Excellent once again - fast becoming a favourite local gastro pub, which is a descripton that doesn't do it justice. The Jolly Gardener is more of a good restaurant than gastro pub.

Brilliant service and excellent food. I reserved the table for a birthday and the staff went out of their way to make the evening incredibly special.

Great food - high end West End standard. Expensive (£60 - £65 a head for 2.5 courses and a few glasses of wine) but as long as you're after this level of food it's worth it.

Good place, very lively and the food was well beyond my expectations - much better than your average pub grub at similar prices. The managers of local Young's and Geronimo pubs would do very well to spend an evening here to see how a pub can serve much much better food than they are generally delivering.

Wonderful food and lovely staff who were very accommodating of our party which included 4 small children / babies. We will definitely be returning and bringing other friends with us too.

Great food. Friendly staffs. Jon was very attentive and friendly. We brought in balloons to put it at our table as we had a mini birthday celebration for my son who turned 3yo today. Will definitely go again.

Just fabulous flavours , foams and amazement. We shared salt cod cakes as a starter , my scallops with curried cauliflower was divine. Chilli ice cream with tart tart in wonderful with a shared cheese platter.

Disappointing food, was expecting a lot but all dishes we a let down. The one decent meal was the smoked eggplant ravioli. The other dishes we had really missed the mark for the price we paid. The service however was great as was the wine.

A nice gastropub, with food which is well above the average, and friendly service. Mincemeat strudel with brandy butter icecream had a lovely depth of flavour and was an interesting twist on the usualhristmas offerings.

Good food and attentive staff, although strangely lacking in buzz for a Friday night. Excellent local option for the quality of cooking, but I wouldn't make a special trip...
