we went for Iftar, booked table in advance. it was too hot and they dont have air conditioners, although they cater for big number. i told manager and he had no solution, like opening door /window etc Rest , iftar items were good- lots of freshly made pikora, samosa, chaat, drinks, grilled items, however main dishes looked old and reheated from day before. so mainly i would give it 6/10 as no arrangement if temp becomes hot and main dishes were not good.

Good variety of food and what was great was that it was mostly fresh. Definitely worth the money!

It's just ok...very conjusted and noisy environment...food was ok too.

I can say there was a lot of choice in meat and veg dishes. offered , more choices of food than Flavourz and Red leaf. I loved the Pakora, potato and aubergine slices.The soft drink was included in price.Will definitely be coming back again.

My first visit to Shahi. Was impressed with the both the taste and variety of food available. Definitely good value for money and would highly recommend them. Highlight for me were the grilled chops and the apple crumble with custard. Staff were friendly and did well to cope with the Ramzan/Iftari Rush.

Going to restaurant to enjoy with family but unfortunately in this restaurant to much noise.

We went for a Birthday Meal, everyone loved the food . There’s a really good range of foods , everything is fresh and tastes wonderful. Atmosphere and venue are lovely . Would definitely go again .

Very good service and a nice variety of food and desserts

On Sunday, I would expect a more variety of food such a grill fish, calamari,fresh vegetables....It was nothing special and the vegetables wasn't fresh.In general, the food was average. Very disappointed!

Location is excellent we ample parking. Newly refurbished from my last visit and loads of seating area. Food was fresh and good with loads of variety. Just need to improve desserts with better cakes.

it’s hard to find a good restaurant that caters for families that cater for children aged 6, 7 and 2 as well as the parents we found the restaurant on facebook and read the reviews and it sounded good but i didn’t expect the quality of food to be beyond expectations and the staff are lovely and helpful, it’s the 2nd time we have been there for dinner with family and we don’t even live in the area! the only thing i might recommend would be maybe a loyalty scheme for customers. if your looking for a good atmosphere restaurant with great variety of food this is the perfect place.

Excellent customer service alongside delicious food shapes a unique buffet experience. The variety in food is quite diversified ranging from Italian to Asian cuisine. Would definitely recommend.

It’s always clean and food generally very good and it was. Asked to sit somewhere quite, seemed hesitant and no glasses on the table. Dosa was fab, bit slow to take the order. Good selection but a few morevege curries needed

Had a great time, staff so friendly and service was excellent. Food was excellent great variety of choice for all ages, kids loved the choc fountain so did the adults! Not a great deal of sweet dishes but non the less great. I would 100% recommended to friends and family and definitely will be back. Thanks alot Shahi Masala for your hospitality :)

Well lit and spacious place. Food just ok...nothing so over d top....didn’t live up to the advertised hype on Unity fm. The pakoras were cold and not much variety of continental dishes. The chicken wings weren’t properly done...think it was just dipped in some colouring to give it the buffalo wings look.. Though tried one of the lamb curries, was nice! Also had enough of parking so that might make me consider coming back

The staff were quite rude and shouting at other kids.. Food was okay, not really all that. I don’t think I would go there again

This is the second time to visit . First time was fantastic. It was freezing cold and guy said yes boiler is too small and we got new one. I think this is untrue as you know the size of your restaurant. Food was ok. I won’t go again in the winter .

The food at Shahi Masala was great, I had been a couple of times during the lunch time and enjoyed it so I tried the evening menu with my family and wasn’t disappointed. Great food great place

Really good experience and lovely food. Only thing i didnt like was the chocolate fountain not being monitored as people were sticking there fingers in it and kids climbing all over the counter.

Nice option of foods. Not too spicey and freshly cooked. The price is good as well because unimited drinks are included in the price.Fantastic place.

This was a works Christmas get together and we had a fabulous time. Food was hot, and lovely. Venue is very clean and bright, staff friendly and booking online was so easy. Lots of food choices to suit all.
