Brilliant food, fantastic cocktails and lovely staff. My favourite place to eat and drink - day or night. Price is really good considering the amount of food you get!

Had a lovely meal today at Quarter Lounge. Sweet potato fries are superb and cheesecake huge, which suited me. Will definitely be returning. Staff very good today too.

The quarter lounge was lovely. Great atmosphere with a nice seating area for pre meal drinks either inside or outside. Good was amazing with very generous portion sizes. Would definitely recommend.

Food really good, lovely cocktails, service wasn't brilliant but they were extremely busy so didn't mind - the staff do work really hard !! Will definitely return !

Another most enjoyable lunch visit on Thursday 1rst June. Food was excellent and the staff so attentive. It's such a pleasant place to meet friends for a leisurely lunch with no pressure to move on.

The food was lovely, really tasty pulled pork burger and the service from all staff was also great. Will be back to this restaurant soon

Had a nice meal went with my mam and a friend the only problem I had was my Mam and friend got their order first and I had to wait another 5 minutes

Great place tucked away in the middle of Carlisle, definitely worth a visit and we will be going there again. The Philly cheese steak fries were awesome!

Very nice surroundings and Pleasant smiling staff. I had the cod burger and skinny fries was lovely washed down with a decent bottle of merlot. My friend had flat iron steak which she enjoyed £20 each so resizable vfm. We will go back.

My Husband and I were more than happy with everything. Food was delicious, cocktails excellent! Great choice of background music and the staff were lovely. We're looking forward to our next visit already!

Cool, laid back atmosphere, amazing food, good music and good service. Great place for a meal, lunch or just to hang out for a drink with friends. Would defiantly recommend.

Quick service for drinks and food even though it was really busy, ordered food and was impressed by the size of the portions! Food was really nice, we spent about 65 pounds and couldn't fault it.

Goats chesse burger was delicious, as were the sweet potato fires. Service was good & very quick, but we were seates for lunch at a quiet period @ 11.30.

Never been here before. I booked via quandoo. I got confirmation virtually straight away. The staff were very friendly and so efficient. The atmosphere was relaxed and food was delicious. Many thanks to you all

Lively, trendy atmosphere and good, innovative food. Staff are attentive without being obtrusive. The menu was seasonal and a little quirky which was a pleasant change. We would return.

For a Christmas meal the Quarter Lounge was a great setting. The service was well delivered. There was a great Christmas atmosphere and the food was good.

Very friendly welcoming atmosphere. We take our children there on a regular basis, we like to feel relaxed and love the food and drink here. (Especially the house white wine) Staff are extrememly helpful and do anything they can for you. Massively recommend this restaurant for weekly dining or private party functions.

As ever the food was fantastic, only booked at the last minute too so really glad they could fit us in!Love Quarter Lounge.Very efficient service!

Great food and atmosphere. It was our first visit and won't be the last! The salad I had was absolutely huge, but still managed (only just) the Bailey's cheesecake!

Unfortunately my vegetables were covered in cheap olive oil so did not taste very nice and my daughters burger was not cooked. There is a difference between pink and raw despite the waiter trying to tell us it was cooked. But they did remove the cost of her burger from our bill.

Fab food, lovely atmosphere and great staff. What more can you ask? The portion size is enormous so you will never leave here feeling hungry!!

Service was good. Asked for table by window which we had . We all enjoyed the food. And managed to get a comfy seat to go enjoy drink and relax . Staff friendly and eager to please. Recommend definitely

Very easy to book a table through quandoo & I got confirmation from the venue very quickly. The service was really good & staff were attentive. The food was gorgeous & cocktails were fantastic! Would definitely recommend & will be back!

Food was good but they said they hadn't updated reservations on their systems, so we had to eat at a counter. Also, they didn't bring the starter I ordered - they said my sons starter was to share, even though it was a completely different dish.

The restaurant was very nice, the staff were welcoming and friendly. They gave us enough time to decide what we wanted before asking us to order. The price wasn't as bad as I was expecting. Very nice will definitely be returning.

Nice food, lovely cocktails and good staff attentive but not over the top. Pleasant surroundings and décor, not too crowded and we liked the wall art with the words relating to Carlisle.

Great place to eat with vibrant atmosphere. Not able to book for Saturday's but staff managed to get us in. Service good and bar staff friendly.

The visit was for a family lunch for my grandaughter, celebrating her 18th birthday, without her mum - my daughter - who had recently died. The food was nice, good-sized portions, the coffee was great and the staff helpful, but none really bothered about the occasion - even though a couple of the staff had known my daughter.. Coffee could have been 'topped up' as the cups are on the small side. Wheelchair access was disgraceful. Heavy furniture had to be moved before I could even get in, and an accessible loo may be handy - though unhygienic - to keep high chairs in, but renders it unusable for those of us it is intended for; it says that the staff don't think we matter. I was obliged to drive to Sainsbury's to use their lavatory. I am so disgusted I will not be returning.. Lady Norris

it was a good meal, we were not waiting long, it was very easy to book, I booked quarter lounge as we normally go to the thin white duke but couldn't get an answer off them, thought id try this place. it was reasonably priced, food was delicious and I will use the quarter lounge again.

Nice food, great beer. Cheap as chips. Staff where nice and polite. Restaurant was clean toilets was very clean overall a nice place to go

Instead of going for the usual burger,I tried the philly cheese steak sub. So glad I did it was mouthwatering. Quiet time of day so was lovely and relaxing. Not a large choice on the menu,but always tasty food.

Brilliant, friendly service with a great atmosphere. Great choice of food. Something for everyone. Reasonably priced, large cocktails. A great place for casual dining or a drink with friends in the comfortable bar area.

Friendly staff, good selection of food (My mam is a vegetarian and lots to choose from) and lovely cocktails. In a central but quite location close to shops. Would highly recommend a visit.
