Great welcome from staff. Very smiley and fun. Nice atmosphere on a hot day. Good wholesome food (standard Sunday lunch grub).
Our dinner at The Abbeville was great. The food was very good. The service was also very good.
Lovely food and peroni on draft which makes it an great choice for food
We were in the lovely downstairs section and by about 8.30pm we were the only diners. Food as usual was excellent
Really lovely genuine staff, lovely relaxed but buzzy atmosphere and great food. Love it here. Sophie is a great staff member.
Good atmosphere, lovely service but the roast was very averagr
Really enjoyed eating there, we were a group of 8 with a baby and they couldn't have been more accomodating!
10th visit. Always amazing. Great staff, tasty food, varied wine list and a lovely atmosphere
Staff were excellent. Gave us a lovely table as I'd friends visiting from Canada and it was a wonderful time to catch up. Loving the new (for me I've not been in a while) menu. The food has a Moroccan edge whilst still having the Gastropub highlights like fancy burgers and Fish and Chips. Loved the veggie and vegan food. Will be back again. Been coming since I moved to London in 2006 and it's a special spot with a lovely atmosphere. Thanks to the amazing staff and the great chefs.
Sunday’s roast beef was excellent, in a great atmosphere & good, friendly service 😊
Excellent staff and a good Sunday roast, set within a proper London pub
Steak night a fabulous weekly Weds treat - delicious dinner and a bottle of good Red. Perfect mid week escape !
Great food, decent service, lovely pub environment and good location
As always the food was delicious and service spot on led by Anna.
The steak and wine special was excellent value for money
Service was good. Both ordered chicken roast but quite a lot on the plate was not edible.
Staff SO nice !!! Please keep this up! Amazing food Loved it !!! ❤️
Lovely pub with good food and an excellent atmosphere. In a really nice area too. Lovely feel of outside London in London.
Good-value Sunday roast and efficient service. Dog-friendly too. It’s popular for good reason.
We had a fantastic Sunday lunch. Staff were excellent. Great atmosphere.
Excellent food, including gluten free options, and very friendly staff.
Brilliant food and service, and extremely accommodating with our 2 year old! Great family Sunday lunch
A great Sunday roast and great service. It never disappoints.
The Abbyville had the kind of atmosphere you always hope a restaurant / pub has. So inviting and interesting. The service was so friendly and lovely. I want to show everyone this place.
A brilliant find , great food and atmosphere really lovely staff. An excellent evening
Great spot to eat out. Cosy areas and good atmosphere. Nice menu and selection of drinks.
Lovely meal for Mother's Day. Good value, decent grub and friendly service.
The vibe of the pub is nice, very cute and cosy. We liked the Yorkshire and most of the veg but the chicken and potatoes weren't great. Potatoes were underdone and not crispy.
A gorgeous, tasty Sunday lunch. Six of us met with a variety of dietary preferences and The Abbeville catered perfectly for all of us. Really scrummy food, great beers, excellent service. It is a quirky environment with a great buzz. Quite noisy, but this wasn't a problem. Would thoroughly recommend and we hope to return soon. Thanks to all the helpful staff.
Gorgeous London pub - perfect for a cosy Sunday roast

Our favourite family pub in SW London. Food and service never disappoints!

M Mm M Mmm Excellent steak night as always. Great atmosphere. Great food. Will be back 100%.
We came for dinner a few weeks ago, and felt like we were completely ignored by the staff. Our first waitress took our order, and it took approximately 25 minutes for our starters and drinks to come - it is December, and the busiest part of the year for hospitality, so we didn't mind too much. However, after that it took staff at least 20 minutes from us finishing our starters to clear, and took over 45 minutes after being cleared for our mains to come out. When our mains finally came out, it seems like they delivered one of ours to a table next to us, as it was sent back and one of our party had to wait for his meal to come out - the same meal that was sent back from the table next to us. Tables surrounding us, who were all seated after us (and we were not a larger party than most of them, only a 4) received their meals and drinks before us. On top of this, it felt like staff ignored us - they avoided our eyes and barely came to the table. Our drinks order during our meal took far too long for the drinks to come - so long that the waitress, when dropping off the pint and asking if we wanted another one, said "the next one will come quicker" - no apology. There were no checkbacks by staff to see if our meals were okay, and when our mains were finally cleared (2 hours after we sat) the waitress said nothing - no "how was everything for you?", no "was everything okay?". When she came back over, there was, again, no checkback on anything, she just held up a dessert menu. We declined. There was no communication from staff to say that they were busy and it would be a wait - this would have been fine, it was the lack of communication and staff seeming to ignore us that made us feel unwanted there as diners. Having worked in hospitality for over a decade, I understand that December is a very busy period, and low staffing levels can make providing excellent service more difficult; however, a little communication to your customers goes a long way.
Loved our experience. Food was delicious, lovely service and such a festive atmosphere. Will be back!!!
Excellent food and service as always. Such a nice cosy atmosphere as usual
Good food, drink and service. I recomend this place 😀
Good atmosphere and very tasty vegetarian option. Will visit again
Had a lovely meal here, service was a little abrupt but they were quite busy so I can forgive them.
Good food, good wine. Lively atmosphere for Monday night with pub quiz. Staff attentive and food quick
Welcoming friendly staff and very good food make a good night out.
Had a great roast, good price and excellent service in cosy atmosphere
Pie and pint deal was good value and very tasty. The Abbeville pub was a nice venue, with cosy autumn vibes. However, the table we were given was an awkward shape for two people and very close to the neighbouring table. It was fine when no one was sat at that table, but halfway through our visit a very loud group were allocated the table which detracted from our enjoyment. Given there were plenty of tables in other areas of the restaurant, it would have been better to have spaced guests out more.
We had a lovely evening made particularly good by our waitress who knew exactly how to make the evening special.
The atmosphere was lovely. The food was generally ok (but not remarkable) and the potato rosti dish was a bit disappointing .... the potatoes were overcooked and dry and the sauce was a bit too oily, making it rather heavy.
Great service and lovely food. Jordan says the vibe was good too.
The BEST roasts we’ve ever had! And a beautiful pub. 😊
