Great food and great service. Staff were really friendly and attentive.

Food was tip top as always. Good service aswell by the staff.

Very quiet - but enjoyable. Only 3 people in the Restaurant - but middle of winter, the week before Christmas.

Pre panto meal. Kids loved the food. Waiters very friendly. Pizza and pasta fantastic.

Attentive servers. Lovely atmosphere- music but able to hold a conversation without shouting. Very pleasant.

Nice restaurant and starters were fine. Two of the main courses were cold and had to be returned. Due to the time delay waiting for them to be warmed up it meant we did not have time for dessert as we were going to the theatre. Had to chase for the bill and then chased staff again to actually pay.

I had a pizza which was ok, my wife had the sea bass and was not impressed. It was covered in a sauce that she had to scrape off (didn't taste nice) to get to the fish, which was too wet. The potato mash had a vegetable mixed in which she thought was cabbage but again, not very tasty.

Service was excellent, even though they were busy, the food also arrived quickly. Couple of things marking the food down. The Caprese salad lacked finess, ripe tomatoes and basil The tomato garlic bread was not to its usual standard. Over all we were happy and will book again.

The service was a little slow to start as the waiter thought we were waiting for a sixth person despite the reservation being for five people. The food then came out very quickly and was very tasty and good value for money.

A pre-theatre meal. Great food, polite and friendly staff, attractive restaurant. Tips - if you order olives and garlic bread intending to have them as a starter, make this clear to the staff otherwise they will be served with mains. Only point they lost was a 10 minute delay between the 1st and last dessert of 6 arriving. Will definitely return.

Outstanding experience from the moment we walked through the door. We were welcomed our coats taken and we were seated at a delightful table. The service was impeccable, the atmosphere was cordial. The food was superb, it looked and tasted delicious. Together with the wine we felt our evening was one to remember for All the right reasons. Fantastic meal, from start to finish. Nicest Lasagna wife has had in a long long time, I had the Beef Stroganoff which was just delicious!! Will definitely be returning here. SUPERB!!

Me my fiancé and our baby loved it Definitely we’re going back Bigger portions and more flavours than the overrated prezzo (which we gave many chances to it) So as a food expert it’s by far the best Italian restaurant on the Wirral Same quality with gusto Way more cheaper
