Asked if we were ready for main when still eating starters, waitresses were all miserable. Food however was quite nice and so were the cocktails

Firstly, the food was delicious! I did however feel very rushed during my meal. We were asked numerous times if we were ready to order (by various staff) in the space of about 10minutes, which got very annoying. I would definitely recommend it as a place to visit. Great atmosphere and delicious food!

This is our 2nd visit to this restaurant and I would highly recommend it. The food which was piping hot,staff and service were 1st class

Visited the restaurant on a Wednesday and had a decent enough atmosphere. One of the mains was incorrect but was only charged an extra pound and so didn't raise the issue. We had a bottle of wine between 2 people which made it quite expensive.

Lovely ambiance, attentive staff and food was very tasty. Will definitely be going back again. Was made aware at being seated that it was a 2 hour dining slot.

Lovely meal, great atmosphere and the cocktails are awesome. Staff are really attentive. A great night out! Would recommended it for a group or a couple

Staff were quite rude and service was very slow. Your supposed to have a 2 hour dining time but staff tried to kick us out after 1 hour and a half. Food was great, service not so good.

Great service, very friendly waiters. Food is excellent, especially the Chicken sheesh for main course. Cocktails and desserts are particularly good and very pretty! Would definitely recommend for a night out

Power cuts all night, music too loud in bar, got seated and didn’t get given a menu for 20 minutes then walked out with no apology, drinks way over priced.

Great food, great service and a lovely atmosphere couldn’t fault it. Goats cheese starter was delicious and lamb chops cooked to perfection will definitely be returning soon.

Lovely restaurant, great atmosphere and the food was amazing! The bar upstairs is a nice touch for pre or post dinner drinks. Will definitely be going back.

Loud and vibrant atmosphere. Starters were fantastic and staff were all friendly and accommodating. The cocktails were delicious and all round lovely experience. Will go again!

A Turkish restaurant that runs out of lamb on a busy night 5 days before Xmas.......very poor planning. Food lovely, albeit not what we actually wanted! Service ok but long wait for starter, main served immediately, then were hurried thru dessert. Did not warrant the £26 tip that was automatically added to our bill, then we were asked to explain why we wanted it removed. All in all, food good but service let it down (2nd experience of this). Sadly, won't be in a hurry to return 😐

I was celebrating my birthday here and we enjoyed every bit of our experience. Beautiful food and gorgeous settings, would highly recommend Pivaz for all occasions!

Nice atmosphere, tasty food and friendly staff. Also very lucky due to a snow day so the restaurant was a little quiet meaning lots of attention :-)!

Not enough staff, to over booked. Waited to long to be served and was seated towards the back of the restaurant. It was really cold and table was practically along a walk way. Over all we walked out and then the main Receptionist mood changed and was quite short tempured with us. Over all the decor was beautiful but service is lacking sadly due to not enough staff being employed and over worked.

Wonderful food and atmosphere. A little expensive but it is great food. We would come here again but maybe just for special occassions. Outstanding place.

Lovely food (we went for the kebab menu although the breakfast looked good), and a really nice restaurant. We went on a day when the weather was awful (snow) and they were fully operational. We also took our young son, and there was a good children's menu and high chair.

Bar is lovely and restaurant is nice looking. We had quite a long wait for a menu, staff didn’t seem massively interested in us as a table of 3, more bothered about the larger tables. The rice on my main was cold, which I mentioned quietly at the end of the meal, the waiter didn’t seem the least bit bothered, maybe I should have caused a fuss over it? Wouldn’t say I won’t go back again but won’t be rushing back.

When we arrived we were sat down at our table at 9 o’clock and by 950 we had eaten our starters and mains.. felt they are only interested in taking your money.. food was taste less . Felt sorry for staff

This is my 2nd visit and the food was superb on both occasions, service also a great experience. You have an excellent standard and excellent staff team.

Very enjoyable visit. Great food, recommend the lamb shish, luxurious cocktails and helpful service. Beautiful restaurant and bar. I will definitely be returning :) x

- one of the waiters was incredibly nice yet the others not so much - ever since eating there I have not stopped throwing up (four days ago) - messed up our bill and charged £80 to a card when only £40 was meant to be and then got angry when we asked for it to be returned to the card - nice atmosphere though

Food was good as previous visits. Just feel that the service needs to go up a level as head waiters always appear to have to remind staff to pay attention to tables. We didn't have too much of a problem but it was evident this was going on around the restaurant.

Excellent food and cocktails for a good price! Beautifully decorated restaurant! Would definitely highly recommend for any occasion, especially date nights! Loved it, can't wait to return!

Lovely afternoon with friends for a celebration. The staff were great and really helpful. The food was delicious and the restaurant also had a nice atmosphere.

The bar and restaurant was tastefully decorated however the seats in the restaurant were a tad uncomfortable. The menu was interesting but the food although well presented, disappointingly lacked finesse and taste,

Food was average and felt very rushed, mains came out straight away as we finished our starters and had no time to digest and felt like we were being rushed off for the next sitting, Drinks and cocktails are very expensive. This was our third visit but prob won't return.

Very nice food, meat was delicious. Drinks a little overpriced for what they are, wine was from a £5.50 bottle from Sainsbury’s for £8.00 which was a bit much.

Food was delicious (I had battered prawns followed by rib eye) and service was good. Loads of complimentary bread and sauces which was nice. My only moan is they I would’ve preferred to have tipped the waitress rather than pay £27 service charge on the bill. Could’ve refused to pay it I guess but we had a taxi waiting outside.

Very disappointed. Main course arrived after 2 hours and it was cold. We waited 40 mins for drinks the came after our starter. We sent main course back and left as the service just wasn't acceptable. Staff were focusing on a couple of tables that had some Z listers. The waitress staff and hostess were pleasant but not a clue about customer service. The toilets have boxes of tissues to dry your hands ! Place looks beautiful I hope that it improves as brentwood is already inundated with mediocre chain restaurants. Staff were apologetic and shared that they are having lots of teething problems and can't get staff. I also have a friend that visited last week and waited 40 minutes for anyone to take a drinks order and 3 hour wait for the main Cocktails were lovely and the food we saw others eat looked nice but sadly we left starving and frustrated. The bread and dips starter was good.
