Food is of a high standard and the welcome is friendly. We will be returning to sample other dishes on the menu. A nice relaxed pub.
Lovely old worldly pub off the high street in pretty little Cotswold town. Good reasonably priced food and lovely ambience. Staff welcoming and professional. Would visit again if in the area.
Good food... efficient friendly staff..recommendad, specials of the day, but not so many light choices...or salads, good choice of pies...nice bar area and rear garden
Amazing food. Best lamb I’ve ever had! Excellent gluten free menu, lots of choice. Great service. Friendly and helpful staff. Will be going again very very soon
Delightful food in a gorgeous village! Complimentary starter was delicious and pot roasted chicken was heavenly! Would definitely recommend a visit and will be returning for more next time we are in the vicinity!
Staff were really friendly and attentive. The food was delicious and plenty of it. all at a very reasonable price. Would certainlly return again. overall excellent.
Lovely atmosphere and amazing food and drinks. Three of us regularly meet here every couple of months on a Saturday lunchtime for chat and food.
Extremely good food, reasonably priced with friendly service in a "proper" pub. Their pies are very good and worth the wait to have them cooked from scratch. No background "muzak" is a big plus.
As always a friendly welcome, great service, fantastic food. The best Ham, egg and chips. Wonderful pork belly, black pudding, greens and creamy mash. One of our favourite places to eat. See you again soon. Thank you. :)
Great food and friendly staff in a charming environment. I had the spiced lamb and apricot pie and my wife had the special, the haddock with poached eggs. I would highly recommend dining here.
Great little pub, and extra points for friendliness towards dogs. Pies were really good and well worth the 20min wait. A good no fuss experience.
