The food is delicious, the service is great - I really can’t fault this place. Try the Blue Cheese burger - the meat is tender and relish so sweet and the cheese melts in your mouth. It’s also amazing to see the chefs preparing food - I have eaten here twice and sat at the same table both times with a perfect view of the kitchen. Amazing!

As always, food very good. To be fair, service was rushed at times and then slow towards the end. Considering quality of the food and drink, prices very fair. I dislike receiving a bill with a service charge added. Overall a nice experience.

Amazing flavours of cullinary pleasure! This was our second time this week, and we are already planning to book for next week, it will be a celabration. Brings back memories of the Southern African Cape coast and the Eastern coast, where the shell fish is abundent!

Love this place. Quite pricey but nice to a treat. Service was a bit slow tonight, only 2 staff on. But food was good. Wish they hadn’t got rid of the chicken broth!

Excellent venue for a family Sunday lunch with young children. Relaxed service. Particularly recommend the oysters and champagne for the adults and the proper salmon fillet on the children’s menu. Just a bit pricey, otherwise would have given 6/6

Except for the maitre d being cold as ice weirdly like the sauce for the steak. The food and rest of the service was great. Accompanied by a fantastic Herbal Mary.

Took my husband here for his birthday. Amazing food - scallops, octopus, steak and lobster all delicious and really fresh! Amazing ambiance - relaxed & comfortable! Amazing staff - super attentive & friendly! Will definately be returning 👍

Good choice of food and wine, oysters and steak were well prepared and my salad was delicious. Staff were welcoming and attendant without being overbearing .

Friendly and efficient service in an attractive space - and the burgers were delicious! My children rated them as “amazing” and “brilliant” and I was really impressed by the quality of every part of the meals. Good value for money too - I would thoroughly recommend the Crystal Palace Market

Food was good, our waiter was fantastic but some of the other waiting staff not as friendly, rather annoyed to serve. Cozy place, but essentially is a pub with sophisticated touch.

Great food and very friendly service. Had the scallops followed by fillet steak and it was all cooked perfectly. We've eaten here before and called in a final time as we're moving from the area soon. Make sure to book it's often busy!

The starter fish broth was ok. Some of the toast given was burnt. The main courses (2) massive steaks and fresh ( lobster and tiger prawns) seafood was to everyone's taste and was cooked to a high standard. The sides were ok, chips and vegetables (a bit oily for my taste). The pann cotta was good. The service was unobtrusive and polite. We would go again.

It is a fabulous restaurant. The service is excellent, the food is delicious, the ambience is perfect. Ideal place for meeting with friends in Crystal Palace.

The food was great, but the service needs improvement. We asked for a bottle of wine to be served with our starters; we received two glasses well before our starter. We asked for well chilled vodka ( requested prior to our visit); this cam at room temperature, also before requested, so was sent back. There seems to be inadequate communication with the waiting and bar staff. I can only praise the willingness and speed of correction, along with sincere apologies. The quality of food is great, cocktails very tasty and the liqueur coffees just right ( not too sweet and not too much cream - and not that fake aerosol stuff either!). The only thing foodwise that could be better is to serve chunky fries.

Good service. Excellent food- especially the fish. I like to watch the food being cooked in the open kitchen. Prices are standard but the service charge was hefty.

I love this place, the food is always good and the staff friendly. I didn’t score higher on this occasion as I had 4 attempts at choosing a main. Every one I chose was off the menu, but I only found out after the waiter had taken my order and gone to the kitchen.

Beautiful breakfast. The Eggs Benedict are a must! We love bringing family here who are visiting the area. This is the nicest place to eat in Crystal Palace.

Great food - fish is the specialty here! The service is good and the drinks well made. Sometimes when the place is really busy the service can be a bit slow, but this would not prevent us from returning!

Absolutely delicious burgers made with lots of real meat. Portions were ample and filling. Fantastic choice of wine and non alcoholic drinks. Pleasant ambience and surroundings. Excellent service with attentive staff.

Lovely steak but the chips were a bit cold and hard. I would also advise that the salad is not very appealing with packet leaves covered in oily vinaigrette

Really only ok. It’s not a cheap place and they make a big fuss about seating you at the bar before your table is ready. My personal experience is that they then forget all about you until a good 10 mins after many tables are ready. Once I got to the table and sat down to wait for my friend, I was disappointed to see that the enormous mess left by the previous family with a small baby had not been swept up so I had to sit in crumbs for my whole meal. The food when it arrived was lovely and we did have a nice time, but catching the eye of one of the many staff members, who seemed much more comfortable by the pass in a group than in their section, was like pulling teeth. In short, lovely place, nice food but it feels like they need to focus a bit less on being ‘premium’ and just getting th basics of good service right first.

The food was lovely and fresh. Nice quality. Staff are polite and friendly. You really feel looked after despite the restaurant being always busy. Wonderful experience.

We had a wonderful meal - fish and meat beautifully cooked with lovely flavours. Very good service from attentive staff. We thought the atmosphere was great - will definitely return!

The T bone that we ordered was over cook in one side and uncooked aswell reason the piece of meet was badly cut, on the other hand the kids menu was ok

Quick and easy to use. The restaurant was expecting us and table available at the time booked. Good range of venues on the site making the experience very good.

Attentive service and food was good except the fries were a bit standard. Chilled atmosphere and some classic 90s disco so overall a good night out in Crystal Palace.

Perfect for lunch with friends. The raw fish dishes, crab salad and puddings were all lovely. The staff are knowledgeable about the food and attentive.
