The Great Chase

The food was absolutely delicious and huge portions so definitely worth the price. The mocktails were also amazing and while expensive , worth the price. The prices are very reasonable for central London and the amount of delicious food you get. I am very happy with Simon as he was extremely accommodating and very helpful. Parking is easy and there is several carparks available on Justpark. I would highly recommend this place to anyone especially Muslims. Highly recommend this restaurant and will be going back..

The roast had little variety. The fruit cocktails were small and expensive. I will not return

The food was amazing it's just a shame that it was served a bit tepid. Would have been nicer if the food had been hotter. Saying that it was a great Sunday lunch and amazing to have it with halal meat.

Soon as we walked in we were received with a warm welcome. Excellent food couldn’t fault at all. Lovely portion size. Would definitely recommend everyone to try it out.

Amazing food, friendly service very accommodating of my sons allergies. The only thing i would comment on to make it even better than it was, is that they need bigger plates as there was so much delicious food. Will definitely be going back.

The food was on point especially the starters. Will definitely be coming back. The menus change so will keep na eye out for the next. The lamb roast was soft and delicious with trimmings. Great evening with my sisters.

I really wanted this to be the best review I leave ever. But our food was cold and burnt. Atmosphere was great and service was wonderful. Great people. Really happy I could pray there however need another curtain to be drawn when praying. Food tasted great just wished it was hot.

Delicious food, we went for the Sunday Roast. I tried the lamb shank and my partner had the dry aged beef. We were both really happy with the taste and portions. The apple tartare was sensational as well. Highly recommended

The veg and potatoes were burnt the chicken was dry, it was a real shame as I had booked the restaurant well in advance for my daughter's birthday meal. We were looking forward to a lovely roast dinner

The Yorkshire pudding was slightly burnt Drinks should be served in a bigger class was lovely but for a non alcoholic drink a bit bigger would have been nice Overall amazing food and vibe

Food was okay. Drinks came as we were finishing our meal. Seated near stairs so constant noise & rush happening behind us. Would not say this meal was worth anything we paid. Left quickly.

Such a nice halal restaurant, I can tell the food was fresh and we didn't feel rushed or bothered too much by the service, It was great! in terms of the food, The starters were great, and the main was nice but I felt like the sirloin steak was lacking a little flavour, the hake on the other hand was delightful. and the desserts were great. Defo would go again x

It was truly amazing with great service and great food.

I'm a big fan of the great chase for food quality and the presence of a prayer space (even if you can smell weed while praying). The 9 course meal was a unique dining experience. The food flavours were rich with a great drinks pairing menu. The whole experience was great value for money. However, it was quite a lot of food, so I felt guilty about not being able to finish everything. Also, I didn't feel like I enjoyed any 1 course so much that I wish I could have again. I craved a simple salad course at one point for something light. My highlight was the Rhubarb Meringue drink, and I really enjoyed the cookie, it was so light and not overly sweet. I love the Great Chase, and I did enjoy how the flavours came together and were paired together. It was very smart and well done. I would definitely continue to dine here as I always enjoy the experience and value for money for the quality that you're getting.

Yo the food was incredible!! We went for the roast on a given Sunday and I sampled the beef, chicken and lamb AND THEY WERE ALL BANGERS. Must try if you're halal oriented or adjacent fam.

Had a family meal with the adult children including a vegetarian... food, drinks and ambiance was amazing. All staff were lovely and really helpful. Importantly the food ad drink are most definitely value for money.

It was good, but have had better on previous visits. Chicken was very dry, lamb shank was ok, beef was good. Standard gravy preferred over harissa gravy. Would come again and would recommend.

A very lovely restaurant with a warm, cosy dining experience. The food was cooked beautifully, although the steak was a bit tough for medium rare. The dessert is lovely, all meals maintains beautiful presentation. A relaxing atmosphere was made even more enjoyable due to the friendly/welcoming staff and the ambience of dim lights. Great for date nights!

A very cosy, intimate dry restaurant with refined and modern British cuisine. For starters, my wife and I had a wonderful mushroom dish and beef cheek with chilli jam. The mains were centred around a traditional roast dinner, with different proteins to choose from, but with a very delicate presentation for what is normally a heavy and rustic meal. The trend of smart versions of classic flavours continued with the berry panna cotta, and coconut arancini with lemon sorbet. Great atmosphere, wonderful service, and a new go-to.

All halal, great food (we had the roast), great portion sizes even for 2 people, and best of all NO ALCOHOL!!! Their mocktails are sublime 10/10 recommended.

The service was exceptional. The food arrived much much quicker than was expected, and we were treated to so many different drinks. There was minimal waiting for absolutely everything. Will definitely be back regularly.
