Beach House Bistro & Bar

Lovely food, great service but was slightly spoilt by two groups of lads who were drunk and chanting football songs in the outside seating area. Really thought the Beach House could do withuut that type of clientele and judging by how busy the restaurant was with what looked like locals, really didn't need to serve them. Wouldn't let it out me off going again though.

Excellent location, with great views, attentive staff and great food...on a Friday with the band playing it all creates an excellent atmosphere ...well recommended...but book if you want to sit inside!

Amazing restaurant. Great service and fantastic food! They really do know how to look after you and cook great food. Come here for a trip from Cheshire and will be returning again :-)

Food loverly but note if you want to be seated with a view you need to stipulate when booking, was disappointed to be sitting in the 'cafe' side when we had expected ambience of the sea view

Great food, amazing atmosphere we had a booth to ourselves the drinks were good and the service was even better. Can't fault it great night out!

Really good food and amazing cocktails only down side is staff are a bit slow and stand around talking to each other and looking in the mirrors!

Fabulous location. Food very good. Dirty glasses and disinterested staff. £76 for 2 people and I would have expected top notch service. Perhaps the venue is becoming complacent because the weather was good and it was busy. Still no excuse. £8.50 for a cocktail is fine if the glassware is spotless. Sadly not one this occasion.

Nice position on the sea front. Bright,clean and contemporary decor. Staff friendly and efficient. Lovely menu and good sized portions. I had the Mediterranean squid.Delicious!

We booked a table for a special occasion online, but there was no facility there for us to request a table with a sea view. Our mistake, we should have rung to request this, but maybe the web page could be improved to accommodate this. The food was delicious and very well presented. The pineapple rice was served in a pineapple which was refreshingly different. Other dishes were served in equally unusual ways. The staff were attentive and polite. We will go again.

Amazing food and ambiance I'm a regular customer so I'm lucky to be able to just pop in often, highly recommend the pineapple rice, simply delicious, It's one of blackpools finest eateries.

Atmosphere and the view are excellent we have been before for drinks and thought we would try food. I think we came on a bad night as service was awful but food ok. They did provide us with a lot of complimentary drinks due to our two hour wait but I think this was a one off problem. Despite this we would go again even if only for the view and drinks

Food was great staff were helpful although food was coming out way to quickly no break between courses also I ordered 3 different cocktails and they never had any of them in other than that was all good

Nothing short of sheer perfection. Will be recommending this place to everyone of our friends. Couldn't have asked for a better evening meal it's superb.

Excellent service,excellent food and the new out door heated shelter makes it more spacious but friendly. Can't wait to go again shame we live near Leeds.

Great service-love the new winter al fresco dining idea!! Relaxed dining in a nice atmosphere is hard to find in Blackpool. The menu had something for everyone and the food tasted good. Would definitely recommend-I will be going back!!

Excellent food and friendly service. A little on the noisy side to hold a conversation but otherwise a great atmosphere and great surroundings. Will definitely go again.

The food is really nice it arrives hot freshly cooked & very tasty.Good size portions & good value for money.Staff are very friendly & helpful.We was given a sea view table as requested as we was celebrating a special birthday.stunning views of Blackpool sea.The place was busy however we didn't have to wait long to be served or for our meal.I would defo recommend this bistro to anyone thinking of going.Thank you very much Beach house Bistro we will be returning in the future.

Sun was shining and it was such a perfect venue. Great portion sizes as well! Would recommend to anyone. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Big thumbs up

All round excellent venue for for and drinks. There isn't anywhere in Blackpool that I would put in the same class as Beach House...not one.

Lovely meal with great service. We Will definitely return, when the sun is out preferably to take in the views and enjoy sitting outside. A must visit.

Our first visit here - food great the service was fantastic - only criticism was our table was tight by the singer so you couldn't hear yourself talk - we moved as soon as we finished our main course and ate pudding and drinks at another table

Whenever I have visited before the whole experience has been exceptional. Unfortunately, I think we just had one of those nights when things didn't work out. There was a large birthday party in and the noise was significant and meant we couldn't hear each other without shouting. One of our main courses was served some time after the others. We did speak to the Manager who was very polite and who provided us with a complimentary cocktail. It would not put me off going again but I would definitely ask if there were any large parties booked in. If there I would avoid it until another time.

Fabulous venue, loved it. The sun was shining. Food was outstanding, a taste of the Med! A great vibe. A refreshing place in Blackpool, just what it needs.

Food was amazing, lovel feel and vibe to the place.. Enjoyed the vocalist too. Service let it down a little, had to wait a long while for my first drink, partner had eaten starter by the time it came. Drink was knocked off the bill though.

Great food and great atmosphere and as you can imagine on a Saturday night in Blackpool the fancy dress and hens topped the people watching game, I am sure we saw Amy Whitehouse and Lady Ga Ga eating rice out of a pineapple, would recommend and will go again.

We came here tonight as we are staying over in Blackpool. This place is recommended by a lot of people and I had high hopes for tonight. We arrived 25 minutes early and told our table wasn't ready, which is fair enough as we were early. So we were told to wait in the bar however we were waiting next to the grill area with the smoke stinging our eyes and there was hardly any seats. We ordered a cotton candy and mojito, both were not that good and couldn't finish them. Our table was booked for 8pm but at 8:15pm we were still waiting. Other half went to the desk to see how long, turns out our table was ready but no one came to collect us. We were sat in the door way, next to the stage, in a poor lit area. Conversation was pointless as we wouldn't have been able to hear each other. We ordered a glass of champagne each and a main meal each. Took a while to arrive, which fair enough it was busy at the time but still we've had better waiting times in better places. When the meal came it was just good however the chicken was slightly burnt. but again service stopped, no one asked if we was ok or offered anymore drinks. Plates took a good while to be taken away. Then we weren't offered a dessert menu which was annoying as I wanted the brownie. In the end we were fed up of the poor service we had to ask for our bill as no one came 20 minutes after finishing the meal. I also forgot to mention on my Tripadviser review about staff just standing near the desk talking to other staff members. We dine out on a regular basis, usually in Manchester and sometimes London were service is second to none and our money is welcomed. We usually spend over £100 when we dine out just the 2 of us but here they lost out on a good £70 extra from us. We will not be returning to this place on our return to Blackpool, we know of better restaurants with excellent service in the town. Looking back on the reviews on here and Tripadviser they don't respond to any kind of review.

Really special place with fabulous sea views on Blackpool sea front, not where you'd expect to find this gem of a restaurant. The atmosphere, location and food and drink quality are excellent, however as really busy, service not too great by one waitress which is why not total full marks. That said would definitely return.

Great place however music very loud and not very conducive to chatting over dinner ! Food was a long time coming but good when arrived. A complaint to the manager was handled in a professional and prompt manner so it would not put us off going again.

View from the terrace was lovely, very romantic. Food was lovely although I was brought the wrong meal and as our waitress had a strong foreign accent I didn't hear what she said when she gave me my meal. It Was only when she came to clear our plates that I mentioned about the food and then she told me I had been brought the wrong meal. The guy at checkout offered us a free drink for the mix up which was nice. Although due to feeling unwell we declined. Toilets are strange, very small but overall lovely place.

This is one of the top places to visit in Blackpool. Very busy on the night we visited but the service and food was up to the usual high standard. Not cheap but the owner (Armenian) has set a standard which will make the rest of the towns restaurants sit up and take notice.

Used the beach house several times for drinks but the time we decided to dine, Food was hot and delicious, all courses came out at a reasonable time considering it was rather busy. Not over priced for the quality of venue, food, atmosphere and staff are always attentive. All round very good, we will definitely be going again to dine out.

Very busy on he night we went, seemed to be interrupting 2 to 3 birthday parties. Very small menu but enjoyable food. Will go again, Hopefully will be a little less hectic

Fantastic food and beautiful setting. The sun setting on the beach was a beautiful backdrop for some fantastic food. Good atmosphere with the singer's amongst all the celebrations.

Restaurant was beautiful, food was perfect. Great selection of drinks and cocktails. Reasonably priced considering the fantastic location and quality. Service wasn't perfect and had to wait a while for food, waiter didn't check back and had to get their attention when we wanted drinks. We were really happy with the waiters attitude though, they were all very pleasant (just busy).

Loved the atmosphere and ambiance. Staff very friendly and polite. Portions of food could be a little bigger though. Views from our table over looking the sea was lovely. Woukd definitely go again on special occasions.

Fantastic place. Great ambience, choice of food fantastic and live music by James Edgar made the evening! Lovely change from usual restaurants. Busy place not rushed by staff. Definitely recommend.

The Beach House is a very cool place. Tonight there was a singer on and it was the busiest I've seen it in there, but the food and service were still spot on. Great cocktails too!

Great food and enormous portions!! Drinks expensive though. Good atmosphere and would have been nice to sit in the conservatory overlooking the sea . Will be back.

Excellent venue, stylish and modern, with fantastic food and service. Makes the trip to Blackpool worth while. Even if the weather isn't at its best.

Excellent meal and surroundings. The only problem we encountered was the slowness of serving drinks. We ordered at the same time as the meal and even though we enquired where they were, they didn't arrive until we finished our meal. Other than that excellent.

Fantastic evening. Food, cocktails and atmosphere were all first class. The waiters and waitresses were very welcoming and helpful. If we lived nearer we would definitely be regular visitors

when we went on the evening of saturday 26th march there was a great atmosphere and vibe to the place, nice looking building, great staff who were always on hand if we needed anything (more drinks etc). the view of the sea was great as we had a window table and seeing the sun set was a bonus. In regards to the food, great and surprisingly cheap prices, lots of food on the plate for what you pay, it was a perfect night topped off with a live acoustic band playing as we ate and drank. Brilliant restaurant that i'd recommend to friends and family and a place we will certainly eat at again when we're in blackpool. Thankyou

Love this place, food is excellent, staff attentive and professional. It's simply a class act, and the reason we visit Blackpool as often as we do.
