The menu is really impressive for a gastro pub and it's a decent value too. Added to that, a really nice atmosphere for the football, 100% will return!
The girl that did set up the table and looked after us was lovely and made our experience great. Would definitely recommend it to friends and family
The Latchmere is great. The food is good and the staff are lovely! We love their Sunday roasts and the Yorkshire puddings are out of this world AMAZING!
Had a meal from the theatre menu before going to the theatre upstairs. The menu catered for all and the food was freshly cooked. Good value.
Nice atmosphere, delicious food, service is quick and prompt. Clean tables and chairs, real pub grub, pets are allowed, roast lunch is delicious, would come back again
Food wasn’t great and service not brilliant. Table was wobbly and had to ask to be served. Also told we had to leave despite paying over £100 for meal. Won’t be eating there again.
Great food, nice puddings, fine beer every time an amazing treat. This time service not that convincing as is had been before. But still my favourite pub!
Lovely service , although very busy nothing was too much trouble. The table was ready on arrival and the food was excellent and much enjoyed by usand our visiting friends .
Best pub in Battersea! Great food an an excelent service. Plus sports screen all over the place and a nice beer garde with children space. Top!!

Really lovely pub for kids (and for grown-ups!). The staff were super nice, attentive and patient with our 1year old. Food and drinks were amazing. Highly recommend.
Great food with matching great service all in a relaxed atmosphere with a good wine list - happy days :) I love this pub and will be back.
Anna was great. She was obviously working to keep a very busy pub of rugby fans happy. Which she did well and was much appreciated!
Booked to watch the rugby, upon arrival were not welcomed but told when we had to leave. Got asked to move 10 mins before the end, which resulted in a negotiation (last thing we wanted). Freezing cold, temperature and attitude of the staff. Will not be back, nor recommend.
I meant to give it 6 stars but accidentally hit 5. Maybe 5.5 as nowhere is perfect! I had the roast beef (Sunday lunch) and my friend had lamb. My beef was absolutely delicious - delicately sliced, perfectly cooked and really tender. The vegetables were generally perfectly cooked (though one or two of the potatoes may have been a bit over done) and the Yorkshire pudding was the best I’ve had in a while. My friends lamb was a bit underdone for her liking but they took it back to the kitchen without fuss and cooked it a bit longer. Portion sizes were pot on. When I said it was my birthday I was promptly offered a glass of prosecco on the house, which was a really nice touch.
Great pub food. Wine selection ok. Open gas fire and garden. Service was excellent. Bar man made us cocktails that weren’t on the menu. The sea bass and sweet potato cake was A1
Went for the weekly pub quiz. Had a great time, as always. The staff were their usual friendly selves.
Lovely place to dine with great service, good food only issue was crumble was described as apple but was wild berries, Fine for us but they should make sure dish matches menu!
Went for the quiz as we do every week. The staff are always really friendly and a fun night was had by all.
Went for the quiz. The staff were as friendly as usual. The quiz was as entertaining as always.
Good, cosy, service friendly, ok choice of beers but key ones had run out. Food ok, tasty, plenty of it but could have been a little hotter.
Great food, but unfortunately we were rushed off the table. I understand it was because the table was needed at 2 (which we were told when we came in) but we were informed bluntly at quarter to 2 that the table was needed in 5 minutes when we had't even been given the bill and then watched as we rushed to get out - it was quite uncomfortable to be honest.
The Latchnere was ok. Good atmosphere and bustly but borderline too noisy at times. Our food wasn’t great, some of it cleary wasn’t freshly made. Service was ok but not very smiley.
The food was very good and the one guy waiter was most helpful. I would definitely visit again.....when they have 50% off the meal! May go for the Theatre & Meal offer.
Lovely pub, the full english was very nice, the bloody mary’s even better! Staff were very good, honouring the bottomless brunch deal even though it had been discontinued earlier that week. Would go again.
We had an excellent evening with great food and were very well looked after by Anna. The Chorizo Scotch egg was a particularly good choice on the night.
We go every week for the quiz. Decent ale available. The staff were their usual friendly and helpful selves.
Yummy food, good atmosphere, friendly staff. The mezze board was great to share as a starter. The salmon and burger were also very nice. All made even better being half price. Good to be by the fire too!
We had an excellent meal here the entire group were all impressed with their meals. The staff were also great and very professional. Highly recommend a visit.
Great food and fast service. Only ripe is that a lot of stuff on he menu wasn’t available but perhaps that was a one-off? Will be back for sure.
Went for the quiz. Staff were as friendly as usual. I think there was a show on in the theatre upstairs as it was very loud in the bar area.
Good food. Excellent service. Great atmosphere. Took a long time for extra bread to arrive but only fault really. Otherwise most enjoyable evening. Will return.
The Lamb shank was a bit over cooked, other than that , a pleasant dining experience. Would like to see just a few more main course choices.
We went for the weekly pub quiz. As always, the staff were really friendly, the quiz was great and the atmosphere was relatively pleasant and a welcome distraction from the post-Christmas blues.
Great evening out, excellent “Fish & Chips” good beers and friendly staff Really nice atmosphere, would certainly make it our local. Look forward to our next visit
Excellent staff, great with kids, delicious food and lots of atmosphere. Would definitely come back here again. Maybe a bit on pricey side but worth it
Excellent service and delicious food! Only one vegetarian option, and none of the specials were vegetarian, so this could be addressed. A lovely evening overall!
Had a meal before visiting the theatre 503. Very pleasant environment. Loved the real fire. Had the antipasti and hummus platter. Excellent. Will definitely visit again.
Friendly staff and lovely food too. Nice place to take the family. Added bonus of a theatre above so great for a pre theatre lunch or drinks.
We were very excited to eat here, however the service completely put me off and we did not even get to the ordering. We had a question about a main, however the waitress interrupted me before I finished the question a few times that totally annoyed us. We decided to leave as we did not want to be in such an atmosphere. Sadly.
Went for the quiz. Service was as good as usual. The pub was fwelingvwey festive with all the decorations up.
Food was delicious, service was pretty good. Good selection of wines
great afternoon for our girls get-together xmas meal. Really attentive service and food was very good with generous portions. Will definitely return in the future
Traditional pub with great food. Warm and friendly, great service lots of atmosphere, good selection of beer and reasonable prices. I’m going to make it my local from now on.
Went for the Monday night quiz. Staff were as friendly as usual. They could've done with turning the heating up a bit though as it was pretty chilly in there.
Great food and service! We visited for sunday roast. Anna and Dan were our waiters and they were very friendly and welcoming. We would be back for sure!
Went for the quiz. Staff are friendly, quiz is good, wine is acceptable. Also a few real ales on at all times rather than just standard lagers etc
The roast (turkey on this occasion) was as good as usual but the Yorkshire pudding usually comes with an extra serving of gravy in a jug which was missing. The biggest downside was the apple crumble with custard - the former was cold whilst the latter was only lukewarm - although the sticky toffee pudding was excellent. I hope this is a glitch and not a portent of a permanent decline in standards because The Latchmere has provided the best Sunday roasts in SW11 for a while now.
Always a pleasure. Food was delicious. All set for Christmas and feeling very festive at The Latchmere already. Friendly service and mulled wine.....what more could you want?. Highly recommended
Really enjoyed the evening. Food perfect. Apparently the batter on the fish was lovely and the turkey burger great. The show was also very good
Main course was barely edible. It was the special and was very poorly made with sub standard ingredients. Staff handled well and refunded money which was good.
