Wonderful pre Christmas family lunch. The standard of the food and service never fails to impress. A firm favourite with all members of the family

Although the restaurant was very busy today, the service was as prompt and polite as usual. Both food and drinks were served quickly with minimal waiting.

Had a lovely meal from the carvery. Everything was cooked well. Service with a smile.

Booked online and received a warm welcome from attentive staff. Food was excellent quality and good value. Our two young grandchildren said it was delicious .

Probably the quietest I have seen the restaurant, was this because everyone has had too many mince pies or started there diet? one thing for sure, you are guaranteed an excellent meal everytime, staff always have a smile on there faces & nothing is too much trouble? as always went for the carvery, this is the only place I enjoy beef, 10 out of 10 to the chef, great choice of vegetables, & food piping hot, keep up the good work & excellent food

Beautiful food. Such friendly staff. Overall, a lovely atmosphere! Nothing was too much trouble, even when busy. Thoroughly recommend! Could not fault. Can't wait to go Back!

I took my family for a meal for New Years Eve all the adults had a carvery which there was plenty of choice and we all enjoyed.The children were able to have a childs meal which was served promptly. Overall experience great

Excellent selection of meats and veg. Good service from staff. Our table was in a section of the room which involved one step up from the main floor which is a natural hazard for folk carrying a plate of food in front of them. I've seen accidents here. Our party we're happy with their meals and enjoyed our visit.

Very attentive staff, only down side to this visit was small choice of food on menu. On the other hand it was 27/12/2017. The quality of the food on offer was very good. But I came out to eat something different to Christmas food. However I would still recommend anyone to visit, as it is normally one of the best places to eat.

Went for post Xmas lunch with family, and had a lovely time. The staff were really friendly and helpful. And the food was absolutely amazing!

This was our third visit and was as good as the first. The carvery is excellent value for money with a fantastic choice of vegetables, potato dishes and meat. The restaurant is always clean, tidy and very welcoming as are the staff. Very pleasant ladies who were welcoming, helpful, and smiling. We have also had a meal from the menu which was also excellent value for money with a generous serving. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Four of us ate here today for lunch. The table was set up a corner making it very restrictive to get in or out. My chair was unstable. The food was ok - all vegetables etc needed refilling. However all staff were lovely and I didn't complain so they didn't get chance to put anything right. Would return if I can choose where I sit and may give carvery another go.

Party of 25 for Boxing Day, excellent good ,food , good service, only criticism was that we could only have table for 2 hours so it was a bit rushed at the end of the meal we didn’t have time for a sweet .

We visited on a Sunday evening. Fabulous, tasty and affordable carvery. Best in Bromsgrove by far! Would highly recommend! Problem is it’s so popular you have to book far in advance.

Had a lovely meal at the Nailers with 9 members of the family. Staff were friendly and polite as always and the carveries were beautiful. We will be returning very soon.

Always a pleasure eating at the Nailers. The staff are always so welcoming! They currently have a Christmas Fayre menu and it is definitely worth the price! We're trying to book in again before the New Year!

We've been visiting the Nailers for a couple of years now and we always get great food at the carvery, at a good price. Staff are always friendly and helpful.

Food plentiful (we had carvery) and good value. Restaurant was busier than I’ve seen it before, lots of large parties, which made it feel a bit too full on.

Lovely meal yet again, the meat was very juicy and tast and the veg was plentyfull. First class service as always and a lovely pint of Rattler.
