Altogether a lovely experience. Visited with my mother and daughter - who enjoyed their meals also. Food and service very good and will return again.

My husband and myself visited Sherpa Kitchen on Friday 13th May 2016. As always we thoroughly enjoyed Mr Om's hospitality, the service is excellent. The food is always well served along with good choices of wines available.

Excellent as always. This is our 6th visit. We went with our 2 children last night. Definitely we recommend this resturant to any one who wants to try Napeleese food. Booking in advance recommended.

We love the Sherpa Kitchen, delicious Nepalese food, great service and a lovely atmosphere. It never fails to meet expectations. We would highly recommend it.

We had a very enjoyable meal in a great atmosphere. The food is first class and the staff very attentive. We visit regularly and will continue to do so.

Went to Sherpa kitchen for Sunday lunch with the family and had the best experience. Although we www the only people there, it felt like a very special private dining experience with impeccable service and delicious food. We all loved it!

Great food, great service, lovely environment! The restaurant is vibrant and busy lots going on but not interfering with anyone else. The staff are helpful and happy to help you with your choices. Food is excellent!

Food was really great but the service was slow and forgot to bring a couple of drinks! It was very busy so this could be why the waiters forgot when we asked for some things. Other than that all the waiters were very friendly and I would recommend for a well priced, different from your standard curry!

The service was very good, and the food was delicious! I also liked the intimate atmosphere of the restaurant. I would definately recommend it to friends and family. We had a lovely time!

Good friendly service, menu options were plenty. We had the Sunday special two courses plus a vegetable dish plus rice or plain nann for £15.99 exceptional value all dishes were very tasty and it was good to see a variety of vegetables available. We will definitely be going again.

Lovely tasty food,lots of spices came through when eating some if the main meals. We felt the price was very fair and would certainly go back.

Great menus choices and the food is really lovely. The restaurant has a really atmosphere and the staff are very attentive without being overbearing. I would definitely recommend this restaurant if you want something a little different

Sadly not as good as previous visits. Had to ask twice for pickles accompanying papadoms. Waiter put out hot plates three times before the main course arrived as these kept going cold due to the wait for the food to turn up. Hopefully the experience of the latest visit was just a blip as during previous times the service has been superb. We will see on our next visit.

Excellent food and service. It was New Years Day so we were almost the only ones in the restaurant, so can't comment on the atmosphere.

Excellent food. A really special dining experience to enjoy. Friendly atmosphere and clean and tidy. We would give it 6 out of 6 for all aspects. Wonderful!!!

Not been here for years but food was just as delicious as I remembered. Restaurant was pretty much full but the staff were efficient and friendly. Only slight problem was that the front door doesn't close itself and customers kept leaving it open on their way in / out so it was freezing!

Excellent dinner at the Sherpa Kitchen with wonderful cuisine and first-class staff. The manager recommended a selection of Nepali dishes which were specially prepared for our table. Booking was essential as the restaurant was full which demonstrates the popularity of the Sherpa Kitchen. We will certainly be returning.

As always the staff were very helpful, although the food was again very tasty some of the mains were unfortunatly delivered to the table colder than ideal.

I would have given the restaurant 6 if it had more vegetarian main courses. Apart from that it was excellent. Waiting staff very good and efficient.

very good food and service.....quick fresh tasting and tangy flavours, friendly personal service..very very satisfied....would be better with a proper coffee machine, do restaurants in the UK really display coffee machines that take capsules?

Food tasted good but was cold. We were too hungry to send it back. Also we could tell our waiter was having a bad day as he was miserable.

The Ghurkha provides excellent food and service. its genuine Nepal cooking and use of spices makes it a deliciously different experience and the staff are charming.

Always a great venue, the food is excellent with service to match. The restaurant speaks for itself, no waiters hovering, you are just left to enjoy the food.

I booked the table 4 days an advice, when I arrived they show me table just at the entrance . Food quality poor, very noise place also. You have to shout to talk.

This was my first experience at Sherpa Kitchen and I was very impressed. I have coeliac disease and they were extremely accommodating. The Nepalese cuisine was deliciously flavoured without being overly hot and spicy and the staff were delightful. Also, the prices are very competitive. We will be back soon.

This is a lovely restaurant with excellent service. The food was a little disappointing and rather bland, which was a pity as otherwise it was a great evening.

Saturday night. Restaurant busy but service friendly and certainly not too slow. The food was great, especially the pork dumplings. We would certainly come again.

Fantastic !!! food was exceptional as was the service. Omm is an amazing host. Will definitely go thee again!!! Highly recommended, we went for my wifes birthday meal, she wants takeaway for Valentines night :)

Mid-week visit for a belated birthday meal and excellent service as always. Food up to it's usual high standard. Booking on line was very simple with a reminder email sent the day before. Will be back for sure.

Marvellous food ( try their lamb knuckle and the prawn aworysha dishes - best we have had . ) Service , as always, impeccable even as it was fully booked up . We were surprised at how reasonably priced it was , too, came up to £93 for 4 of us, included a bottle of Merlot . We are returning , Sherpa Kitchen ! SP, Kingston

Our preferred restaurant in Esher if not Surrey. We loved the food. Service was outstanding and welcoming. Beautiful deco. We cannot recommend it highly enough!

Every time we eat here, the quality and services is consistent. The team work efficiently and always try to please. If you like Indian / Asian food you will enjoy Sherpa Kitchen.

We had to wait for our table for 10 minutes, the service was then OK, food OK, but maybe I ordered too mild a dish.

Excellent tasty and different food, impeccable friendly and professional service. The only negative i could say was that they were a little too busy; whilst the food was prompt hot and tasty i got the feeling they wanted the table back. I recommend booking well in advance for a decent time slot so that you will not be rushed,

Excellent friendly service with wonderful atmosphere and exceptional food. Dishes to suit all tastes. Would highly recommend this fine establishment. If going on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, book a table in advance as this is a great, busy restaurant. Enjoy!

The meal was nice but they hadn't received the booking so there was the usual embarrassing wait and interrogation whilst a table was found. I would ring the restaurant directly next time. However the food and the service was excellent.

The exceptional quality of the food is matched by the Service and this is a fantastic restaurant catering for all tastes. We have lived in Esher for 40 years and this is our favourite restaurant. For those who read this and have not tried the Sherpa you are in for a real treat.

Great food and service. Always nice and helpful. Nothing too much trouble for them. Made us feel very welcome and sang happy birthday to our son in law.

Very attentive and friendly service, nice hot spicy food and easy parking opposite in the Waitrose car park. The wine was good and reasonably priced.
