The restaurant was very smokey with burnt cooking oil, the ventilation was not working very well and this spoilt our experience. The food was fine but not as good a standard as other Japanese restaurants we have visited in various locations around the UK and abroad.

Excellent service, staff very attentive. Food was amazing and plenty to choose from. Plum wine is a must! Have been before, will definitely go again in the near future

We have visited on many occasions ever since this fabulous place opened and it has always been first class food and first class service.

Food beautifully presented and very tasty. Service was very good-the waiters were polite, quick and knowledgeable. Quantity of food more than adequate. Plenty of choice.

We went for a birthday meal at lunch time. The entrance is a bit hidden but once in I loved everything about that place: great food, great service, big choice.

Disappointed that such a good restaurant only offers instant decaffeinated coffee, not "proper" decaff. Otherwise, as ever, the food and staff were excellent. Thank you.

Been a few times now and is always on point. Staff are attentive without being intrusive . Foods always looks stunning and is very tasty.

I had the set lunch menu which included sushi, beef teriyaki and miso soup. It was very tasty and the beef was so tender. Rob the waiter was very attentive.

As always we had an incredible meal tonight at one of the best restaurants in the region. Amazing service and food. I would enjoy it more if there were an option for non alcoholic beer on the menu - and not Becks Blue!! There surely must be a Japanese non alcoholic beer available. Drinking diet coke whilst eating such incredible food doesn't sit right.

Well another amazing night at this excellent restaurant. The food was again fantastic and the service as always top class. I can wait until my next visit.

ambience of the restaurant is good with the tables nicely spread out. the waitresses are very knowledgable and attentive to ones needs. the food is nicely cooked and presented and can't be faulted. overall an excellent experience of japanese food.

Food was fabulous as always however there was some confusion over the bill when it arrived. We had chosen from the set lunch menu which was a set price for either 2 or 3 courses, however we seemed to be charged for our desserts which didn’t seem to be included in the set lunch menu even though we’d asked the waitress who confirmed that they were. When we queried this we were told she was “new” as if that was an excuse. We ended up paying but still thought the bill was not right.

Would definitely recommend to go there. People that work there are just amazing, kind, helpful. The meal that we’ve had was ok but wasn’t so happy about the main dish witch was pork . The meat wasn’t made as well as you would expect it to be for the price.

A lovely experience - service, surroundings and, above all, the food. Beautiful to look at and even better to eat. I can't recommend it enough.

We had not been for a while and thoroughly enjoyed our evening. The food was fabulous so tasty and presentation you could not fault. The staff explained the menu and new what was in every dish, they were also very attentive. We will be back very soon. Thank you Ogino

Excellent food. The service was very good, the restaurant has a lovely atmosphere. The choice of wine is beyond expectation.Will definitely return and I highly recommend it.

Beautifully presented, sublime taste, attentive waiting. This is our special treat restaurant where the girls meet once a year. And every year it delivers on everything.

Don’t be put off by the slightly unusual modern office-like entrance. Whilst not cheap, this restaurant delivers some very tasty food served by attentive, friendly and knowledgable staff.

Very courteous staff. Lovely atmosphere. Great food as always, in particular the Pork Kakuni! You have to try it!! Definitely one of my favourite restaurants.

The food and service were fabulous. My only issue is the cooking smell in the dining area, as it clings to you. Not a great smell if you are going on for a night out!!

Love this place, been here on a dozen occasions before for tea but never for lunch so thought we would give it a try. We both had the 3 course sushi lunch with miso soup and an appetiser and it was fantastic! At £16 per head I thought it was reasonably priced too! I’m sure we will be back very soon.

Yet again this restaurant lived up to its billing. This is probably my 10th visit and never fails to amaze the quality and presentation of the food. The taste is fabulous. Have introduced several of my friends to this restaurant and all have been very impressed. This time was a special occasion and 8 of us had the side room off the main restaurant. We were made to feel very welcome and special.Thanks to the Manager and all the staff.

The Saturday lunch booked for 1pm. for my wife and I lived up to our expectations. Lovely meal, thoughtful and helpful staff in a relaxing and pleasant ambience. .

Every time I go to Ojino's I am amazed by the food and service.. The food is great. it really like eating in a fine Japanese restaurant, so delicious, so different. Our friends shared pictures with New York. We highly recomend a visit.

We all had the duck as a starter - superb - followed by the best Chicken I've tasted in a long while. The service was extremely good and not intrusive. very reasonable priced as well.

We had good service, and good food. It is a pleasant dining area. We tried all the options, a la carte, sushi, and table d’hote menu.

Beautiful in every way. Gorgeous meal and well looked after by the staff. Each course was delicious, personal favourite being the venison dumplings. Will be back very soon
