The Rockstone

Loved the cider. Loved the atmosphere and just generally love this place. However, service was slow and we waited over an hour for our dinner. Still coming back though!!!

We visited with friends 27/07/19. The staff were friendly and courteous despite it being a very warm evening and not having any ice, or lager on tap! The two burgers and the two steaks were cooked perfectly and were outstandingly good; as were the sharing nachos! It was a first visit for our friends and they will return, as will we!

We had a large group of friends out, all food arrived at the same time, friendly staff.. Good beers and cider... Great night had by all

Great food but if you were hoping for a pudding on top of a burger, you'll do well, they're massive!

Booked a table for 12 very cramped because of 3 children with us aswell however staff made the best of it food was fantastic and service was fantastic would definitely go back without so many people

The rockstone has the best burgers a great selection of beers and ciders with regularly updated specials.

Great bar/restaurant with lots of gin’s on the menu. The food was great 👍🏻 and the service was accurate. I would like to recommend this.

Ordered food at 7:30pm.. at 8:10pm it still hadn't arrived; yet there were others who ordered AFTER us with their food. After asking where the food was, the guy who took the order apologised and stated the kitchen was busy, yes it may have been, but everyone was eating except us. Clearly our ticket had not been sent to the kitchen. Luckily, we were given a refund and our food finally came out after 1 hour 20 minutes. I have not given this the worst rating because the food was really good; (we only had starters and sides). We would eat here again, I just hope we would not have the same experience.

It's always a pleasure to go to the Rockstone, My climbing club goes here every week after climbing at bouldershack. The burgers are amazing and the staff are incredibly friendly.

Amazing food, the burgers patties are honestly the best in Southampton, amazing flavours, perfectly seasoned. But, I was disappointed with the buns, cause it gets soggy really quick cause of how big the burger patties are and all the different fillings.

Food and service was fine but marked down overall due to the poor choice of beers. Many pumps left unused. Not as I remember the Rockstone in the past. More ruby and dark ales please.

Tuesdays is always and excellent deal - 2 burgers for £22!!! And they were epic!

Always a great and safe place to go, especially for alternative folk. The burgers are out of this world - for meat eaters and vegetarian and vegans alike (I am told; not vegan). The selection of beers, ciders, rum and other alcohol is extensive - Party Times ahoy!

We had a lovely meal. Surprised by the size of the burgers as it was out first time there. It is worth the money but not a cheap meal out. I would highly recommend.
