Great food and cocktails, but expensive! Staff friendly and able to see food being prepared whilst waiting for it. Fresh and tasty fish! I would recommend visiting, but be prepared to pay!

Can not fault. Food was great, atmosphere was great and service was on point.

Nice spacious place, went with my new baby and toddler and some friends for lunch, very family friendly and space. Service was quick and friendly and food was nice, had a burger and Eton mess desert was lovely

I wouldn’t reccomend it. Very unpleasant waiter (who I think was a manager). On top of that they mixed our starters and had to wait for another one for a long tome whilst mine getting cold.

Unfortunately yet again there were items that’s wrrrbunavailable from the menu, this time being lobster - given the menu prices would expect that the fish focused restaurant had a stocked menu as opposed to every time something being missing ie oysters or lobster

The food was excellent as always. Service ok but sometimes I had to request service. Restaurant was too hot during hot weather. They need an air conditioner unit or fans to make it more comfortable for us all.

The steak was wonderful. Just wonderful. But the service was way too rushed - as I've felt it was the last few times I've been here

Very Comfortable & Airey Restaurant. Friendly & Knowledgeable Staff, Lovely Food, Great Portions, Fantastic Atmosphere, Lovely Cocktails, GREAT Place To Dine Out Or Just Pop In For Drinks With Friends Can However Be A Bit Pricey(!!) So It's Definately A Place For A Nice Treat Or Celebration ( BirthdayAnniversary)

We enjoyed it. Good menu and wine list, beers. Had scallops and salmon tartare as starters, burgers, which were all good. Staff friendly and attentive. Would happily go back.

Delicious food. Mediocre service, no smiles from the staff and the continuous refilling of the water glasses did get quite irritating after a while. Expensive drinks too. Great kitchen staff, not so much can be said of the front of house. Incidentally, only got a brief goodbye from one member of the kitchen team.

Great food and a nice environment and plan to go again at some point in the future. Location really good for us as it was only a twenty minute bus ride.

Presentation of the food was great and taste was a starburst of flavours. Turkey recommend this place for brunch for any occasion. Worth a visit!

Food really tasty, service good would return. Only down point was that it very noise (music) couldn’t hear my fellow diners conversations. Tiger prawns, steak and lamb chops highly recommended

We booked a table on a Sunday evening at 8.15pm and felt quite rushed from the moment we arrived. It was clear the staff wanted to go home and we were even told this. The food was of a good standard, apart from way too much dressing and oil on the side salads. We have been before to this restaurant but unfortunately will not be back.We had to decline to pay for the service which we have never done before. Overall I think it is very overpriced for what you get.

We were three and had a great time. We were not rushed, the staff was welcoming and attentive. The food was tasty and fresh. The restaurant blends modern and rustic design with its thick wooden tables and comfy benches. Very pleasant.

The restaurant is in a good location and decor is very trendy. The food was delicious and customer service was spot on. The Crystal Palace Market Restaurant is highly recommended.

Booked for 3 on a Friday night. Thought the service was good and the place had great ambience. The food was nice and cooked well- I had the fillet steak (med- rare) and the lobster mac n cheese. No issues with my meal except they brought the wrong mac n cheese initially but this was quickly rectified before I had a chance to taste it or notice something was incorrect. However, both friends had issues; both the Lamb and rump steak were overcooked and under seasoned. I personally would return, especially to try the fish selection!

Simply the best restaurant in Crystal Palace! Quality and responsibly sourced meat and fish. The vegetarian options are also delicious. Lovely for a special occasion or a hearty brunch.

Good food, friendly service, nice wines. Will be coming back. Oysters, steaks, tuna, all delicious and well cooked. Highly recommended. A very good evening. Attentive staff.

I visited Crystal Palace Market for a lunch with my parents. As a starter we ordered the bbq chicken wings which for £8 was definitely not worth it. I can’t speak for the rest of the starters but it wasn’t a great start. The main dishes however were quite tasty. My parents ordered the sirloin and sea bass which they both said were full of flavour. I ordered the tiger prawns which I’d give about 6/10. For sides we ordered skin on fries which were as good as chips can be. In terms of service it was great, the waiters were really attentive and polite. The atmosphere was good too, not too noisy or quiet. In conclusion I found Crystal Palace Market nice but most likely would not return.

Lovely meal had on a Saturday night! The food was fresh, the service was attentive and the atmosphere was very friendly. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the Crystal Palace area, even for a social drink at the well stocked bar!

Service was slow when we asked for things that had been missed. When we asked someone to call us a cab the waitress practically threw a cab number at us, never been in a restaurant where they have not been happy to call us a cab. However food as always was good standard.

The food (breakfast) and drinks were excellent, very fresh and delicious. The service was a bit slow but very friendly. Would definitely come back for breakfast/brunch.

The service and food were both brilliant as always. The variety of fish on the specials board, further extends an already extensive offering. Cocktails are mixed at the bar in front of you and the open kitchen is a spectacle to behold, whilst awaiting your food.

The ambiance is good. Service and food good. However, I do not think service charge should be added to my bill. It should be my choice.

Really good food and atmosphere. Only shame was running out of wine on a Saturday night is not a great thing. Good for groups and couples on a night out

Lovely food and atmosphere, but it was just a bit too busy on a Sunday lunchtime - it was hard getting anyone's attention and it was quite hectic! We were glad to leave but would come back at a quieter time.

Not the best, could be improved by clearing tables better, the salad needs less dressing and the chips well what happened one type now for all?,

Amazing food, great atmosphere! I was totally blown away with the freshness of the food. The staff are all so helpful & friendly dealing with large parties, a very busy restaurant and creating a seamless & efficiently run service.

We really enjoyed our visit to the Crystal Palace Market. The food was excellent, my steak was just impeccable and the scallops delicious. Everyone enjoyed their meal and we will be going back.

The cocktails and food were very nice and the atmosphere pleasant. We were all well looked after and had a great night. It got busy and therefore a bit loud but nothing that can be done about it.

Always beautifully fresh food and great service. A favourite for my husband and I if we ever fancy some fish and a passion fruit martini.

Great fresh ingredients simply but professionally cooked - really good selection of fish which you can choose yourself. Good range of wines reasonably priced. Friendly and lively atmosphere

Good fresh food and decent service. Dishes arrived promptly and were hot. A definite must for brunch, lunch and dinner. Nice selection of fish and meat in the evening too

The overall experience was nice, this was our second visit. Two of us had the lobster which was perfectly cooked and the parsley butter was excellent. My son had a kids breakfast, it seemed very small and he didn't like the bacon which he normally loves. There were a few oversights which held it back from getting a higher score, such as we asked for water for the table and brown bread instead of white, which we didn't get. There was a nice atmosphere and overall a pleasant experience.

Lovely seafood restaurant with a brilliant selection for those who aren’t the biggest seafood fans. Had a wonderful polite waitress, she recommended the passion fruit martini cocktail which is so good!!Would certainly go over and over again, and would recommend to others.

Great food, nice atmosphere, excellent service. Brilliant experience as always. The fish broth starter was a little spicy though so be warned!!! Our third time & will definitely go again. For burger lovers be aware that they will not cook the burgers medium rare - they come out medium which was too dry for one of our party. I loved mine though.

Service is excellent. I had the salmon found it bland and chips cold. But the service made up for it. Friend had sea bass loved it.

Great food and drinks and friendly staff. We all had steak and they were perfectly cooked and the selection of sides are nice and varied.

Nice atmosphere, not too loud or busy for Easter lunch. Good food, though a little pricey. They were not able to make substitutions which was a little disappointing.

One of our firm favourites... it’s always a great experience from start to end.
