Roza by Pivaz - Epping

Visit was fine. No option to decline the service charge - the service was fine, but not above that of, say, a cafe. Seated in quite a noisy area (a fan of some kind) despite plenty of alternative seating. Food was very good, and delivered very quickly. No sorbet at the beginning of the evening, despite it being on the menu.

VFM value for money and a very good night out.

First time there, was brilliant. We were well served. Good portion of tasty food.

I was made to feel quite uncomfortable as the table,(for 8 adults and 2 toddlers) was not ready even though I had booked over two weeks before hand. The staff behaved like i had not booked at all. After we had all been seated the service and food was fine although the music was very loud.

The food was very good but the service wasn’t great. We were seated but then just left so I had to go and find someone to ask for menus and if we could order drinks. Service was generally slow and they seemed understaffed. Not ideal given that we’d booked so they knew we were coming.

We really enjoyed our meal. Service was very good. We had a lovely table in the window. We liked the music but for us it was slightly too loud. We would recommend Pivaz and would probably visit again.

Great value for money and for a Wednesday Lunchtime the atmosphere was nice.

Wonderful lunch, very friendly staff. Our first visit but will not be the last. We really look forward to our next Turkish meal with you. WELL DONE!

Delicious food & good looking restaurant . Went for lunch with daughter & grandson . Waitress pleasant but oblivious of the missing cutlery items several times , so I took from unoccupied table next to us . Maybe she was having a rough day . Overall have visited several times & will continue to do so .

To start with service was a bit slow, we ended up ordering our drinks at the same time as ordering food. One of the starters didn't arrive so we had to ask where it was. (We wasnt a huge party, just a family of 4) this was our first visit, I'm sure we'll be back but we was put off by the noise caused from other guests, maybe it needs some booths or sound proofing, it wasnt overly busy or packed just full of overly loud people, so talking to the people on your own table was impossible as you just couldn't hear. How ever the food was absolutely fantastic! And we cant fault that at all, all cooked to perfectiontion and tasted amazing
