We always have a problem with seating. We like near the carvery. Always told it’s booked. Every time we visit loads of empty tables with reserved on. For instance 4 empty tables In That area with reserved on but by closing time at 3ish on Saturday tables still empty. Food is good . Just can’t understand seating problem.

Nothing more to tell. Food was excellent, we were shown to our table as soon as we arrived, and our order taken. We visit the Nailers quite a lot and the food has always been excellent. We will continue to go there :-)

Nailers was unusually quiet today. Beef pork and turkey on. Beef not as nice as normal. Good selection of veg and good selection of beers. Went for sharps doom bar today.

First class waitress service and first class food. Cannot fault, top marks. My husband and I both had the carvery, a choice of three roast meats and a wide selection of vegetables. Excellent.

Enjoyable 95th birthday family get together. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and the food as always was very tasty. Would highly recommend.

Attended dinner time and still atmosphere was lovely. Food was delicious and service as warm and welcoming as if I had come in the evening. Nailers Arms constantly delivers regardless of time. If you want quality food at fantastic prices this is the place to be.

I ordered the salmon and asked if I could add the vegetables from the carvery, staff were most obliging. Salmon was very nice and too the vegetables.

Best carvery in town. Good selection of veg.always topped up. Even better if you can get there at 6.friendly staff too. Need to book early to avoid disappointment

We were welcomed at the Nailers and shown to our pr-booked table, Denise took our order for drinks and food. After a short while we went up to the carvery and selected our meat, then served ourselves to the wide selection of vegetables etc. The food was good and for the price a fair deal. We stopped for a sweet which for the price was good value. On the whole a nice relaxed experience and pleasant service.

Amazing restaurant, well worth a visit. Food was great and very tasty. All food was served fresh as we had booked for when it had opened. Will be returning
