Thank you to management and staff for an excellent afternoon, and for accommodating my brother in his wheelchair. You went over and beyond to make his visit comfortable.

I booked a table for 10 people overall, for a work colleagues team lunch. Contacting the pub through email and phone was seamless, Corbin was absolutely great at keeping me informed and giving me peace of mind for a large group booking. We sent ahead a pre-booked menu and I couldn't fault it the timings or service at all, even the drinks were served quickly. There was always people around to check in on us. My colleague forgot her phone in the pub after we left, and I was easily able to collect it afterwards without any hassle. One of the barmen kept it safe. This has been the best customer experience we've received from a restaurant/bar during the busy festive period. I'd strongly recommend and would return again in the future :)

It was Saturday lunchtime, and busy, so we had to wait a bit, and there were a fair few families with young kids, which put up the noise levels, but the food and service were great. And good value too.

Friendly service; good food; the only downer is the poor selection of hand-pulled (real) ales. All in all, very enjoyable.

First time here for Sunday lunch and had an excellent meal and good service. Did not feel rushed at all, and restaurant was perfectly busy to provide atmosphere but not to feel noisy and cramped. More affordable of the London pubs in the area.

poor customer service, poor availability of roasts (we even saw the ones we were after come out long after we were told they weren't available), poor wait times

We both had the roast beef on recommendation with a cauliflower cheese side but we’re very disappointed. The Yorkshire puddings had obviously been precooked and reheated leaving them very hard, they looked great but didn’t have a pleasant mouth feel at all. The gravy was thin and lacked any ability to hug the contents of the plate just a pool of brown water for them to swim in. The peas and carrots were undercooked and I don’t mean al dente whilst I was served roast carrot that was completely black on one side although the rest of the carrots were fine. Roast potatoes not crisp at all. The beef itself though was nice and thinly sliced just a tiny bit over done for my taste though but that’s very personal preference. However, the service was very good and the ambience very pleasant.

Amazing roast, and came super quickly. Service was a little slow, and the Yorkshire puddings are now an extra. But delicious!

We had a really good meal, and the service was excellent. They show football on a big screen and it did get a bit loud, but i accept that the majority of the customers were there to watch it so it is understandsable

The food was good but the service was extremely slow - we had to wait an hour for a cold dish, we were later told some of the items we were after weren’t available, and we had to wait over an hour to settle our bill despite asking twice. We almost walked out. I’ve always had an excellent experience here in the past - this was definitely quite different.

Great pub not many left like this now. Young Irish lad looked after us who was terrific. The 2 pies and 2 pints on a Monday highly recommended. Just fall short of amazing as all 4 of us didn’t enjoy the crumble probably let down by vegan custard. Overall great place and just a short walk to Battersea Park.

Good food as per usual, but staff were quite inattentive which doesn’t usually happen. We had to go to the bar to order food and drinks because no staff came over, and weren’t asked if we wanted dessert so the kitchen was closed by the time we asked. Not the usual service I’ve had over the last 7 years.

A good local pub but more tailored towards rugby than football (which is fair enough if that’s what you want but I’m a football fan). But overall a very good experience

As a local resident it was lovely to be able to return to the Latchmere. The food was very good and exactly what you want from a pub, prices are good wine list is well sorted and not over priced. The only small drawback was that on a quiet Friday the service was pretty slack. We waited to order, no salt or pepper until requested, wine bottle not cleared when we ordered a top up, just a series of points where we had to ask, rather than it being offered, or just done. As said, this was a quiet service but that doesn’t bode well for a busy one.

Usually the best place in town, with the best staff - but loads was forgotten from our order, and the food took was longer than usual. Great food, as usual, just a much slower service, with a tighter turnaround on sittings.
