Dined on a Thursday night. The service was Good. We arrived a bit late but it wasn't a problem. The food was delicious & they had fabulous cocktails! Highly recommend

Had a bit of weird table. Stuck right in the centre with a lot of people moving past us all the time. They moved us when another table became available. Other than that, great food and great friendly service.

This was our second visit to this restaurant and just like the first one it was completely satisfactory. My four guests and I all enjoyed our meals. The service was first class with helpful waiters. Thank you.

We were a party of six sitting by the main entrance door. Unfortunately the self closing mechanism on the door was not working and as it was a cold evening we spent the entire meal getting up and down closing the door after anybody arrived, departed or went out for a smoking break. Sadly this spoilt our experience. We did complain to the manager who said that the problem will be dealt with but this did not help us!

Food was outstanding, and menu full of choice. Tip-top service. This is a lovely restaurant, and a great addition to Epping. I loved the atmosphere.

Beautiful food made with lovely fresh ingredients and very well presented. Portions are generous. The decor is creates such a nice ambiance and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming and there was no problem with our reservation. We were given a good table and the service and food were excellent. This was my second visit to the restaurant and it was great. The toilet facilities were clean and nice places to use.

Lovely food but poor service. Waiters were not very attentive. They made a few mistakes and didn't offer dessert menu/coffee. We had to ask for the bill several times. Expected better! All staff were friendly though.

Lovely food and great staff, the barman was lovely too and made some fab cocktails! We will definitely be returning here we had a great evening

I have been before and had a lovely time so I booked it for my dads birthday but Service was really bad , we had to send some food back , ask to order drinks and food and they forgot our deserts. Think they were short staffed but when you have booked you don't expect the service We won't be coming back again unfortunately

Fantastic restaurant for all the family. Great food and great service in a very nice environment - we will definitely make this a regular of ours.

The food was great, but the service was a bit 'off', but that usually seems to be the case at this restaurant, which is a shame.

Good attentive service, great food and cocktails. Booked online - which was easy to do, and having booked a certain time, was able to stay beyond the 2 hour allocation, without feeling rushed

The food was nice and the atmosphere/vibe of the restaurant was really enjoyable. Our waiter was very helpful with providing me with an alternative desert as I was told there was coffee in the sticky toffee pudding. The only down fall about the evening was that our table was right opposite the bar which was a bit inconvenient when people are being shown to their tables or are waiting at the bar for their table....it got a bit busy. Overall, an enjoyable evening.

Excelent ! Good food great service. Went there Friday evening 7PM. It was just right for us as we wanted a good chat and catch up.

Puvaz is a fine eatery, where you can casual dine or dress up to dine. All grills are substantial and very tasty. Put with a share meze, you have a great meal. Very reasonable prices for food. As always, drinks are at premium but you expect to pay this. Highly Recommended.

Food and atmosphere were great. Service was a little slow but to be expected as it was very busy. Try Baba ganoush for a starter.

Lovely well laid out restaurant, friendly informative staff, varied menu, lots of choice, not Turkish orientated, more European. Fab cocktails, had superb evening, very expensive but woul go back!!

Restaurant was great, staff were amazing and very helpful. Food was faultless. They were very helpful when it came to requests and made sure our experience was pleasant.

Great Turkish food beats any other restaurant in the area of its kind (including Sheesh), great wine selection, lovely environment, staff were very attentive. I would go back without a shadow of a doubt.

The meze was excellent. The meat for the kebab was very tender. Overall it was a really good experience. Friendly and attentive staff as well.

Great food, wine and service. The only thing that spoilt the experience from being 100% was our seating being next to the bar, with large groups of people gathering and chatting loudly right next to us eating our dinner. We will however be going back again for a lovely date night.

The food and service were excellent. The decor is smart yet cosy. We had an excellent 3 course meal and will be going back again.

Food is very nice. Lovely flavours and lots of options. Service isn't great which is a real shame. Just needs to be worked on and this will be a lovely restaurant. Once the initial drinks order was taken we weren't asked again. Glasses just cleared away. Not asked if everything was OK or if we needed anything else. Just little things.

Lovely food as always, although we was told it was a set menu and yet others around us ordered from normal menu, which we would have much preferred.

Lovely meal and special night out. Highly recommended. Especially enjoyed the staters and look forward to going back in the near future. Good cocktail list.

Nice atmosphere and pretty solid food, service was very good. It's very well furnished and well lit as well. Some of the lamb is maybe a little fatty.

Looks really good from the outside and inside the interior decor is good however it lacks warmth and atmosphere. The staff are attentive and the food is good however I thought it would be completely Turkish food and I personally did not like the fusion. I really think that the restaurant would benefit from a good maitre d.

Food was good however service was poor, waitress did not order correct food. Never asked if we wanted more drinks or deserts. Would have spent more money had she of looked after your customers. Also sat next to door area where the door kept getting left open!

Poor service, had to ask for drinks at the start after sat waiting a while. Then again at the end of the meal after our plates where cleared we had to ask for the bill after waiting 20 mins for service. We both had empty glasses and was going to order more drinks and a dessert but we got fed up of waiting. The bill came immediately but then we waited another 10 mins before we could catch a waiter to take payment. The restaurant was pretty empty as well! Food was ok, nothing special, there is better quality and value for money in Epping. Table heights didn't match so if on a table for 4 would be awkward and the bench seat had great big white stains on it. The room between tables was minimal and to get in and out of the table was snug and I'm not a large person, whilst also trying to miss my head on the low level lights. For the price and image they want to portray it is a let down.

Great place to spend an evening with friends - great cocktails, delicious food and good service. We were lucky enough to get the table in the cubbyhole to the right of the bar too!

Beautiful restaurant, friendly and efficient service and delicious food (best lamb chops I've ever had!). It was quite expensive but lovely for a special occasion. Would definitely return.

Great atmosphere and the food and service equally as good. Well worth a visit, and I highly recommend that you book before going, as we only just managed to book at late notice for a table of 2.

Great food, service and atmosphere. Restaurant is not particularly large but there is enough space between the tables for privacy. Although ask for tap water rather than bottled as it is £5 a bottle!!

A very enjoyable evening. The food was very good but could have been larger portions. The desserts were to die for all made on the premises.

Lovely food, attentive staff & great service, will definitely recommend to others & return for another visit. Good value for money also, especially the lunch time 2 course offer.
