Roza by Pivaz - Epping

Lovely restaurant. So much better than expected. Starters were Crispy Prawns and Octopus. Both were utterly divine with the octopus being the best we’ve ever eaten. Service was exemplary. Spot on. Couldn’t have asked for better. Main course. Two different casseroles. One chicken and one seafood. Delish. We weren’t rushed at all and did it all at our own pace after only booking online this afternoon. We will definitely visit Pivaz again and recommend it to others too.

Lovely food, fresh and wide menu choice. Staff very friendly and good service. Great evening for all the family, it was a birthday and they provided a lovely dessert offering. Really lovely evening.

We were sat in a room with tables of 8 and 10. Naturally the noise was horrendous. As a 4 we had trouble talking together. The food was OK but I would say a little overpriced and the additional 12% without option made the cost above average. We would not go back!

Dining at Pivaz Epping lunch time is very relaxing and a good special menu for lunch at only £11.95 for two courses. Tables are nicely set and staff friendly.

Excellent food and service Could improve by offering more vegan food - the veg stew was yum but couldn’t have rice with it as cooked with butter

Great food - nice atmosphere , tables not too close together. We were a party of six but they had smaller alcoves for a more romantic meal and less noisy Waiting staff good

Too much noise from other tables to the extent that normal conversation was very difficult and therefore had a negative effect on the dining experience.

A good variety of table layouts, a relaxing ambience, good food, friendly attentive service correctly balanced, reasonable prices, so whats not to like. Would recommend.

Wonderful restaurant with wonderful food. The staff are always very attentive; the restaurant has many different areas, small and large which creates a lovely ambience. Will be back

I keep going back, because the service, food and menu are suitable for me. I've eaten her a few times, as a couple and in larger groups. I'll be back !!

This was our first visit to Pivaz, Epping and everything was fantastic. The restaurant layout and atmosphere was really nice, the staff were attentive and the food was amazing. We will definatley be back in the near future.

Lovely surroundings,good service with a smile and excellent food . The lunch time set menu is good value for money but the wine is a little expensive

Not it's usual self... the starters were not as good as they have been previously. The babaganoush was not great. The ezme salad gave two of us bad stomachs. The grills were good but the presentation has changed for the worst.

First time visit.Food was good. Service not great. Had to call waitress over to ask for drink as no one attended us for 15 minutes after we arrived.Food arrived fairly promptly, but then again it was quiet. No one checked us during the meal. They auto added 12.5% service (only 2 of us) web site said the service is added to 6 people or more.

Amazing food and friendly staff ... great atmosphere... but the ac make it hot and very cold all evening but at least we weren’t baking in this heat! Defo recommend this restaurant ... they play the best music !

It was perfect - lovely atmosphere, attentive and helpful staff and fantastic food. It was a birthday treat for my 98 year old Mum and she loved the surprise dessert she was brought.

It was the first time I visited Pivaz in Epping, we booked it for mine and my partners anniversary meal. The service was great, the staff were attentive and polite. The drinks were amazing, the strawberry pina colada is defiantly something to try! The food was outstanding and as it was our anniversary I asked for the dessert to have some writing put on it which they did without hesitation and they made our meal special! I would highly recommend this resturaunt!

A wonderful experience. Pivaz menu is varied something for everyone. Good range of food for vegetarians. Friendly staff excellent customer service. Cannot fault this place.

Average restaurant. Not very Turkish, more 'mediterranian'. Cheeky to slap a 13% service charge on the bill for 5% service! (we were only a tab;le of 4) Wouldn't go back again.

Well cooked and tasty food. Great decor. Slightly overpriced food. I didn't like the fact that they add service charge onto the bill automatically at the end.

The food is lovely-as are the cocktails!! However it can take a while to order drinks even when not that busy. But definitely worth going.

Excellent food and drinks in a great atmosphere. The only thing I would comment on was that the service was a little bit slow, although it was a Friday night and the restaurant was busy and it didn't really detract from the enjoyment of the evening. I look forward to coming back again.

Food was lovely as usual, although attendance at the table wasn’t the usual good experience. He wasn’t always available and the restaurant wasn’t overly busy.

Good food but poor seating, just inside by the door with a curtain almost over my wife to stop the draft. Service charge was excessive, we should have refused it.

The food was really nice. The service was not the slow side which was nice to a point as we were friends catching up, but I think it was slow as they had to private functions going on. Although we had booked and we were a little late I felt they weren’t expecting us and we had to wait for them to put our table together. I would go back and would recommend.

Food is excellent. The restaurant has a great atmosphere and service is good although I prefer to use my discretion for tipping than have it automatically put on them bill. Pacas is a restaurant to go for a special occasion as can be pricy. All in all we had a lovely evening

A lovely family evening with ages ranging from 17 to 83 , good food and good surroundings, waiting staff very friendly all in all a very successful birthday celebration .

Wonderful food and excellent service even though busy. Will certainly go again. Price a little on the high side but for a special occasion it was worth it.

Excellent food and very pleasant service. However, the restaurant quickly became very noisy such that holding a conversation was almost impossible. I think I'd go at lunchtime in future when it's less raucous.

A warm Welcome with or without children. My favourite, the seafood casserole has always been piping hot and delicious. Fast service, and very pleasant atmosphere. Our go to local.

Took ages to get Served and itveas only lunchtime main was great cheesecake awful dont order it been there before and it was great but not this time

The place and Food was really very nice, just a child pulled out a glass of juice and nobody came to help to cleanup .

Warm and welcoming . Nice atmosphere too , something for everybody , would definitely visit again . Staff were extremely friendly and helpful with accomodating our toddler, food was lovely . We went for my fiancé’s birthday try even bought out a dessert with a candle on .

The food was ok, service was with a smile. However, once the food was served absolutely no attention paid to us between the courses. There was four of us and we had to pour our wine and water all night. A little cheeky that there is a 12.5% service charge included and then when you use the card machine it prompts you tip again.

Nice food. Quick service. But 12% service charge added to bill for two of us ! Not on I do tip but to my discretion. Normally it’s added on for large parties
