Delicious steak, great pre theatre menu , attentive staff. 👍🏻
Good, but not that excellent, particularly considering the price of food.
At first dismayed by the lack of variety on the menu, we soon realised that they prioritise quality over quantity. Everything was cooked exquisitely and was of excellent quality. All served by staff who genuinely seemed to enjoy one another’s company, their work and the clientele.
Great food. Service was a little hit and miss. Would go back.
Loved this place, one of the best steak I have ever had and service was amazing. Great attention to detail. Will definitely be back
Service was really good. Steak was tender and tasty. Cocktails were good but expensive. Did not try any of the desserts as the steak as filling.
Hands down, the best steak and peppercorn sauce ever; we savoured every single bite. Exceptional customer service from the matre’d! Music was in expected and got our feet tapping. Will recommend to family , friends and colleagues.
One of the best steaks I’ve ever eaten. Perfectly cooked, excellent service and the creamed spinach is sublime. My two sons are now spoilt for life
You will not get better food or service than Smith and Wollenskys but rememember that comes at a price 2 courses and basic drinks will be around £100 per head including service
Brilliant steak! Cooked to perfection! Lovely civeche! Beautiful decor! I will definitely be going back! Service was excellent. Lovely location! Good value. Nice cocktails. Hi
Really good coffee, tasty breakfast (avocado, poached eggs, sourdough). Little bit quiet in the restaurant, but it was 7:30am. Great service - friendly yet professional.
Everything was excellent from front desk reception, tableservice, food , ambience and of course the wine Steaks are to die for, they should be of course as it is very very expensive!
everything but the table was very good , they gave us a table just by the door, you can actually know every single time a person walks out through the door
Meet was cold — waiting time was 80 Minutes — side dishes averagee — Reception didn‘t had our reservation. Not a pleasant evening for the family
Nice ambience. We were with a disabled friend in a wheelchair. Although they made room for him the waiter constantly kept knocking into the back of his chair which was very irritating for him. The food was very nice but not warm enough. It was quite cold about half way through. It was extremely expensive really considering although it tasted nice it wasn’t hot enough.
Lovely brunch menu. Can get bottomless bubbles for like 22 pounds. Very reasonable. Had the butcher burger as a main and it was amazing. Buttermilk pancakes also stunning.
Our steaks and sides were marvelous. The meal overall was great, with some very minor complaints: the restaurant was loud, making it hard to have a simple conversation without shouting. The cheese tray was uninspiring. But with the great service and, oh those steaks, we had an unforgettable experience.
The food was it,s usual good standard, the staff very pleasant . We had cocktail in the bar as we were early for our reservation. We were then taken to our table and ordered our food from the menu. The evening was then spoilt as we waited 45 minutes before served any food.
I found the restaurant atmosphere, food and staff all to be excellent. We were looked after extremely well and had a lovely tour around the restaurant.
great location in the city. The restaurant has a lot of space and is rather charming (with a great look at the bar), although it may need some more lights here and there. The meat is super, especially the most expensive one. Beautiful and tasty side dishes (huge portions), and very nice desserts. The wine is very good, and not so expensive as I expected, especially considering the large selection proposed. The price is in line with the rest of the (high-end restaurant) markets. Very nice and kind staff.
Great service with excellent food. Wait staff is the best in London the food could not have been better. We will be returning next year.
The restaurant was very nice and I found the wait staff was very polite. Additionally, the food (at least the breakfast menu) was reasonably priced.
