This is a HAVEN for celiacs!!! Lino took such good care of me by helping me pick out the perfect dish to pair with the wine I ordered and told me all about his journey with celiac. I felt welcomed as if I was one of the family. This is an absolute MUST VISIT if you are gluten free in London!

In London for a few days and we wanted some authentic Italian food. The food was excellent as was the service and atmosphere. Very Italian!!!

Our visit was simply amazing - the food, service and atmosphere were all outstanding! Absolutely would highly recommend - my husband has celiac and it was one of the best meals he has ever had.

The service and food is amazing at Cotto. The gluten free pizza is to die for. I have visited many restaurants in the uk from the north to the south and east to West and this is by far the best pizza. They make the dough not just buy in pizza bases which so many restaurants do that offer gluten free pizza.

AMAZING!!! Being Celiac doesn’t allow you many Italian restaurant options; COTTO’s not only has SAFE GF options, but they are DELICIOUS!!!

A great find!!! We have a coeliac daughter and this is something she has in common with the owner, so he, and all his team get it!! Totally separate kitchen for safe preparation of foods. We loved the pizza, the pasta, and the bread was simple amazing (made by the owners son apparently and was perfect GF Bread). If you are coeliac and living near, or visiting London from afar, add this venue to your list of places to eat.

The food and service were excellent. The restaurant was a bit noisy, but it wasn't blaring music or TV; it was simply a crowd enjoying itself. The owners were always in evidence, interacting with guests, and were friendly and cordial. We went there in connection with a play at the Young Vic, and it is very convenient to the Old Vic as well.

The food was FANTASTIC, especially the tiramisu，the host was welcoming as well. Such a surprise to find this restaurant during our stay in London.

We have been frequent visitors for over twenty years when in London and have never been disappointed on our visits to Cotto's. Mine Host recognises us, which is amazing in itself. The atmosphere is brilliant, the staff attentive and every evening visit is memorable. The food is great as well!
