Great food and fast service. Only ripe is that a lot of stuff on he menu wasn’t available but perhaps that was a one-off? Will be back for sure.
Went for the quiz. Staff were as friendly as usual. I think there was a show on in the theatre upstairs as it was very loud in the bar area.
Good food. Excellent service. Great atmosphere. Took a long time for extra bread to arrive but only fault really. Otherwise most enjoyable evening. Will return.
The Lamb shank was a bit over cooked, other than that , a pleasant dining experience. Would like to see just a few more main course choices.
We went for the weekly pub quiz. As always, the staff were really friendly, the quiz was great and the atmosphere was relatively pleasant and a welcome distraction from the post-Christmas blues.
Great evening out, excellent “Fish & Chips” good beers and friendly staff Really nice atmosphere, would certainly make it our local. Look forward to our next visit
Excellent staff, great with kids, delicious food and lots of atmosphere. Would definitely come back here again. Maybe a bit on pricey side but worth it
Excellent service and delicious food! Only one vegetarian option, and none of the specials were vegetarian, so this could be addressed. A lovely evening overall!
Had a meal before visiting the theatre 503. Very pleasant environment. Loved the real fire. Had the antipasti and hummus platter. Excellent. Will definitely visit again.
Friendly staff and lovely food too. Nice place to take the family. Added bonus of a theatre above so great for a pre theatre lunch or drinks.
We were very excited to eat here, however the service completely put me off and we did not even get to the ordering. We had a question about a main, however the waitress interrupted me before I finished the question a few times that totally annoyed us. We decided to leave as we did not want to be in such an atmosphere. Sadly.
Went for the quiz. Service was as good as usual. The pub was fwelingvwey festive with all the decorations up.
Food was delicious, service was pretty good. Good selection of wines
great afternoon for our girls get-together xmas meal. Really attentive service and food was very good with generous portions. Will definitely return in the future
Traditional pub with great food. Warm and friendly, great service lots of atmosphere, good selection of beer and reasonable prices. I’m going to make it my local from now on.
Went for the Monday night quiz. Staff were as friendly as usual. They could've done with turning the heating up a bit though as it was pretty chilly in there.
Great food and service! We visited for sunday roast. Anna and Dan were our waiters and they were very friendly and welcoming. We would be back for sure!
Went for the quiz. Staff are friendly, quiz is good, wine is acceptable. Also a few real ales on at all times rather than just standard lagers etc
The roast (turkey on this occasion) was as good as usual but the Yorkshire pudding usually comes with an extra serving of gravy in a jug which was missing. The biggest downside was the apple crumble with custard - the former was cold whilst the latter was only lukewarm - although the sticky toffee pudding was excellent. I hope this is a glitch and not a portent of a permanent decline in standards because The Latchmere has provided the best Sunday roasts in SW11 for a while now.
Always a pleasure. Food was delicious. All set for Christmas and feeling very festive at The Latchmere already. Friendly service and mulled wine.....what more could you want?. Highly recommended
Really enjoyed the evening. Food perfect. Apparently the batter on the fish was lovely and the turkey burger great. The show was also very good
Main course was barely edible. It was the special and was very poorly made with sub standard ingredients. Staff handled well and refunded money which was good.
My starters were delicious. However, I had the Seabass for main course and it was very overdone and extremely oily. I couldn't eat any of it. The waiter was not very friendly and he didn't show us the specials board so we had no idea of the additional options! Very disappointed in my dinner here.
Went here before going to see a play at theatre 503 as it was recommended to us. Wasn't disappointed. Food was good, great choice something for everyone and staff pleasant and helpful.
I regularly eat a roast dinner on a Sunday at The Latchmere because the food is excellent, generously portioned and nothing is too much trouble for the friendly, professional ladies and gents waiting staff.
Always reliable. Always the best roast. Always dog friendly. I’ve come here for my birthday for several years now and it’s great. You can’t beat it for a Sunday roast. Fact
Used to be our favourite destination for a Sunday roast. Food was just warm, service lacklustre. They have reduced their portion size. The bill was incorrect. Not a great night.
Great Sunday roast with the biggest Yorkshire pudding ever! Nearly covered the whole plate. Nice to be asked if you'd like a Yorkshire even if not having beef. My partner's pork belly was lovely and stuffed with lots of herbs, the veg all had a garlic and herb scent also which was more interesting than traditional boiled veg. Will be back!
Nice meal (Yorkshire puds were incredible!), nice wine, and nice setting. Was pretty busy, but what else you would expect on a Sunday lunchtime? Fairly reasonable price, too.
Really like the Latchmere and our last visit was excellent, however this time my steak was over cooked. Sadly the table top at our table was also broken / detached and kept on lifting up when we leaned our arms on it !!
We usually have a pre-theatre drink and meal here. Instead of the restaurant section, this time we tried the comfy sofas. Great staff service, lovely good, nice beer.
Being a party of four, we studied the menu and decided to get the three "boards" listed under the starters, and share them as our mains, adding a portion of the sweet potato chips. This proved a very good choice. There was enough for all, except that we should have ordered more of the chips, (and the mussels, on the seafood board really weren't very nice - twice-cooked mussels never are). The service was good, and the ambiance pleasant, barring some very loud and unpleasant music (so called) which intruded for part of the time. So much for the meal - the play was excellent. It was an intriguing plot and beautifully acted.
Great food - we had the seafood platter, crab cakes along with drinks comfotable seating area outside, although there wwere other people smoking. great server, and accomodating. thank you!
Nice Sunday lunch (great Yorkshire pudding) and helpful, attentive staff. Wish they would not add tip (12.5%) to the bill without asking, should be option on credit card reader to add what you wish or to put cash down on table.
50 % offer off food in August made it great value at about £25 per person incl. drinks; relaxed pub atmosphere; good food etc; friendly staff
Loves the scotch eggs!! I had BBQ beef brisket with sweet potato chips for main which was amazing! Staff is very polite and willing to help!
Amazing beef roast dinner with the biggest Yorkshire pudding I've ever seen! The meat was cooked perfectly. Very nice server who was attentive and friendly.
Great Sunday afternoon in the sun, with good value food, great space for the kids, and friendly environment. Just what the doctor ordered. Keep it up!
It took quite a long time before we could attract someone to serve us - maybe because we were sitting inside and most customers were in the garden. But after that, no complaints - good food, friendly service, and even an offer (accepted!) to share the starter and the dessert (there were two of us). Maybe see you again soon!
Always a pleasure to visit my local. Best vegetarian Sunday lunch with a giant Yorkshire pudding you could take to Ascot as a hat. Atmosphere lively and interesting clientele.

Really helpful staff, food was really to a high standard and the pub had a great atmosphere. There was plenty of staff serving so the service was good also. It was a really enjoyable evening
The Latchmere is a brilliant place to eat and it's got a great theatre upstairs. They do pre theatre meals which are very good value.
Service was great, food was lovely and ambience good for a Tuesday evening. Will definitely be making this a new local spot for a good quality, cheap eat.
We shared mezze and a seafood board - I would describe the cuisine as adequate rather than inspired - it all lacked some pizzazz Service was very good - atmosphere was nice and relaxed - a pleasant experience after the theatre upwards
Great atmosphere friendly chatty staff, good beer and the best pasta I have had in a restaurant in years - outstanding! I will be going back very soon!!!
Great service, food was pretty good, really loved them having the football playing for us! One chair was broken though and I don't think they took it very seriously that someone could actually hurt them self on it
