Excellent as always great little gem of a restaurant, fresh and locally sourced ingredients, love the choice of dishes. The staff are very attentive and made sure we were made to feel very welcome

Lovely meal. The sides are excellent. So many places do a bad job of veggies, but not The Fountain! Service is excellent. Only docked a star as the desserts don’t live up to the mains.

Second time we have been here. Firstly the staff are great and very pleasant. The place itself has got the worm welcoming feeling as you walk in and then you eat the food. You will not be disappointed. The food is fantastic and plenty of it. We Will definitely be returning.

Great service, fabulous food, lovely selection of steamed veg, awesome chips and delicious dauphinoise. Definitely recommend. Vegetarian and vegan options lacked interest for me, so went for the fish which was great.

As ever - fantastic food, service and value for money. Truly a local gem to the Worcestershire/Dudley areas. Not cheap but the best value for money by far. Worth paying the small amount more to your average pub/restaurant.

Visited for my Moms birthday. It is a lovely cosy quirky place. The food is delicious, very homely and plenty of it!! The staff are so friendly and accommodating - can’t fault it!!

Very friendly, welcoming staff and excellent food made this a great experience. We had a family lunch and everyone fron 1 to 90 years enjoyed themselves.

Lovely food plenty of fresh vegetables to serve yourself nicely presented and service was very good, nothing negative to say. The terrace at the front is great for a drink in the sun.

My wife and I visited The Fountain for our Wedding Anniversary. As always the service and food were excellent and we had a great visit. Will be back soon. It is always good to support local businesses rather than chain pubs.

A lovely welcome as you arrive. the staff are very professional and the meals are perfect. Their chips are really crispy and light.......... delicious. Portion size is spot on. They will go out of their way to please your requests. 5*

Visited today in mid August and it was great the food and service were excellent. We had Sunday roasts which were lovely with prawns to starts and a trio of deserts.

Very friendly staff. Enjoyable Sunday lunch . The fountain inn is in a delightful setting in clent. After our meal sat and enjoyed drinks outside would recommend .

Wonderful food with loads of fresh vegetables. The service was excellent and the staff very friendly. Infact we have booked a 60th birthday meal here for January 2019.

Great food, warm welcome. The garlic bread and lamb were excellent, you even get personalised menus. As must but you will need to book to avoid disappointment

Amazing food! Presentation of food was really good. Friendly cat outside :) Nice personalised menu--added a nice touch! Creme brulee is our recommendation! Beef Wellington was outstanding!

Lovely food courteous staff. Will definitely go again we even got a complementary starter. This was too nouvelle cuisine got my dear wife so I had the two.

Wonderful service and excellent food. The lamb was superb and literally did fall away from the bone. The dauphinois potatoes are a must and what’s great is that you can ask for more.

Food was excellent . We chose the two course meal, a starter and a main. Both courses were beautifully presented and very tasty. I liked the fact the vegetables were served separately and were cooked to perfection. We had no room for a third course although the choice was very tempting. The service was friendly and efficient but gave us time to chat too. Additionally the toilets very nice too and the surounding very colourful with lots of hanging baskets and tubs in full flower.

Stunning food and we love it here and always have great food. Only gripe can be if you are sat on the table by the bar.

Brilliant been to The Fountain on several occasions and have never been able to find fault, service and attention to demail cannot be surpassed and the food and selection is truly amazing, a very good choice and very well presented.

Good food, but very cramped space. It is very easy to overhear conversations from other diners and some conversations should be left at home, not the dining table.

This was our first visit to the Fountain and what a lovely and welcoming feel on entering the restaurant and we’re greeted by friendly and helpful staff. A vast choice of food on the menus and we found our food was highly exceptional! Will certainly visit again in the near future!

Once again food was excellent and service very good and not intrusive. The £15.95 two course lunch is excellent value for money, but you do need to book well in advance. Highly recommended.

We booked for four people, two of the party were visiting from Cheshire. They were very impressed.Food was excellent. We all enjoyed our meal. Staff very friendly. Would recommend this restaurant.

Food is amazing, great service. I only struggled to find a suitable starter which was dairy free-waitress was very helpful as she is also dairy free. Fixed price menu very reasonably priced (weekday lunch time) and large portions!

Food was very good. Service a bit slow to start with - had to chase up a waiter to order drinks but they were very busy. After that everything fine.

Quaint place,good food but our table seemed cramped and we were next to a familyu so not too relaxing. It was my husband's birthday and this was mentioned on the menu,a lovely touch. He enjoyed his choices: pate starter and the sea bass main. My roast fig starter was a bit bland,the belly pork main was succulent. Couldn't manage desserts but the wine was good!!

Great service and good food, however I felt the sweets were not up to the expected standards this time. Strawberry trifle just wasn't the quality we normally expect.

Once again an excellent experience, my Niece visiting from that culinary hotspot Bray was particularly impressed.

Enjoyable evening good food and friendly service. Just needed a wider cocktail selection . Plenty of choice without feeling overwhelmed. Lovely deserts and able to choose 3 small portions.
