The Latchmere

My friend and I wanted somewhere to have a lovely Sunday Roast after walking our dog around Battersea Park. This place is amazing! Friendly staff, lovely cosy atmosphere, the most amazing Roast which was huge, and such good value for money, and they are dog friendly. Will definitely be going back again!

I went there for my Birthday on a special deals that had been sent out by the company that manages this property but none of the staff knew about it or seemed that bothered, it was like they didn't really want to be there,

The Latchmere is a jolly local pub. The staff are always accommodating, the food is good value and the atmosphere buzzy.

Very busy lunch session- however the service was very delayed, when others were being served all around us

We had family over to visit from Belgium and wanted a nice pub meal for their first night- the Latchmere did not disappoint. The portion sizes are large so we only managed 2 courses each but the food is delicious! The chilli beef croquettes are fantastic and all the mains were perfect. We come here every so often to eat and have never had a bad meal. The service is also wonderful, the team there are very friendly and also always there to help.

Really lovely meal before the play 'Out of Sorts" in a traditional British Pub great old faahioned ambience. Great food, beautifully presented, with friendly service top marks ! Loved it

There were only two steak sandwich on the menu, expected more. The place was too loud for dining and service was slow, however the food was of good quality. I might go back, but didn’t really favor the night out there, too many loud drinkers in the place!

The Sunday Roast was the best I’ve eaten in a long, long time. Absolutely fabulous Yorkshire pudding! And the desserts are delicious as well. Would recommend to everyone who will listen.

Very good service, and very good food. I had slow-roasted brisket with veg and Yorkshire. The meat was very tasty and very tender and the vegetables were cooked perfectly. Well done!

Although close to the road and windows open on that sunny sunday, there was a quiet atmosphere and a good room temperature at the Latchmere

The food was delish but it was a bit expensive.

Father's Day lunch - 3 roast dinners. All pretty good with giant Yorkshires. Lots of families because of the date. Nice friendly atmosphere in pleasant traditional pub setting. Good service. Would have preferred beef thicker cut, as so thinly sliced affects texture - and for the food to have been hotter. Winning very dark choc cake with salted caramel ice cream.

Very tough steak. And greens had way too much garlic which overpowered all other taste.

Friendly staff, nice outside area with separate kids area away from the smoking area. Food was prompt and nice but not amazing.

We had a Saturday evening out with friends and loved our time at The Latchmere. Their fish & chips are the best, and their lamb special was exceptional. Chef Phill even checked in on us to ensure that we enjoyed the food. This is a lovely place with friendly staff and a very welcoming atmosphere. We will definitely go again!

Great place and food, but often run out of key dishes too early. Still, worth the risk, and what’s on offer is always tasty.
