Great carvery and delicious desserts, everyone always says they have the best carvery in town and it didn't disappoint. Very reasonable price too - highly recommend.

Good service and huge portions. Starters are massive. My only slight moan was that the vegetables on the car very could have been a little bit hotter. They were not cold but l like my food to be piping hot. Still a good restaurant though and i would certainly recommend a visit.

Great restaurant. Lovely food with very generous portion sizes. Will definitely return as there are lots of different menu choices that I need to sample.

Really lovely decor, staff were all polite & helpful, we had the carvery and were really impressed, plenty of fresh vegetables to choose from and all hot.

We had the carvery meal. Nicely cooked meat with large choice of vegetables. Waiter took a little time to come through to service area otherwise good customer service. A value for money restaurant.

Fantastic hidden gem! The carvery was absolutely lovely with a great selection of veg. Brilliant selection of drinks and all staff very friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend The Nailers Arms to all.

Booked this venue as it had such a variety in the menu that suited one of our group that has ulcerative colitis. Everything was perfect. Carvery was best we'd seen. Would definitely recommend and will be back there again soon.

Beautifully gorgeous would recommend to anyone would come back could make this a regular visitor loved it so much price was very reasonable was very busy but staff werequired very efficiant

Excellent atmosphere, excellent service and excellent food! Although it was very busy the staff were very attentive and we couldn't have asked for better service. The food was extremely nice and very good value.

we were truly delighted and so pleased with our experience at the NAILERS ARMS on thursday 4th august 2016, and as the staff were so polite and helpful, we were well pleased and we all had the delicious carvery and an equally delicious dessert. The whole experience was great and our compliments go out to all the staff there.

This is now my favourite place to visit, for a carvery, the staff are excellent & polite, nothing is too much trouble, meat is always suculient & vegetables fresh, you always leave feeling full, & if you have room afterwards, the desserts are excellent too

lovely pub and friendly service. Would recommend go early to catch carvery at it freshest as some of veg was a bit past its best when we got there but was good value for money

We had a lovely meal and the lady who served us was efficient and very pleasant, the only reason I didn't give a 6 was where we sat there was no breeze could have done with a fan or air con we were really hot!

Very impressed , waiting staff very friendly , food was hot delicious and plenty of it . Had a word with owner it's always nice to get positive feedback . Would recommend this place and would book again in a heart beat thankyou .

Lovely place, very spacious, friendly staff, food was good until I got to the meat 🤔 very bland & very dry shame as other wise it was excellent . Would go again & hope for better joints of meat.

The Nailers Arms has a good atmosphere and the food and service were excellent. It wasn't particularly good weather when we went but the garden and outside area looked very nice. We will certainly return soon and hopefully on a sunny day.

Prompt service pleasant staff and we both had the carvery loads of choice with the vegetables and a choice of three meats and a great choice of desert would definitely got back again

We are local and love coming to the nailers. It has a great atmosphere just for a drink, with a cosy bar and extensive outdoor seating. We always enjoy the carvery, great that they have all the trimmings!

Staff were extremely helpful. We were not rushed, despite two of our party being stuck in traffic. The variety of food suited everyone's taste and the carvery was particularly good. We were celebrating my Mom's 80th birthday and she really enjoyed herself and wants to go back again.

Great menu especially if you enjoy food with a New Orleans twist. Choice of beers extensive, and service top notch. Will definitely be coming back. Fabulous.

Food lovely but carvery a little cold and roasters not crisp. Pleasant waitress but needs to be more attentive. Waited too long for someone to take dessert order and didn't get asked if wanted another drink - glasses empty. Good value however and would return.

Excellent food . Helpful staff and good value for money. Only complaint it was very hot in the restaurant no air could do with aircon or more open windows.

The meal was lovely but as it was so busy we had an hour wait for our food as we had chosen from the menu rather than the carvery.

the service was prompt and efficient, the food was wonderful and plentiful and the ambiance was nice and relaxing and the value for money was also high. Nice surroundings too being almost countryside.

The best carvery in the area. Slightly more expensive than some but you get what you pay for, great quality! Will certainly be returning for another visit.

Very busy when we arrived but never felt rushed. Food was of a good standard and the desserts were great. Our 2nd visit definitely be back again.

Great food and service as usual. First meal out with our new baby - looked after by the staff and made to feel welcome with all our paraphernalia!
