Great service, fantastic food. Exceeded our expectations. Having visited Japan several times I would say this restaurant would rate highly against the best in Japan.

We had a lovely evening as a group of six. We waited a long time for the starter but were rewarded with gratis miso soup. Too many times we were asked if we were ready to order when still looking at menus but could really have used some help navigating the menu. Our waiter looked upsettingly poorly. Food was very good. Pinot Grigio was very average but quite pricey.

One of our vegetarian guests was served none vegetarian food and they accidentally ate it. Although this was removed from the bill it was a bit awkward. One of our starters was missed off the order so had to wait for that to be cooked after everyone else was served. The lamb on the main was a bit fatty. Half diners were on a groupon voucher which seemed unfair for what’s meant to be a nice restaurant with high prices. Strange atmosphere. Gin expensive yet serve in a tumbler. Not special enough. Food was good and great flavours but small portions on some dishes. Sides way over priced. Tiny bowl of rice almost £4. Serious review needed as this is taking away from the great flavours, food and potential.

We arrived early but they were happy to seat us right away. Service was speedy and food was amazing! Very authentic sushi and the decor of the room was lovely.

Beautiful food in stunning understated surrounding, incredibly helpful and professional staff

We have eaten with you a few times now , we brought my son and daughter inkjet his time. They all enjoyed their meal but sadly I didn’t, which was disappointing as I rave about your restaurant. I felt my dish was to oily/veg to wet which spoilt the whole meal. However I want let this me put me off , it was just the wrong dish for me and we will come again. The review is based solely on my meal and not the other members of the family

The food was lovely and couldn’t fault that but as we were dining with an 8 month old we really needed a high chair so that she could eat her lunch too. We tried her in the pram but it didn’t work. Also we couldn’t stay for dessert as she needed a nappy change but you have no facilities for that either. For a dining experience it was great but not child friendly at all
