Very good as always ,attentive staff, nice food and drinks

Splendid venue for a congenial lunch. Easy parking, delightful staff, speedy service, good food and a good choice of food. We have been going there for years and will continue for sure.

As usual great food and service, however missed the ham hock and mushrooms on toast starters - new menu has too many spicy things.

I always love eating at the Bowling Green, the food is really nice, good value, good choice and the staff are lovely. It's a nice, relaxing experience.

Great lunch for my friends birthday lovely atmosphere food was lovely cooked had to wait for about 30 minutes for food but it was to be expected at Christmas time

The Valentine's specials were absolutely outstanding. The duck main was a dream. We have to see what the change of menu brings and I am extremely sad that the ham hock terrine is not going to be on the new menu but having said that, the Bowling Green is the best place to eat in Southam.

Delicious food and brilliant service. We had grandchildren with us who were given colouring to do which kept them happy until their food arrived making it a very relaxed and happy experience. Thank you Bowler ng Green.

We all meet at the Bowling Green once a month and the service is excellent. Karen and Vicky go out of their way to make us feel welcome. We always have a delicious meal.

nice meal , nice surroundings , friendly staff, reasonable cost.we are local so very convenient for us as we have an elderly parent , access for wheel chair could be better.

When booked was told it was a Christmas menu but got there & it wasn’t. Not even starters available. Ran out of a few items and we were 1 of first in there.???

The Christmas lunch was lovely. We all had the Turkey meal, it was cooked well &, served hot. The service was very good being there was 11 of us plus another party at the same time.

Went for lunch and although there were two large parties, it being December, our food came very quickly. Lovely food and friendly service, would recommend.

A great night out with friends. Food was great. As a group we go fairly regularly to the Bowling Green and we have never had a bad meal. On member of the party did say the only way the menu could have been improved was if there was a meat curry option.

lunchtime food is not as good as evening, maybe its a different chef? but definitely not the same standard, which is usually very good. Sunday roasts are excellent, evening meals are always good, I don't understand why a weekday lunch is so substandard

We all had fab meals and the waitress we had was lovely would deffo recommend. There was seven of us and we were all very happy.

Had Sunday lunch here, service was quick and great, food was hot and ok, but not great. I’ve had lots of meal here in the past and they have always been really good, but the roast was lacking. The beef was overdone and I had one slice, the York I’ve was nice, veg was ok, although the cauliflower cheese was a bit watery, although we had a massive bowl of it. For £11.00 I was expecting more than 1 slice of beef!
