Amazing food and service every time, best bar in Blackpool by far
Having been there previously I had high hopes. So when my boyfriend came home from working away I wanted to choose the Beach House. I did want to go on Valentine's but we're booked up but I thought it's worth the wait the week after. The waitress took us to our table which was in the bar area, a raised table metal table which was accompanied by another table next to it. Clearly a bar table. My boyfriend and I look at each and think is this for real! We were wanting to sit in the restaurant area as per my reservation. Then had to wait to catch the waitress eye and ask to move. So initial first impression was ruined. My partner ordered the stear buyer which came on the smallest bun we have ever seen and only 4 pieces of steak so he was not impressed but he did not want to complain for the second time. We also saw another couple been placed in the bar area and they too asked to move. Was disappointed .
Good food and service. Only complaint I had was that I couldn't leave a tip using my card so had to scramble around for what money I had in my pocket
Good selection of food and great service. Most items on mains had mushrooms but can be removed on request. Could do with bigger tables for couples.
Fantastic food in a lovely setting the staff where very helpful and nice. I would highly recommend this restaurant I will most definitely be returning x
Absolutely love this restaurant, we have been twice before when visiting Blackpool and would highly recommend it. The atmosphere and staff are lovely and the food is excellent by far the best place to go in Blackpool.
Food, service and atmosphere all top notch. A fantastic meal had by all and the cocktails were sublime! Definitely Blackpools Number 1 restaurant! Call and book though to avoid disappointment.
A busy Valentines weekend visit. Brilliant buzzy atmosphere. The service was excellent and the food delicious. A very good experience but a little pricey. Would definitely visit again when in Blackpool
Fabulous night. Great food and a really talented guy on guitar singing at a lovely venue. The staff were extremely polite and attentive. Would recommend.
The Beachhouse was faultless. Felt very "looked after". Staff courteous and thoughtful. Food exquisite. Venue impressive. Hope people support the Beachhouse - a new vision for Blackpool prom
Have always liked the Beach House, but last night the service was terrible. Brought some of our tapas but then a 30 minute wait until the rest came out meaning some of our group were sat with no food. When we did complain we were told this is how tapas is served, no apology given!! Also full of undesirables with a fight thrown in about 7pm, time to find a new eating place I think!
I booked a table for 7pm, we arrived slightly early and were told to order drinks at the bar. We weren't served for almost 20 minutes and a member of the group didn't get a drink during this time as 6 people were served before her that arrived at the bar after her, perhaps bar staff need further training. The table still wasn't ready. Very poor service. A table for 8 only had cutlery set for 4, this is fairly basic. I had heard good things about this venue but only left disappointed.
Visiting on a cold January evening we found the Beach House to be a welcoming drop of luxury in an otherwise baron Blackpool. Heaters were positioned throughout the outside conservatory doing a very good job. Service was polite, professional and un rushed which really impressed both my wife and I. The menu was a combination of tapas and pleasant European dishes which was wonderful. The Continental plater made a fantastic starter for two but could easily have be eaten as a main course. Sadly I had just one issue which didn't really spoil our visit but left us feeling a little disappointed. That was the price of the drinks. £10 for a Long Island Ice Tea & £7 for a large wine really pushed the bill up. £75 for two dinners sharing a starter and not eating deserts nor coffee is at the upper end of our budget. We returned again with friends on the Saturday evening and chose to sit inside. The food was wonderful yet again but buying a bottle of wine to share between the four of us was an inspired choice. Bringing the bill down to £45 per couple. All in all the Beach House is a stunning restaurant that I would have no hesitation in recommending to dinners who love great service & delicious food in a very modern setting.
Lovely ambience, friendly staff, great food what more can you ask for, and great location on the promenade. Would most certainly recommend. Thank you to all the staff.
I brought friends here from outside of Blackpool and we were all very impressed with the beach house. Great atmosphere inside, really good service and the food was excellent.
Excellent night out, everything about the beach house is just brilliant. It is the place to go staff could not have been more helpful the food was amazing and the setting is just great. Have visited during the day before but the night time experience was spot on.
I'm a regular visitor and can never fault the Beach House, they give fantastic service and produce fantastic food every time I have visited, best place in Blackpool
Very surprising find in Blackpool, really elegant restaurant. You could eat from the main menu or tapas. We had tapas and it was excellent. We were going to watch something at the Winter Gardens so it was ideally located for this. We sat in the terrace area which was completely covered for winter and heated by heat lamps, so no coats required! You can see this area will be great in the summer when its uncovered as it is literally right next to the beach so you will get a great view. Just what Blackpool needed.
Enjoyed tapas lunch for four at the Beach House today - easy to reserve a table online - and especially recommend the Continental Platter, haloumi flat bread.
The food was really good, party of 8 all eating from different menus all with good portion sizes. The service was also good and atmosphere was very chilled
What a great place to eat and spent time.Beatiful views, absolutely amazing food!!! And fast , friendly, professional staff. Can't wait to go back there:-) Highly recommend! !
Loved the food and the location of the restaurant. Cocktails were lovely. Did not like the shared toilets, not much room for queuing and washing hands plus the men kept using the ladies toilets and there were only 2 of them, 2 mens and one disabled loo.
Great meal, staff could of been a bit more attentive when we required more drinks. Shame we had to go to the the bar to request more drinks. Food was fabulous
We arrived 15 minute's early & told our table wasn't ready so we went to the bar & had a glass of wine & a bottle of cider £12:50 outrageous. When we were told our table was ready it wasn't where we had requested & the table was empty when we came in as we had a look around, the food was okay nothing to make me want to go back again. View's were amazing
We visited on New Year's Day and it was grubby, maybe tired staff, had to chase a waitress round for a menu despite saying we were eating. pizza had not been cooked fresh which was a shame, filo parcels and squid nice.
Excellent service, excellent food and there was a great atmosphere. The staff were really friendly yet professional at the same time. Will definitely go again.
The atmosphere was good and great to sit with a view of the sea. The heaters were nice and warm thankfully because without them it would have been very cold. The food and the service was good. The wine was good too. We enjoy the beach house and make it our first port of call when we visit Bleckpool.
Took my husband here for his 50th Birthday. We all had an excellent meal. Food was superb & the service was fantastic. Would definitely recommend and go back if in Blackpool again
Atmosphere was incredible. Comfy seating. Food was fantastic. My partner has never complimented a steak so much before. Only down point was the dessert. It is not really up sold so we had to ask if they even do dessert. The banofee jar was good but the chocolate brownie was a let down. Bit more like a chocolate sponge. Would recommend the steak for definite though. Worth going just for the location and atmosphere.
Excellent service, was given a table we didn't like near the doors and they moved us to a better one. Waitress was excellent and attentive, food was brilliant again
The Beach House is situated in a great location close to the North Pier tram stop so you can literally step from tram to bar in a few steps. It has excellent views across the beach and out to sea which makes for a pleasant setting and the food was plentiful and tasty. The cocktails were mixed well and the wine chilled to perfection; very friendly staff who made you feel welcomed. Well worth a visit,
excellent position on the seafront fantastic views, the food is very tasty mouth watering. The service is second to none whether you just want a drink or a meal.
Brilliant service great food and even better drinks. Live music for all tastes then followed by a great DJ. Recommend the sharing platter and my girlfriend really enjoyed the unusual cocktails
Great service and cocktails and all the food was lovely except 2 of my friends had veggie options and weren't that impressed hence the 5 and not a 6. Lovely location as the sun sets too! The lady who served us the most was fabulous.
It's a good atmosphere, live music, good food. It's probably overpriced for the quality of the food though. I ordered lamb cutlets with a harissa sauce and couscous, but it was brought with rice instead, which changed the whole meal and I wouldn't have ordered if I knew. There are some really interesting dishes on the menu which I would have loved to try. At £21, I would expect perfection.
The food and service were both excellent. Cannot fault the restaurant at all. From being seated to paying our bill the whole dining experience was an absolute pleasure. We will be returning shortly!
Really lovely atmosphere, very helpful staff. Rather busy at the time we went, which meant drinks being brought to our table took longer than normal. Great time had overall though... thank you!
Always a pleasure visiting the Beach House. Enjoyed a lovely fillet steak which was cooked to perfection along with a tasty peppercorn sauce. Had a few cocktails afterwards and found a nice candy floss cocktail on the menu.
Good food, lovely steak - starters were great too. Waiter was friendly and advised us well. Only downside was the lack of parking nearby. We arrived in plenty of time for our table but ended up being late as we had to drive around and around the one way system to find a car park.
Excellent food served by happy smiling tentative staff. The restaurant has a nice ambience, it has been extended since we last came, a must for next time we visit Blackpool.
Last night in the Beach House appeared to be the place to be! It was very busy as the Blackpool 'live wire'event was on, but despite this the staff kept smiling and were attentive. The food was lovely, the range of drinks and service at the bar was great.
Absolutely exceptional ! The food was delicious, of a high standard and quality . The staff were polite , welcoming and professional . We will definitely be going back .
This was one of the best restaurants i have ate in. Great service by chance and food and drink perfect. Would recommend to all any t8me y9ur in Blackpool.
Sadly we experienced an extremely busy night and our prebooked table wasn't available. The reception staff were inexperienced to deal with the situation however the general manager was very helpful - although we had to wait an hour to see him. The food was lovely despite and I can imagine the place to be good if they controlled the space of the clientele a bit more as there were too many loud people who were just there to drink in the bar area but were spilling into the restaurant due to it being packed outside and as a result constant queues for the toilets. You can imagine the state of those even though they were cleaned and mopped during. Overall I was disappointed with the place and service, sad because I had heard good reviews from friends, but sadly my experience wasn't good. Perhaps seeing it on a 'normal' evening might be better. Not in a rush to go back.
Very enjoyable time. Food was lovely and plenty of choice drink wise, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend the Beach house to anyone.
Best place to be with family and friends and kids beautiful staff very kind, very helpful, best food ever I have eaten and nice view the sea 🌊 front.
