Back to The Nailors again.Never disappointed with this place. Seem to go for the carvery most of the time and you can't go wrong. Excellent meal. Excellent service as usual.

Lovely meal as always. Meat was lovely and tender and veg was cooked to perfection. Staff were polite and helpful. Restaurant was clean and tidy.

Lovely food and dining experience. Been a few times now and the food is always fab. This time we went for the carvery and had a dessert too.

Love, love, love this place. Food is always delicious, staff very friendly and excellent service. We always have the carvery, but there is an alternative menu, with starters, mains and desserts. Make sure you book before you go though, always very busy!

The meal was very good my only slight complaint was that the roast potatoes seemed a bit greasy, not up to your normal good quality. Otherwise I enjoyed everything about the meal.

The Nailers does a great carvery. Whenever I’ve eaten off the main menu I’ve been disappointed . The desserts are always good. This visit - 3 carvery meals were fab. 1 liver and bacon not. 3 desserts perfect. Coffee always Luke warm . No heating on so room quite chilly too. Always really busy so worth booking.

Went on a Saturday night around 7.30pm.Were told our table was 22 .which was basically a table squeezed in behind a table with a large party constantly pushing past us.Including annoying children under no control.Who only went quiet when eating.But i have know complaints about the food which was to the Nailers usual standard.Two steaks cooked just as we had ordered and penty of sides.And a very nice sweet.

Brilliant carvery, lots of choice. Staff very pleasant and helpful, even remembered our drink order from previous week. Go for carvery weekly and will continue to do so.

Again another great meal, never disappoints. Food, service and atmosphere are fantastic. Staff are always at hand to help and the food most importantly is amazing and good value.

Good, but a little rushed and forgot a few things.

Good hot food, prompt but not rushed service and a lovely buzz to the place. There were loads of delicious vegetables and a choice of beef (braised I would think), turkey and pork. Decent cup of coffee too, will definitely return.

The nailers is consistently excellent. The food is great and the staff helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend the nailers to anyone and be confident they would enjoy it.

No real issues with the Food (this time all had Carvery, although there are other/good alternatives), though one of the Yorkshire’s that one of our party had was really difficult to cut/ eat, but that’s minor really. The service was very friendly and efficient. Only ‘not so good’ thing you have to tolerate is how busy and noisy it is (a sign of it’s excellent value), which is just a sign of its popularity. Thankfully we managed to get moved from the table right next to where people queue for the Carvery, otherwise think our experience would have been less good - thanks for that....appreciated.

We always love coming back to the Nailers. The beef was beautiful today, as was the pork. Great selection of veg. I enjoyed a pint of Butty Bach today.

Absolutely lovely place to eat, food is always gorgeous, with a lovely self serve carvery and a really nice alternative menu, staff are always very helpful and friendly. Plenty of parking.

A very nice pub. Great food. Staff are always very attentive and polite. Restaurant area is always clean and tidy. Would highly recommend. Reasonably priced. Have a large car park at rear.

Never had a meal I didn’t enjoy at the Nailors the carvery is my normal meal but tried the faggots and they are great would highly recommend

Never ever had a bad experience here. Always A1 service and A1 food. Would never go for a carvery anywhere else after eating here. PERFECT

Food,service,staff,management etc is all first class.You can not fault anything to do with the Nailers Arms,Food is hot and plentiful,service is with a smile and staff and management are so polite and efficient. The only fault I have got to express in this review is that because I am selfish I do not like too many people knowing about my restaurant!!!,i want it all to myself.Thanks to everybody for another great meal.

Very good as always - even managed to get in at short notice on Bank holiday Monday lunchtime which was a bonus - just one mark short of a maximum as the staff were clearly run off their feet

Excellent ate with a party of 8 meat and veg always cooked to perfection and a wide choice. Service very good attentive and no hanging around will return soon.

Good food and excellent service. Prices very reasonable. Our party of five was treated with respect and understanding when one was later than the rest.

Arrived 30 minutes early, but the team were great and seated us straight away. Lovely food as always. No minimum charge for card use which was helpful when I wanted to order another soft drink.

This was our first time and will definitely be going again and will highly recommend. The staff were really friendly, excellent service & lovely food.
