Burger way below normal standard. Over cooked and dry like it had been sitting around for hours. Didn’t complain as I was recommending the venue.
Great pub for watching the big match. Back soon. AAA
Best Sunday roast with the biggest yorkshires!! Great service!! Thanks
The pre-theater 3 course meal was excellent and a really good value
Great food, nice experience, importantly dog friendly for us! Will be back
Great Sunday roast beef along with a pale ale to enjoy the early summertime!
Our favourite place for grilled burgers topped with stilton & bacon!
Food was nice and good choices. The waiter we had was excellent, very attentive and pleasant
The food and service st the Latchmere was excellent! Fully recommend it !
A great dog friendly place with excellent food as well
I love the latchmere on a Sunday - such a good roast. Yorkshire puds to die for.
Great food, really good vegetarian options and a lovely pub overall!
The Sunday roast was very good. Two of our party had the roast beef, one rare and one medium rare and both exactly as ordered. Sadly they'd run out of the roast pork however substituted pork ribs which were ok. Overall the food is good and would happily return but do not sit at Table 1 where it's very drafty and you are exposed to lots of 'kitchen waste' odours which were quite unpleasant at times.
Very disappointing food. It arrived on the table within 10 minutes of ordering so clearly had been precooked and just heated. I wont be returning.
The food was tasty and it was particularly nice to be eating just downstairs from our entertainment.
The service and food were excellent. Lively pub with a good vibe. Noisy for people liking a quiet lunch but it is a sports pub so...
Great atmosphere and lovely food! The waitress was particularly lovely
The food was good, but not as good as I expected. The Yorkshire puds were very nice. The roast beef was sparce and a bit chewy. The Kale was undercooked and so very woody in the stalks. Great atmosphere though.
Food was good but they got the time of our reservation wrong and proceeded to rush us through our whole meal just so they could get the table back. Good food. Disappointing service.
Excellent food as always! Friendly helpful staff made us feel welcome. Shout out for the fabulous bloody marys as well - which thoroughly cured the tailend of my hangover! :D
Great reasonably priced food with generous portion and lovely outdoor eating area. Always worth a visit. The pub is just short walk from Battersea Park.
This is now the second time I’ve had a really disapointing roast at The Latchmere, such a shame as in the past they’ve been really great. Our mains came out less than 5 mins after we’d ordered, ignoring the fact that we’d ordered a sharing starter which it turned out the waitress had forgotten about. The food was cold and looked like it had been sitting around for a while ready to be served out.
Very very friendly staff, my dog and I had a wonderful time there:) The food was great, surprising variety on the vegetarian side as well. Definitely recommend it.
Great fun evening on my birthday with family and friends. Half price food made it even more value for money than normal. Confit of a Duck on a bed of mash and red cabbage was delicious. Thanks Latchmere!
One of the specials of the day was a pork chop, which was truly one of the tastiest I've ever had. But there was no butter for the bread - they'd run out.
Very good. Friendly staff and super quick service. Delicious food too! It was relatively busy but not extremely, so they managed very well. Will definitely go again. 50% off food in jan helped too!
Delicious steak & chips before the performance at Theatre 503 upstairs. We don't eat meat like this very often anymore, so it matters that it's really good when we indulge. The person joining us for dinner had a very tasty fish pie. Always good pub food at the Latchmere.
I've been here several times and it food and drink are always good and will definitely be back. Yorkshire puddings a particular draw! Service was good
The Latchmere was fab for a Sunday roast. The staff were very helpful and attentive and the roast was delicious. Will definitely recommend to friends.
Brilliant local pub great food, service and atmosphere, we’ll be back.
Lovely food. Staff such a happy bunch. Wish they sold peroni. But booked to go back tomorrow night can’t get enough off the food. Thank you for a great evening b
Excellent food, great service, lovely welcoming atmosphere. Amazing value with the January half price offer. Very pleased to have this place on our doorstep !
Very friendly location with great food and superb roast on Sunday! Very happy to go again and again! Very family friendly with a nice outside playarea out back.
My meal was lovely, reasonably priced, atmosphere was warm and relaxed. Only issue was with my friends' desserts. The apple pies contained the apple core which wasn't pleasant to discover. We let the server know so this might be addressed in food prep in future.
The Latchmere were really accommodating when I wanted to change my booking size. The waitress was knowledgable about the menu and great at serving a large group. Fantastic food!
Sadly did not rare the food at all. Scallops were tasteless and not fresh with black pudding that had no flavour. This is a pub that offers food but hasn't progressed with the standards of what a gastro pub should be. Fine for a pint. Not for food.
Friendly good service. Great food and despite a half price offer, each dish was just as delicious as when we have paid the full price previously. Also the setting, in this characterful old pub venue is lovely.
Had a lovely time. The food was great and everyone left happy. The waitress looking after us was friendly and helpful. We couldn’t have asked for more really.
The good was amazing and came out so quickly. The only slightly annoying enough was that the staff kept coming to the table and asking if we wanted drinks or were ready to order - both at the start and before mains. Some kind of staff member / tables system would have been useful
Wonderful time dog friendly catered for all our needs and the staff were so kind and attentive. Thank you for a great time will be coming back
Great as every time. Great food, nice staff. My favourite pub!
I often go to the Latchmere but had never been to the theatre upstairs. This time we did both. Great food as always and a great panto
I often go to the Latchmere but had never been to the theatre upstairs. This time we did both. Great food as always and a great panto
Half of the dishes on the menu weren’t available. 4 main courses were off the menu Also, even though the menu said asked about gluten free dishes, there were no alternatives.
Nice ppl and food there. Have a good time with friends. And we will defo go back again. It’s an idea place to have a good Sunday beginning.
The food was good and the service was ok -a bit more smiling from the staff would have helped. We felt the volume of the music was for the staff and not the customers, who came to talk with the people at their table and not listen to random tunes. Small changes would make a big difference.
Good pub with a lively atmosphere. Friendly table service, but was a little disappointed with the main course, the brisket of beef was a little dry.
Fantastic service and quality of food, the staff could not have been more accommodating. Nice to not have been rushed over our meal. Will definitely return
Staff were super helpful and food was delicious. The pub has a lovely relaxed vibe, great for meeting up with friends, or just chilling by yourself
While the ambiance was lovely, the food was anything but. The Turkey Roast has dry turkey and acidic cranberry sauce, and the Roast Beef has stale potatoes and too much greens on the plate. The flourless chocolate cake was also extremely bland, more of a small dull brownie than a cake. Very disappointed.
Really nice slow cooked steak and old fashioned cocktails, bit noisy due to Christmas parties around us but generally a good vibe, very cosy and lively pub.
