succulent and juicy. The service and ambience were faultless.

Exceptional as always. Amazing smoked haddock and chocolate donuts with pistachio ice cream. Lovely, charming service all very much appreciated. Returning in a couple of days so cant be bad !

We had a lovely evening dinner at our local. The food is of a high standard and the presentation is great. We especially love the Camembert starter yum yum. Thank you

Great service and very tasty. The daily specials looked really good but had the burger in the end. Recommend trying one as it was very good! They also have a few local spirits and beers available.

Great experience and food as always. So happy we have such a lovely pub at the end of our road. Glad we moved here to ruddington.

Great food and excellent service. The salmon starter, the smoked haddock with creamed potato and egg main were very tasty, as was the orange posset dessert.

Another fantastic meal with great service. Soufflé for starters was sublime & the Sticky Toffee Pudding was as divine as it always is. Can't wait to go again.

Wonderful! I ate here on my own as I got home late from work and hubby was working away so came here for a lovely quiet meal for one. I got excellent service and a wonderful meal and thoroughly enjoyed it all, tomato salad and chicken breast with mashed potato to boot - yum!

Very busy,but enjoyable bar environment.Very friendly and helpful staff,all with pleasing sense of humour.Had starters and mains-starter of cheese souffle very tasty,but a little disappointed with the main meal of bacon chop which i found very salty.However a pleasant evening and we would happily return

Excellent service, could not fault it . The food presentation was beautiful and the fish cakes were superb, the best I have ever eaten. Would thoroughly recommend it for any occasion.

It was a nice little pub for dinner. It was very quiet when we visited. The food was very good and good selection of cask ale too.

The food was very delicious with some unusual mixtures. My friend who is vegetarian was very impressed with choices for her and the marrying of flavours. Our waitress was very efficient and helpful and even came out to the car park with a scarf we left on a chair.

The food was great, unfortunately the service was slow and inadequate . We were not asked if we required any sauces to complement our meal.

As usual we had a lovely Sunday lunch with great service. All our differing tastes are catered for too. My son says the fish and chips are the best anywhere.

Excellent food and service. Very attentive staff which catered to all our needs. Even though the restaurant was busy there was no rush and we could stay at the table all night

Went for lunch to celebrate a birthday. Not cheap but the food was top notch, surprisingly busy for a Tuesday lunch. Pick of the meals we chose were mussels for starters, rib eye steak for main and sticky toffee pudding dessert. The scallop starter was a little undersized for the price. I advised them when booking that it was a birthday but they didnt didn't make any extra effort.

It was the first time we had been and we were not disappointed. Lovely food including really creative vegetarian food and very efficient service. Great!

Whilst the food was good quality, sadly the same couldn't be said of the service. Long wait for the order and the staff seem more preoccupied with setting tables, than being attentive to the seated guests.

I had the vegetarian butternut squash dish and the flavours were lovely, so many parts to the dish. Good food, nice atmosphere. Would definitely recommend 😀

My wife and I went for Sunday lunch and thought the food was lovely. The quality of the food was excellent and the service was first rate. We will definitely go back for more.

Food and service were faultless, very impressed. We especially recommend the cheese soufflé to start and the fondue sharing pudding for dessert! Looking forward to going back in the near future

Excellent food, both full English and the Bacon and Egg cob. Prompt and excellent service. Would highly recommend this place. Plenty of free parking too.
