Sokrates Taverna - Horwich

Enjoyed a lovely evening with friends. Laid back atmosphere with a delicious tasty Meze which was good value for money. We will be back again soon, thanks Sokrates! 😃

Good food and a great atmosphere but the tables were a bit close together. The meze was good and the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful.

Brilliant, brilliant, brilliant! Everything about our visit was Brilliant...the staff were attentive, polite and helpful and the food was exceptional. What a fantastic restaurant. My vote is 200% customer satisfaction. Certainly we will visit again".........AND AGAIN.......and again!!!

The food is really tasty with depth of flavour. The actual restaurant is old fashioned and authentic making you feel like you are in a Greek taverna. All the staff are knowledgeable about what they are serving you, helpful and pleasant

We decided last minute to take a trip up to Sokrates in Horrich, as normal the food and the service was fantastic as normal, we use this restaurant regularly and never have any issues,

I love this place! Great food every time! Love taking friends and family here for the 1st time. Meze all the way! Only thing I'd suggest is adding a small piece of baklava at the end of the meze cause I love it!

Wonderful meal. We had the mezze for two which was all delicious. It was a nice touch that the waiter explained which dip went best with each dish. Nice to try different flavours. We will definitely return and would highly recommend to others.
