Yet again a very pleasant evening, good atmosphere and excellent food. Service very good and couldn’t be more helpful and pleasant

It's getting slightly busier with all these new houses being build around here, but still the best restaurant in Southam

Meals were all excellent, the dining room/setting was really welcoming & clean. The staff could not do enough. Really nice eating out experience for our Grandson too.

Went for a family meal here on Saturday , a treat arranged for everyone by my daughter . Twenty five minute wait before the first starter came out , no roasted garlic instead some sort of garlic butter to put on cold bread ! Two mains were delivered to the table before the starters had even been finished . Another twenty or so minute wait before the rest of the mains came out , three of these had to go back because they were cold inside . Came back after just being put in a microwave and the plates were mixed up , luckily we noticed and sorted them out ourselves , as some had been started before they were sent back . Had a word with someone who said they were the restaurant manager , who went on to blame our waitress for everything , he said he knew they had messed up our order before it was even sent out !!! Way to go with being a "manager " blamed it on being busy !! Isn't that what a restaurant should be ? We were not the only ones to complain that night so may have lost a few customers returning , my daughter was quite upset by the whole meal and attatude . She had planned this and arranged it with everyone and expected a much better service and better quality of food .

Staff very friendly and helpful. Food delicious. We had roast dinner with pecan nut roast. Could have done with more gravy and our puddings needed a bit more ice cream. We had Belgian waffle with choc sauce and ice cream and sticky toffee pudding with ice cream. But really enjoyed it and will be going again soon.

Fantastic food and good value. Will definitely go back soon.

Half term holidays, so you have to expect families with young children and therefore a higher then usual noise level. Other then that, it was the usual good service and food.

I had never been here before but we really enjoyed it. The bar areas has the feel of a local pub but the dining area is very nice and the service was great as was the food.

for the second time of visiting mid week in the last month they did not have the cod meal on offer. Disappointing.
