Staff was friendly and nothing was too much trouble as always. The chef Abdul always comes out to greet us and has a chat with us. It’s clean, never known it any other way. Been attending for 8yrs and never been disappointed.

Been here many times and loved it but our last visit was a disappointment. Waiter put the wrong rice on a plate and instead of just getting a new one he scraped the plate from one to another. The portion sizes have shrunk significantly too.

Lovely food, kind and friendly staff. One of my best restaurants for a curry.

Generally good. The Monk fish course one of us ordered was a disappointing- fish a bit over cooked and needed to be hotter and more spicy - was rather plain.

We got a lovely seat and the service was excellent as always. My meal was slightly different from what I have had in the past. A little hotter than I expected. I managed it, but was not as wowed as I used to be. My husband enjoyed his meal. The restaurant was full by the time we got our main course and the noise level was quite loud. I struggled to hear my husband sometimes. I must remember to book earlier next time. They cannot serve alcohol, so you can bring your own and they will give you glasses to use. This does make the meal more affordable.

Love the food here, everything is freshly prepared and authentic. They don't currently have an alcohol licence so you have to bring your own booze but that way it's cheaper!

Food great, but had to wait too long for it (over an hour). To us it looked like the takeaway customers were given priority over table service.

Can't fault the food the chef is very good but... The earliest table was 8.30pm but when we arrived the restaurant was half empty and the service was very slow, we had poppadoms and had nearly eaten them before they came to take our order, we had a starter but our mains didn't arrive till 10pm! There seemed to be plenty of waiting staff about, some of which could have been more pleasant. This is our local Indian and although the food is good the service has put us off going again.

Arrived on time, guests already there. Sorted drinks for my guests,had to ask for more glasses. 30mins b4 orders taken, 15mins starters arrived, half of party only had starters. Then 45min wait for mains. Mains Arrived intermittently

We visited on Saturday night and so the restaurant was very busy and so loud. We had to wait 15 mins to get our table in-spite booking in advance. “Food was really good!”. The service was slow as expected because of busy hours. If you are a person who don’t expect so much noise and crowd I would recommend to visit this restaurant during weekdays so that you can enjoy the food better. Also they don’t have license to serve alcohol, and very limited options for drinks (Cobra zero alcohol, Coke,Pepsi and J2O)

Brilliant food, however we waited 2hours to be served our mains. 1.5hours after our starter, they did however apologise for the wait and the food then came 40minutes after that and luckily was really nice.
