Excellent night for for an 80th birthday celebration, great service also and the meal was superb as always , eat here quite often and can’t fault it

Perfect food quick service as always, never fails here, advisible to book as it does get full very quickly, lots of choice on the menu

The venue is excellent with a good ambiance, attentive staff providing great service without hovering over you. We had the carvery which was great value, with a choice of any combination of beef, turkey and gammon and an excellent variety of vegetables. The drinks are very reasonable and I would recommend this venue to anyone.

Always a very nice meal and the staff are helpful and obliging . Very good value for money if you choose the carvery and offers on puddings. Will definitely return.

Really enjoy eating out here, there is always plenty of parking and from where we live it’s a lovely ride out. Staff are always very friendly and helpful. Food is delicious and the carvery is the best, real good value for money and we have never had a bad meal there. Definitely recommend here

Each time I visit the Nailers Arms the food is outstanding whether it be a carvery or something else off the menu. The staff are always friendly despite the pressure of working in a very busy pub/restaurant. It is not my policy to recommend any place but I will definitely return to The Nailers.

Meal and service was excellent.plus point being able to book online. Would recommend. Good array of vegetables with a choice of three meats. Lamb would be a nice option

Lovely restaurant. Really nice food. Unfortunately other customers thought it was ok to play a phone video loudly to their toddler but that wasn't that fault of the restaurant.

We visited for a family birthday on a Sunday as it’s our favourite place for such an occasion. The beef gammon and turkey were excellent and a great choice of veg. Always a good cellar of beers. Doom bar today!

My partner and I absolutely love this place. The food is always 10/10. We have never been disappointed with the quality of the food or the friendliness of the staff. We would definitely recommend this to other people.

Good food as always, but may have timed it a bit wrong though, you could see the vegetables had been sitting out a bit too long. Hasn't put us off, will be going again soon

We had never visited the Nailers Arms previously and had no expectations, however the food was very good, extremely plentiful (!) and great value for money. Lots of choice from the menu plus the option of a full carvery. We might forego the starter next time due to the large portions so that we can finish the main course. Very good.

Wonderful place to eat! Great range of vegetables although, sadly, this time the vegetables weren't up to standard. This is unusual and trust it's not a 'new trend'. Staff are friendly, helpful and accommodating.

The food is always good with a very good selection of vegetables. The restaurant area has a warm and welcoming ambiance and environment. Lunch or evenings, the standard remains the same.

The meal is usually lovely and a very high standard, but on this occasion the roast potatoes were brought out black, which is not acceptable! We complained and the staff were very obliging.

Food and service was very good as usual, unfortunately we were sat next to a party of 10 or 12 people who were really noisy. With the tables being extremely close together we couldn't hear ourselves think. I must point out though that the tables are only this close in this one position. The rest of the restaurant is ok. On reflection I wish I'd have asked to be moved to a different table.

Very pleasant experience with good food and service. The waitresses were attentive but not in your face all the time. Food arrived hot and nicely presented and reasonably priced. Definitely would go again.

Returned again for yet another lovely meal with friends at the Nailers Arms Bourneheath. Attentive staff, great tasty food in very pleasant atmosphere. Great value as always.

Smashing Pub and is very popular, so you need to book in advance. The Nailers is very clean and has a nice atmosphere. The carvery is the best around and there is also a very good choice on the menu besides the carvery. Once you have been here you will see the difference in the quality to the usual carvery eateries, all of the food is very nice and cooked fresh and very well presented. Would definitely recommend.

Best carvery in Bromsgrove. Food is delicious, reasonably priced and great service. Just need to book well in advance as it’s so popular, midweek is easier!

Booked online for lunch. Visit about once a month. Food was excellent as usual. Beef was particularly nice today. Generous helping of apple crumble and custard to finish. All the staff are very pleasant. It is a pleasure to visit a place with good old fashioned service and quality food
