No complaints, good food and good service. A lovely relaxed dining experience, and some of the best Indian food I've eaten. Would definitely come back!
The group were treated with the utmost kindness from all the staff and they were happy to help with dietary requirements. They even changed some of the dishes specifically so our whole table can enjoy! Definitely a perfect way to spend a special occasion, but equally perfect for just a meal out. Didn't know they did takeaway too so I'll be trying that in the future!
We had a delicious meal, really friendly service teamed with a great atmosphere. What more could you want? We will definitely be back again for more yummy food
Extremely pleasant food, very nice service, comfort environment, the restaurant has a very high standard of both food and wine. would definitely recommend to friends
Amazing , awesome food will be back, if you live in Bath or visiting give it a try, best Indian I've had. 10 out of 10
Amazing Tasting Menu but you have to ask for it - it doesn't get given to you as an option... it's definitely worth the ask!
Excellent food and excellent service. Would definitely recommend! The best Indian restaurant I have been to in the South West and the meat was very good quality. The smoked tawa duck was delicious, as was the chicken lababdar
Great food. Great service. Nicely designed and comfortable decor. There is no convenient parking but it's a price worth paying for the experience I think.
Food and service excellent. Parking plentiful with only a 2 minute walk. Well decorated restaurant with everything clean including cutlery and glasses. I would say it is a little expensive but you only get what you pay for.
Lovely friendly staff, brilliant service and excellent food - what more do you want . I would highly recommend the Mint Room to family and friends.
We had a really good experience. The food was so delicious. Staffs are well mannered and providing quality service. Even though they were really busy, still they managed to give proper services to each table.
great restaurant, friendly prompt service (even though it was busy) amazing food and lovely atmosphere. I will be going again as it is walking distance for me.

Service was really friendly, food delicious. A little pricey, but we would come back. Side note; the cucumber chili cocktail wasnt very nice - but this could be because of my own taste (i have not included the cocktail in my rating)
Absolutely stunning! Tasty food, beautiful ambient and a very friendly staff! We had a wonderful evening there and looking forward to come back anytime! Thank you very much 😍
An amazing restaurant all round. Great food and great service. A bit Expensive but you have to pay for quality and that's what you get at the mint rooms. Would 100% recommend to anyone.
The staff were very attentive and talkative. It has great interior (especially for an Indian) and food is amazing! Brought out a candle and desert for boyfriends birthday which was a great extra touch.
Great & friendly service from the staff who knew the menu well when asked questions. The food was absolutely delicious and accommodated some dietary requirements. The place has a lovely atmosphere and you can easily have converse with the people you are with as the volume in the restaurant is just right. I will definitely be returning again.
After arriving promptly at our booked time, it took over half an hour to have our order taken (this was after we asked if we'd been forgotten). Our starters arrived one hour after being seated and our main course an hour later. Our bill was wrong - we were over charged for rice and were subject to a 12.5% service charge, amounting to nearly ten pounds, which was added to our bill and gave them impression you had no choice but to pay it - I didn't see the words "discretionary" anywhere. I appreciate it was a busy evening, however, this is a very expensive restaurant, and expensive restaurants should get it right. That's why people pay almost double what they would in a normal restaurant to eat here. Don't get me wrong, the food here is superb and there is no other Indian restaurant like it, but we paid £100 for a night out when the whole time we felt neglected, had to wait a very long time for food and were then hit with this big service charge, even though the restaurant knew the service they had given us all evening had been appalling. I have been here once before and it was excellent - this time I was with 3 friends trying to impress them, none of which would return here again. Shame.
Interesting menu, good wine pairings, friendly service. The rabbit starter and prawn/scallop starter were both excellent. Duck main came with an incredibly sweet coconut sauce that wasn't to our taste, but the chicken lababdar was excellent and very generous.
A VERY NICE ENVIRONMENT, THE STAFF VERY ATTENTIVE, I HAD LAMB ROGAN JOSH THE FLAVOURS WERE DELICIOUS BUT MEAT WAS RATHER CHEWY, I DO THINK THERE COULD BE A BETTER SELECTION OF SIDE DISHES!
4/5. The Mint Room had a welcoming, bright atmosphere upon arrival. The service was good, & we were given advice on dishes. Would have preferred a bottle of water for the table rather then being served it when our glasses were empty. The experience would had gained 5-6 if the men's toilets didn't look like a building site.
Very nice restaurant with a nice ambience. The food was very nice together with the service. It wasn't amazing, but would definately go there again.
Superb food - best Indian in Bath for sure. Only minor quabble is that it tookan age to get the bill at the end if the night, otherwise a great time.
Superb restaurant, best food and ambience I can remember. Staff are very attentive and they have got everything just right. Highly recommend and will definitely come here again. Shame we live 70 miles away!
The best Indian I've had 5 star . Good staff friendly nothing to much trouble. You need to book a table as it's busy most days
Consistently great food and service, the staff are very friendly and attentive without being annoying, by far my favourite Indian restaurant in Bath and the surrounding area.
Delicious food, excellent service and although not cheap, good value for money. Definitely the only Indian restaurant worth visiting in Bath. We will go again.
The service was excellent, friendly and efficient and quick, the atmosphere intimate and quite elegant. We personally would've preferred a more traditional restaurant like the Raj Poot which is now sadly closed, however it is marketed as contemporary so that's fair enough as that's exactly what it is. The food was lovely, not the best curries we'd ever had but still very nice. The pudding of roast pineapple and coconut ice cream was gorgeous but the green fennel smear was a step too far for me ! The ladies loo was a bit tired and the door wouldn't lock.
Excellent food, well presented, supported with great service. It was a very busy Saturday night so quite loud in the restaurant but this didn't spoil a very enjoyable experience
Excellent food and despite restaurant being very busy service was very good we would definitely go again. Friends who came with us were very impressed
It is a great restaurant and personally I find it one of the best Indian cuisine I have ever been. Great service and nice atmosphere. The food presentation is so creative.
The food was amazing! Unfortunately we were kept waiting for a while but the food and the service made up for it. Would definitely go back
Lovely food but a tad expensive. Would go back for a special occassion but not a normal friday curry night. good service and nice atmosphere
Not overly impressed, particularly for price. Very poor selection of vegetarian options. Vegetable Biryani was rather bland and dry. Naan breads and onion bhajis were very good though.
Came here for a birthday meal, it was a lovely restaurant with a nice atmosphere, the staff were so friendly and the food was delicious!!
The food is excellent and ready when you wish it. The waiters are attentive and knowledgeable. A great experience, I wish more Indian restaurants were to this standard, not inexpensive though. Top tip - Local parking is not easy but you may use Homebase behind the restaurant. Ask the staff what to do should you receive a ticket, they will handle it following a phone call from you.
Excellent restaurant with first class staff. Would definitely go back. The food is always interesting, well cooked and very tasty. I like the tables with the semi circle bench seats best.
amazing restaurant!! All of the staff were so polite and kind and best Indian food I have ever tasted, a lovely atmosphere and delicious food
Simply the best and most amazing food I've had in a long time. Really friendly staff and a lovely atmosphere. Definitely not to be missed.
Tasty food, albeit richer/heavier than we expected. Good wine list at reasonable prices. The restaurant is a bit dark - it feels a little '1980s' as a result.
Not just the best Indian in bath.. but the best restaurant in bath. Top quality service and fine dining with a personal touch. Adam wade
This restaurant never fails to deliver fine Indian cuisine, always a joy wether it be lunch time or evening, It is without any doubt my favourite restaurant outside of London.
Fantastic food& a ,beautiful presentation, great setting and friendly service , we very much enjoyed our dinner, would highly reccomend , very reasonably priced as well
Food amazing but service very slow seated but no one came for drinks order for almost an hour until we asked. Also had to ask for menus asked twice for poppadoms
We enjoyed our evening very much, the service was excellent. The food was interesting with unusual flavours and combinations. A special sauce was made for my dish which was delicious
We really enjoyed the food and service at The Mint Room. The menu is different to most Indian restaurants, which made it interesting. All the staff were friendly and efficient.
Service with a professional smile, lovely surroundings and great ambience to the restaurant seating area. Food was presented well in a traditional fashion with a modern twist 😊
All good on the food front by very expensive. This makes this restaurant a rare treat for us but hey if you've got the money one of the best Curry's around Bristol / Bath.
Welcome and courses slick to the point of almost rushed. Food very good. Tasty and good helpings. Wine by the glass expensive: £6.50 for a lager(bottle). Servers efficient and cheerful.
