Amazing as always! Quick, friendly service, a thousand different burger combos, great kids menu. Brilliant selection of beers and yummy puds, can’t ask for more!

Nice atmosphere, kind, helpful and knowlegable staff. There was a great variety of drinks and super tasty huge burgers!! Keep up with the good job!

Good food but not a great environment to enjoy it. Loud bar staff having personal conversations during a quiet early Sunday evening not the most enjoyable way to have a meal. Steaks both very good and good portion size but, given my partner’s recommendation of this eatery, I was a bit disappointed overall as a meal out is not just about the quality of the food. Seems to be a venue geared towards a student clientele, although the prices don’t reflect this.

As always, an amazing meal. Massive range of beers and burger options for vegans (like me) and normal-eaters alike, and the huge portions are always appreciated! Would definitely recommend trying their beer-battered olives as well. My favourite restaurant in Southampton for sure!

went With my son for lunch in a Saturday. Needed to book. Both agreed that they were the best vegan burgers we have ever had. Huge servings-Haven’t been so full in years! Delicious 😋

Brilliant place for an awesome meal. Food was just perfect and couldn’t compliment the staff enough. Excellent range of real ales which both my wife and myself thoroughly enjoyed.

Make sure you go with a hearty appetite! The burgers are delicious and mountainous! Whether you normal fries or special fries, the seasoning will make you want more!

Excellent as always. Food is top quality, service is quick. Only improvement is to improve the non alcoholic offerings of drinks, bar staff know all their other spirits and beers etc very well if you are looking to try something new.

Best burgers in town rest of the menu looks pretty good too. Recommend the Volcano. Proper heat. Good selection of real ales, Mondays and Tuesdays 2 for 1 on burgers worth a try

Fantastic! Went there because I have dairy free vegetarians in my family... The portions are huge and quality of ingredients is amazing. Flavours are all turned up to 11...

Our second visit to the Rockstone before a rock gig in Southampton and still our pitstop of choice! Great food, great staff, great music, great atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Amazing afternoon out. Gorgeous food, friendly staff, a definite must visit if you’re in the area. Only tiny whinge, it was quite cold, but although im a cold person, others who aren’t mentioned it too.

Incredible food as always. Top quality and huge portions. Fab range of drinks at the bar. Accommodating and friendly staff. Good options for vegan and gluten free diets. Lack of parking is a slight downside.

This is a great place with great food and a really decent feel to the place. I especially like the fine selection of drinks on offer.

Quirky menu, not as I expected as I’d looked for “roast dinner” . The menu, basically is all burgers. Great atmosphere and the food was well prepared, cooked and presented. My family loved it but unfortunately I didn’t enjoy my meal. I would have preferred a “proper roast” . We will probably return as the family, 3 adults and 2 children because it was nice food and reasonable, especially as it was Mother’s Day and us Mums ate at half price!

Finally managed to indulge in a Rockstone roast burger and it didn’t disappoint - a burger between two Yorkshire puddings, what’s not to like? Service as great as ever, we’ll be back soon.

absoloutly lovely food and a really warm environment, I would highly recommend, unusual but tasty food as well. Just need some parking area close by

Great burgers (and massive portions) - 5 of us went for a birthday lunch and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The Montezuma burger was especially good!

Great food great atmosphere! Friendly staff too. Oh and they have a fantastic selection of ales and spirits, in addition to Pearfection which is in my opinion the best pear cider I've ever tasted.

Food, beer and service were excellent as always. They are burgers are outstanding and the sweet potato fries are something to be missed. Wide selection of real ales.
