Food was nice, brought quickly but maybe could have been served a little bit quicker at the beginning. Forgot to bring out crackers and table water but other than that was very pleased with meal and evening.

Very nice environment, cozy, rice orders are very small and slightly too expensive.

Good food, good service, this is the second time I've been and I will go again. Would have given it top marks if it wasn't for the background music, which was very housey and as much as I love house music, definitely not the place for it!

I went on a Monday for lunch with a friend. Staff were attentive, food was good, especially the prawn toast. I'd go back for lunch or take-away.

Firstly we had to request for someone to take our drinks order, Secondly she then didn't have a pen to write the orders. Thirdly we then wanted to order our food which was when she said she could not do that, and some else would be over to take our food order. Apart from that the food was okay, avoid the marinated chicken if you don't like dry chicken on the bone.

Went Friday lunchtime. Not too busy. Good service. The food was very tasty indeed and I will go back. The final bill only had 25% off the food but they took the 25% off the drink as well. However they add 12.5% service charge to the original cost so you only save 12.5%. Generally I have never agreed with a fixed service charge for as every time I order a beer or bottle of wine they make more profit plus they make another 12.5%. I would rather pay a decent amount for the food so they can pay the staff a good wage and not bother with a service charge. This comment is not aimed at the restaurant but at all the establishments that almost hide some of the cost. Despite this I would encourage people to try the Thai food here it's really good.

The tables for 2 people are quite close together so it's not really very private. The prawns had not been de veined but when I pointed this out I was given a cleaner replacement. The service was okay but I was surprised to see that the bill had an additional service charge added of 12.5% overall I would go back but I'm staying away from the prawns as it was massively off putting. The other food was tasty especially the chicken satay.

We reserved a table for 2000 and arrived 10 minutes early, but were not served our mains until 2145. After nearly 2 hours waiting for food in the densely packed noisy restaurant, my wife had a headache and had lost her appetite. The food was alright, though the beef dish had very little beef in it and the duck dish smelled a little. The decor was very pleasant, with a nice red colour theme and the stained glass ceiling adding to the ambience. However the way the tables were packed meant we had to keep moving our glasses to avoid them getting knocked over by the waiters' posteriors. We had a 40% discount for advance booking. Be aware that this only applies to mains and starters, not drinks or side dishes (like rice). Service is included (I think about 12%) but they did not make a fuss when we asked for it to be removed (in light of the dismal service). It is possible that at a quieter time, they would be able to serve within a reasonable time, would have enough ingredients and be able to cook the food better. Also it would be less noisy and they would not have to jam so many people and tables in and the waiters could move more gracefully. However this is definitely a place to avoid at busy times.

This was a great place to eat great food lovely staff and very child friendly which is nice to know as it's hard to find nice restaurants that you can bring your little ones too ...

We arrived a bit late. The staff had no problems with it or granting us the lunch menu despite 7 instead of 8 attendance. We will come back for sure.

Great food and really good service. Maybe a little bit overpriced but with the money off voucher from booking through quandoo it was good value.

Rude waitress ruined the meal. She realised we were upset so she added a service charge to the bill as we were unlikely to tip. Very unusual to add a service charge for a table of two.

Service was slow, starters were good (dumplings, fish cakes), mains were ok but the curries all looked like they were made with the same marinade/pastes although we ordered many different dishes. Reasonably priced for what you get.

Great menu, amazing food, lovely service. Only downside is the lack of a lobster fork which made eating the lobster a challenge. And a mess.

Food was great and arrived quickly after ordering. The menu was a little restricted which would mean you couldn't use the restaurant frequently. Friendly staff with a nice environment and docor.

The food and the general surroundings was very lovely. But the service quality was very poor I had a large booking and another group of people also had a large bookingand there was only one waiter for the whole both bookings. As some of my guests where the the waiter then told me that the service would be poor because people were ordering at different times and this would confuse the kitchen. The guests that did arrive early were not offered a choice to order drinks or anything they felt ignored until I arrived. Also the waiter brought out the main before the starter for one of my guests and tried to impose this on him and said that he had to have it and when my guest refused the waiter had a big strop and walked off. Rating for food I would give 4 out of 5 Rating for service I would give 1 out 5 Rating for total experience 3 out of 5

I have travelled the world and love my Thai food. The food was very authentic with the right mix of flavours. The surroundings were very nice although weirdly there was western style music playing. I would recommend this restaurant.

Having made a reservation for 21:15, I was seated at 21:30. Wasn't too bothered as I wasn't in a rush but not everyone would like it. The order for my main course was wrong (2 portions of rice provided instead of a portion of egg noodles). When I got the bill, it still have the 2 rices on. Quality of the food was good, as it usually is, but some more care in taking orders and delivering the food is needed.

Slow service, did not refill water until asked. The 40% off starter and main requires all people in the party to order a starter and main.

I have eaten at the restaurant many times, unfortunately this visit was disappointing. Long wait for service and generally just not impressive. It wasn't even a busy night.

Food was good, ambience was great. Only critic was that the restaurant was a little dark. Increase lighting and it would have been perfect. Price of food was expensive, luckily I had a taste card. I would go back again.

Great food, excellent service and casual, intimate atmosphere. I had the sea bream with red thai curry sauce, warning: it's hot, but very tasty if you can handle the spice. Will definitely go back.
