Our server was excellent. He demonstrated excellent expertise as well as helped me and my date to have the best steak experience possible. We will be back!

The steaks are really good but the atmosphere is very noisy as the tables are so packed together. We were eating as a family of four so it doesn’t really bother us but I can imagine it would not be the best place for a romantic steak with your partner.

Fantastic food and great service. Will definitely return. Only downside is that it is quite cramped at busy times.

Great fun experience and food comes really quickly. Toilets were in a state with no toilet roll and broken seats. Helpful waiters too

It would have been a perfect score if the hot stone was hotter, it struggled to cook my husbands filet steak.

The meal was exceptionally good and had a unique presentation of the food.

Stone cold too fast. Not same as before. Secondly, i have spend 223pounds at here, I am not happy with this service, everything too slow. At the end, I have paid 2pound tip by bank card , however , their waiter ask me 3times to add more tip. 3times remind me should pay 10%, after transaction, the waiter continues use card machine charge me 20pounds. I don’t want waste time and argue in front of my friends, finally I paid another 20pounds to them.

We came for a pre theatre meal and it was perfect. Excellent value, good quality and good service. We did book and it did seem quite busy so always worth booking.

The food was beautiful really enjoyed it. The portion size was amazing really struggled to eat it but was too good to leave. Lovely and friendly place.

I had to get up and look for our waiter to get our bill. When the rest was opened, no one came to tell us that it was opened. Service could be a little better...

Lovely visit on our Anniversary, restaurant was quiet when we arrived but soon filled up as we were eating. Nice atmosphere, good food and the fact you can kind of "cook your own steak" makes it unique I thought. Staff were friendly and helpful, the lady that served us took a photo for us and explained how ordering and cooking the steak worked. It became hard to get her attention for the bill though as the restaurant was full by then. It also became quite smoky with everyone cooking their steak but it smelt great and overall I really liked the restaurant, felt quite intimate and unique.

The steak is very good. We enjoyed the dinner very much. Will revisit when back in London.

We went out for family dinner, and since we do not go all together out that often, we really wanted to enjoy that night out, and I need to say this was the greatest experience, from the food to the service, it was just priceless! Thank you very much for everything!

Superb food and honoured my booking when there was a queue of non-booked outside. (Hot tip, book in advance otherwise you could be waiting 90min + on a Saturday). 2nd visit and there will most definitely be a 3rd, 4th, 5th....
