Service not amazing but food was great. Will definitely be back

Staff were lovely. We asked to change seats to be in the corner with the dog and they were very accommodating. Food was excellent. One thing was missed off but they brought it straight out once we brought it to their attention.

As always a great atmosphere and amazing g food- it’s my favourite place in Cheltenham!

The food was poor, including blackened( burned black) chicken wings. I got the impression it wasn’t chef prepared but pre packed and deep fried. Very dissapointed

Service was good, food was average. Roast potatoes were not good, nor were the carrots or Yorkshire pudding. Disappointed

Our favourite Sunday roast! Fantastic service as always. The roast wasn’t quite as brilliant as normal - the potatoes weren’t as crunchy on the outside and the Yorkshire was not as good as usual, but overall we still had a great meal and experience.

We came for my friends birthday and had a very enjoyable evening. Food was very good as well as the service and the staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We look forward to returning soon!

We went there for a family dinner and we all enjoyed it. A nice touch was the alternative approach to the roast, where you effectively choose your main protein ... and then add side dishes / trimmings

Good food and speedy. Service pretty poor however. Not given the correct volume of sides and no effort made to correct it. Quote: I’m not a chef.

The food was quite disappointing, greasy and a bit bland and we waited nearly an hour for the food.

Great evening. Amazing staff/service! Fish tacos amazing! Bao Buns great pork filling but buns too dry. Greek salad & California salads amazing! Chorizo prawns very dry. Great choice of wine, will definitely return :)

Warm welcome from the team. Informative and non intrusive service. Food was very flavoursome and highly recommend. There was a table nearby that was a large group and were loud at times which reduced the enjoyable experience. But appreciating the team could not control that. Fabulous team all interactions were good and I think we spoke to all that we saw serving. Would recommend.

Service was great and food was lovely. However, they could do with having a decent gluten free dessert. Only choice was ice cream or sorbet.

The Five Alls on bath road is excellent all round

We’ve enjoyed the small plates before, but never tried the Sunday dinner.. no wonder it’s so popular. One of our favourites. Highly recommend

We waited an hour for the food then politely chased. It arrived, and was cold. Other diners had the same problem. Meat was tough, portions were wrong. We complained. Poor experience as it’s usually great there. Staff advised that someone had not turned up so they were understaffed in the kitchen.

Great food, great service and great atmosphere. For a local pub, it really is the best experience. Whether that be weekend or mid-week!

Food was good and it was fun to have several small plates of sides to share with our Sunday lunch options. We had a table booked at 3pm and had finished eating by 4.05 but still had drinks to finish, we were asked to free up the table for people waiting with a baby and a small child and the waitress suggested we might finish our drinks outside. I found this quite rude, nevertheless we gave up our table and the people who took our table stared and pushed past us, clearly seeming to believe we had overstayed but I've never been asked to move from a booked table after 65 minutes. This spoiled what had been a nice family meal

Superb service and delicious food. The staff were very attentive and graceful given that we took a long time before finally deciding what we wanted to eat. Portion sizes were spot on and the range of food great.
