There were three of us who went for a birthday celebration. We all enjoyed the carvery which is well cooked an good value. The staff as always were very pleasant to deal with.

We came to celebrate my friends birthday, my treat to her. I had the carvery and my friend had the beef and onion pie. Both meals were absolutely delicious and we even found room for puddings! Cherry pie and custard and the baileys creme brulee... Mmmmmmm. Fabulous!

Staff ignorant and rude, food was tasteless. Was worse than our previous visit. Shan’t be going again.

Food was very good. Service was appalling!! Plates were left on the table, noone came to offer us dessert. When I went to the till to ask about dessert, the waitress was very rude

Lovely carvery, as always. Roast potatoes much improved from when I came last.

One meal had to be sent back due to overlooking My wife asked about the vegetables with the salmon, when the plate arrived the vegetables where different Not to her tast The restaurant offered a free sweet but it soured a night out

As always an excellent meal, we had the carvery but my son had a vegetarian meal and all three meals were excellent.

I visited The Nailers again for my birthday and took the family for an evening Carvery. Very good selection of food, as usual and we all enjoyed the main courses and ice cream desserts
