Authentic Italian fare served by people who know culture as well as cuisine. A real culinary and social experience and one to be repeated. Thank you.
Spaghetti al pesto gluten free were more pesto al linguini! overcooked and stuck together like a paste. The personnel was not too friendly. Bad experience
Essen war in Ordnung. Preise-Leistung unterm Strich zu teuer. Freundliche Bedienung. Lage gut. Restaurant sauber. Brot und Oliven kosten extra wird aber nicht gesagt. In Ordnung
Nice authentic italian with good food at a fair price. Staff were friendly, good choice of wine if you are buying a bottle. Decor not stunning but nice enough.
Excellent food, good service and reasonably priced. Always come here when we're in London. Probably a good idea to book a table as the restaurant is usually very busy.
Great, totally authentic Italian restaurant. Delicious pizzas and pasta. Staff really good and friendly. Food excellent. Good wine list as well. Staff were good with our children too.
So many glutenfree choices, it was great. It was the BEST glutenfree pizza I've ever had, by far. Very friendly owner, likes a joke. :D
The food was incredibly tasty and the staff were really friendly. We were eating before a trip to the cinema, and so were on a tight schedule, the service was quick and unrushed.
A very friendly restaurant with personable staff and a good atmosphere. I had the lasagne which I really enjoyed. My friend had dietary requirements which were well catered for. Overall a good experience.
Super find : particularly if gluten free. So friendly with great wine. Really recommend this restaurant. Right next to the tube as well so easy access. Swordfishbwas georgeous but as caoliac I could have eaten a full menu of food; happy days
Ptenotato dall'Italia ... mangiato ottimemente e la pizza senza glutine è davvero buona ... personale gentilissimo e italiano ... prezzi accettabili ... consigliatissimo ... da non perdere.
Premium for gluten free. Full adult price for a 7 year old. They tried to talk a child out of her choice, queried why she was having a hot chocolate, they initially forgot one drink and got muddled with anor with waitress saying 'I don't speak English' £80+ for milk, 1 beer, 2 x diet cokes, 1 coffee, 1 hot choc, 1 starter, 3 mains and 2 desserts incg £6.50 for a slice of cheesecake that looked a small slice of a cheap shop frozen shop bought one. I asked for a straw for the milk and was directed to the toilet. Later told to leave table as they had anor booking, unwelcoming
The restaurant was very busy so we were glad we had reserved a table for 5. This was in a good spot and laid out so no one felt left out. We all enjoyed the food. The service was friendly. The meals were a little slow in coming but we enjoyed each other's company and the overall happy, if slightly noisy, surroundings.
Food was delicious and very reasonable, slightly disappointing that you have to pay extra for bread and all deserts are the same price so some seem great value whereas others seem a little expensive. Almost everything can be served gluten free which is amazing however you so have to pay a couple of pounds extra. I had gluten free pasta with homemade sausage, would recommend! Ee also shared a bottle of prosecco which was very nice and also great value. Service was quick and very friendly. Would definitely recommend for a seemingly authentic Italian restaurant and meal.
Super acceuil ! Personnel sympathique et serviable parlant plusieurs langues Le paradis pour les mangeurs "Gluten Free" Nous avons passé une tres bonne soirée la bas Allez y les yeux fermés
Friendly owner and staff, many menu offerings. Ask them to hold the salt if you prefer less seasoned entrees. Nice wine selection, too. We'd go again!
Brilliant atmosphere, staff were friendly and courteous and food good. Gluten free and vegetarians are well catered for here. Booked for a second night in a row.
Great gluten free pizza, service was great - not rushed at all and staff were really friendly 😊 Will definitely be visiting there again soon!
A warm welcome and lovely food. Only grumble is the charge for bread and olives which were brought to the table anyway so we assumed complimentary...bit naughty!
Food was incredible. Lobely atmosphere. Best Italian gluten free food I have ever had. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Will definitely be back. Tiramisu was out of this world.
Nice little Italian in an area not spoilt for choice. Pizza way too heavy compared to "real" Italian. Staff lovely and friendly. Would recommend for non fussy simple meal.
I booked this based on reviews, for a meal for 10 before the London marathon. I was very disappointed. Service was very haphazard, nine of our meals were nearly finished before the 10th meal was served and the staff weren't bothered and did not apologise.
Brilliant!! The food was excellent as was the service. One of our group has celiac disease it was a real treat for him to have options from the whole menu including gluten free pizzas and pasta dishes. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Cotto has a good atmosphere. I was glad we had booked as the restaurant soon filled up.
Very bad service, treated like stupid tourists but we live here. Food was ok but not very special. Good gluten-free options. Happy to not take some bread at the beginning because you have to pay for it at the end. I will not come back.
We arrive at 6 pm for dinner. We did not receive our main course until 7:10, noting others seated after us were served before us. The pasta dishes were fine but it did cause us to rush our meal to catch an 8 pm show.
Beautiful gluten free food, accommodating staff, stunning house wine. We shared a pizza and pasta between two and left completely satisfied and eager to return.
The restaurant was it usual friendly place and the staff are attentive, but we thought the standard of the food was not up to it's usual standard this time. We have visited here several times over the years and are always made to feel welcome.
Friendly staff and good food! Great for gf and vegetarians. Food tasted good and I even got gf bread which the owner said he cooked himself. Going back for the gf Tiramisu soon.
I tried the Italian Cotto due to its proximity to the Old Vic theatre and was delighted by the great food and wine. It has a lovely friendly atmosphere and attentive staff...I'll be back!
Visit was quite disappointing after all the good reviews on TripAdvisor. Risotto had chillis and pancake was over cooked and glued to the plate. Coffee was nice!
Sehr grosse Auswahl an glutenfreien Produkten. Geschmacklich waren die Speisen hervorragend. Leider waren die Portionen ziemlich gross. Ich habe das Tiramisu als Dessert bestellt. Leider war es nicht wirklich lecker
The food was fine but didn't blow us away. The staff were very friendly and catered for gluten allergy well. May go again and try different dishes.
Absolutely brilliant! First time visit, me being Coeliac and glad to say no problems at all. Huge portions, no room for desserts and defo value for money. We will return.
Best Italian gluten free menu, a lot of options. We especially liked the lasagnia and pasta. The Service was great we Definitely recommended this restaurant.
Good food. Excellent gluten-free menu with most pizzas and pasta available gf. Friendly staff. One just learning English - needs to keep working on it. Overall good experience
A warm and friendly atmosphere with GREAT gluten free menu! And the non-GF is very tasty, too. Good wine selection. The gluten free bread is freshly baked and they have two kitchens to prevent contamination of gluten.
Fantastic Italian food and atmosphere. Amazing staff. Brilliant gluten free and celiac food options with separate cooking areas. Had an amazing time with our party of 7, 3 of which were celiacs.
Fantastic food - requested something off the menu and it was no problem. Service super friendly. Made a working weekend a whole lot nicer! Thank you.
Top restaurant waar ook de Italiaan zelf graag komt. De eigenaar zelf is glutenvrij en alles op de kaart kan gekozen worden. De wijnkaart is schappelijk en laat je voor een goede fles rustig adviseren door de eigenaar.
Amazing restaurant. Best in London and lovely staff. Had a fantastic time. I will be going again soon. The wheat free bread and pizza was to die for. I could eat it everyday
Great restaurant! So many "truly" gluten free options, I had a hard time deciding what to order! For all of you celiacs out there, this restaurant is a must!
beautiful little restaurant. Homey welcoming feel. Delicious hand made gluten free food and incredibly froendly service. An overall wonderful experience that I will talk about forever.
Lovely, family run Italian. Refeshing change from all the chain-italians. Delicious food and genuine, friendly service. Specials really interesting and worth a try. All good😀
Great authentic Italian. Best Gluten Free pizza ever tasted. Would recommend to those with allergies as well as those without. Good value and good service too. Will be returning soon I hope!
A warm welcome to a traditional Italian family restaurant. Good food and value for money. Nothing too much trouble, catering for all the family. We will be back
Excellent food. Homemade Bread and pasta glutenfree delicious!! I would recommend this cousy restaurant to everyone. And the owners are also very friendly and Nice
Absolutely amazing restaurant, fantastic service, wonderful gluten free food, the gluten free selection was incredible. We had the most wonderful time and would definitely go again.
We visited here last Thurs after stumbling across it via a Google search for an allergy friendly restaurant. We had a beautiful meal, the service was top notch by friendly staff who were very knowledgable re-safe foods for our multiple allergic son. The red wine we chose was delicious too (Rioja). We would highly recommend this restaurant.
Genuinely Italian, run casually & modestly but also skillfully by an Italian gentleman. Only the tomato sauce (perhps industrial) could be better prepared. Must go when you're around & have been fed up with pizzaxxxxss type of fake Italian pizzas&dishes.
Classic 'home cooking' Italian, good hearty portions. Lovely atmosphere and friendly service. A great place for a casual night out with a group of friends. We'll be back
