There is a great atmosphere at the Coconut tree. The staff were brilliant even on a very busy evening. The food was quite spicy but enjoyable. I am sure we will return.

We had a delicious dinner out at the Coconut Tree, all of the dishes were so unique and paired really well. The staff were helpful, the cocktails were made perfectly. We will definitely be returning. The music was slightly loud but the general atmosphere of the place was great in the evening. We would've tried everything on the menu if we could!! 😁

Delicious food and cocktails as always. A couple in our party weren’t happy and the manager was really helpful and sorted things out quickly with no fuss.

I’ve been before, but I took my parents for the first time. They absolutely loved it! Amazing food, great atmosphere and really friendly & helpful staff.

Fantastic lunch with lots of help from Doris who advised brilliantly. We really enjoyed our first visit to the Coconut Tree and will definitely be back.

After visiting the Coconut Tree in Oxford we thought we'd try the one closest to home in Cheltenham. We were not disappointed, again the food was superb, hot and tasty. The staff extremely friendly and attentive whilst the service was rapid. Cannot recommend enough how good this restaurant is...

Warm welcome and wonderful food and cocktails. No idea it was all half price midweek and was even given a cocktail as it was my birthday. It was a treat in every way. We will be back - soon!

We had an amazing lunch. We were advised well by the servers and our children enjoyed their food too.

Was amazing, we went for the £20 a head for dishes chosen for us and it was the best idea we got to try so many different dishes which were amazing. Cocktails complimented the food nicely too

Unfortunately they have more tables now with the outside venue, which made the wait times between dishes coming out even longer than normal. If you didn’t eat what came out first it went cold. I’m aware it’s tapas and might not come out all at once. but we were a smaller table of four and had 4 separate trays of dishes with a good 15 to 20mins wait each time. If you order main dishes such as a curry don’t expect to have the rice until the end. Past experiences have been great and staff friendly but I don’t want cold food.

Previously we have found the music too loud for easy conversation, however it was just fine on Monday, all staff very friendly and good at explaining the menu. The more liquid dishes all came rather a long time before the rice and other soak up dishes which wasn't ideal.

Overall enjoyable, we have been visiting for quite some time now & we have never had a bad meal. Still disappointed that the 50% is only available on sit down Monday to Weds & doesn’t include delivery. We had many deliveries keeping the coconut business going throughout lockdown.

It was a nice experience, different to what I expected. The dining area was pretty messy when we arrived, food across the floor where it had not yet been cleared up from previous diners. Nice reggae music playing in the background and the young lady who served us was friendly and helpful. It would have been nicer if the enamel plates had been placed on our table rather than dropped. But all in all the food was interesting and we enjoyed it. But A bit on the expensive side for what we ordered

This is a great restaurant that deserves to do well. Buzzy and casual, friendly and inviting. The food is delicious and bursting with flavour. If you read their mantra and mission statement it lives up to it fully. I strongly recommend a visit.

Had a really enjoyable meal. However, our first round of drinks were forgotten and we had to reorder. The night had a bitter ending and actually ruined the birthday we were out for. Didn’t enjoy the fact we were then basically kicked out and shooed away. As paying customer. The staff came across as rude and made snide comments. We were charged twice for a round of drinks and when asked to remove them, the girl made a comment to her colleagues ‘well the customers always right aren’t they’. All in all, the food was amazing. The staff not so much. I’ve been a number of times and never felt like this. But last night I was actually embarrassed if suggested this place for our meal as it ruined the night.

The food and service were fantastic however some items were not gf as advertised which I found out the hard way after our meal. I suspect there may have been cross contamination with oil. Unfortunately I had an adverse reaction which left me feeling unwell the rest of the evening and today too

great friendly staff .....next time can I please not sit on the High stool!! I want to look into the restaurant & not look at the wall ..plus I an short & those high chairs aren't the easiest 😂
