Excellent food with good service. We had no complaints and an enjoyable evening.

A Nice pub,good atmosphere, food was nice but not great

Gin and tonic served in thick tumblers, no garnish. Long wait to be served drinks and food. Menu reduced considerably and not of same standard as in the past. Disappointed.

Steaks now a lot thinner than they used to be. Still tasty, great staff and great wine.

Our service was good but didn’t seem to be anyone in charge. Been lots of times before but this time found it all a bit relaxed. People paying at the bar and ordering food at the bar. It’s always been table service when we’ve been there so we’re a little confused to whether this has changed? Food was fantastic as always.

We enjoyed a lovely walk from Webheath to The Brook had a great meal, great service and a lovely walk back through beautiful countryside.

Good food lovely staff. surrounded by party celebrations so we couldn't talk easily . booked late so perhaps that was the only table free .

Spent a pleasant weekday evening at The Brook. It’s one of the nicer pubs in the Redditch area. Nice surroundings, attentive staff, good food! Would consider going there again.

The Service was superb at the Brook, the food was absolutely delicious would highly recommend a visit, The Brook is a very friendly and welcoming environment.

The food was excellent as was the service but the night was ruined by the smoke from the open fire. Eyes were stinging, and chest felt tight. Others were moved but we weren’t which was a shame. I may return in the summer!

The food quality and temperature was excellent just lack of it, beef cut thin enough for sandwiches not for a dinner and lack of vegetables for 4. I stated I didn’t want roast potatoes but wasn’t offer an alternative and every time we asked for something else it seems to be a hassle ie drinks or sauces. We had to ask foher everything like drinks sauces, bill or anything else. The food is always amazing an I don’t normally complain about the portion size as I guess I would expect smaller portions with some meals but not a Sunday roast

We Could not fault the food, but the service wasn’t the best as us and 2 tables around us were also waiting to be cleared

Great service by bar staff and servers. Food was prepared very well and we were kept topped up with our drinks. Would recommend and definitely visit again.

Excellent meal and even better staff. Always enjoy our time spent at The Brook. We had the steak deal and this was an amazing offer - finished off with a date and orange pudding! That was to die for.
